Best App for a Hornets fan
The Charlotte Hornets app is a must-have for any fan! Not only does it keep me up to date with scores, news, and highlights, but the rewards program is truly next level. I love how it gives me ways to stay connected to the team all season long and even in the off-season. Whether it’s earning points for engaging with content, checking in at games, or participating in challenges, it makes following the Hornets even more fun and rewarding. It’s a great way to feel part of the action year-round!
Wow this is the worst!
Cannot even get through the app signup! “Working wheel” spins for microsecond and then does nothing. My internet is fine (def not the issue) and I followed the password limitations shown (8-15 characters etc), and entered that and my email twice. I work in web, this is not user error. Nothing worse than downloading an app, putting in your info, then getting nothing when you press the submit button. Closed app and tried again, same as before. Very very frustrating, listen to Hornets on Sirius and they had a cool offer I was excited to enter (app looked nice too!). #SAD!
Can’t connect to ticketmaster…
Love the app and also appreciate the new features to make the game-day arena experience more convenient but for some reason I can’t link my ticket master account to the app
Good concept poor execution
I like what they’re trying to do with the app. Managing my season tickets with app works for a short time after I reinstall the app. But I don’t feel like going through this process daily. I can view my tickets, use my tickets, but I can’t manage them through the app.
Why Spectrum Center too?
Do Hornets fans really care about having the Spectrum Center content combined with the Hornets content? No. These need to be separated as before.

Tickets in App
My Tickets are not showing up in my app. when I click my ticket, I receive an error.
Great app for fans.
The app is incredibly useful for accessing game information. It’s also entertaining to use during timeouts and other downtime moments. The rewards program is fair, and there are a wide variety of redeemable items. Additionally, the app provides a wealth of team information and news, ensuring fans stay informed about the team’s activities. I particularly like using the widget to display point information and the game’s progress. The reminders are also very helpful in preventing me from missing the start of a game.

Great App for Hornets fans
Really solid app for keeping up with the Hornets, but the Buzz City Rewards program is the real standout. You earn points just for checking in, watching videos, and doing stuff you’d normally do as a fan. I’ve already redeemed points for some cool gear. Super easy and actually fun. If you’re a Hornets fan, this app’s a no-brainer.
Constantly crashing

Much improved, with one pretty significant glitch
The app is new for the 2017 season and is great for showing, using, and transferring tickets from the Hornets Account Manager. It also introduces Buzz Bucks used for in arena payments, but the big glitch: I can’t access that screen anymore! When first installed, I noticed the Buzz Bucks accessed from the Arena section. Now, when I tap on the Buzz Bucks icon, it takes me to manage my tickets, as if I had mis-tapped the ticket button next to it. So, as of now, I can’t use the Buzz Bucks for in arena payment. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.
Unable to add tix to passbook/wallet
With new version, unable to add tickets to Passbook/Wallet. Need to fix ASAP.
The Schedule 2018???
App is ok...... but where is the schedule??? It shouldn’t be hard to find. Who forgot about that???
Buzz City Rewards is Incredible!
Out of all of the updates and advancements the app has undergone, the Buzz City Rewards is by far the BEST addition to the app! I am already a die hard Hornets fan and this app has me more engaged with the team than EVER! I just finished the first Live Event and even though the game was out of reach by the 4th quarter, earning points and competing with fellow Hornets fans kept me Locked IN for the entire contest! I can’t wait to get enough points to redeem for some great swag, or win a sweepstakes, or win an auction! Thanks Hornets for making this feature, it has really sparked some new LIFE into the fandom and is a huge hit!
Immediately Crashes
The app crashes anytime it is opened. It worked earlier this season. A recent iOS update may be the cause.
Listen section doesn't stay on
When I'm trying to listen to games the app doesn't keep my screen on and it shuts the stream down. Also shuts down when I leave the app. I typically use this function when in driving. So it's not safe for me to keep messing with it. It would be nice if the app kept the screen on or kept running the stream when not in the app, I.e. How Spotify works.
Why does it need my mic?
I've had the app for over a year. With a recent update I was asked to give permission to use my microphone. I don't know why it should need that so I declined that permission. Now it closes frequently and each time I see the red banner indicating it is trying to use my mic. Seriously...i use the app to get stats and scores. Why would it need to listen to me?
New updates are great!
I like the interactive nature of the app with the up to date scoring and articles. Nice update to the pages and the new rewards system is a nice touch that keeps you using/exploring the app while keeping up with the new look Hornets!

Used to work. Now can’t even get it open before it crashes. Needs an update
Game audio no longer works
Downloaded app for the game audio. Worked for a while but now doesn't. They still advertise it in games as having game audio. Otherwise nice app.

No Longer Opens
App crashes at startup
Yay! Old Schedule Interface is back
I’m beyond pleased with this update. The previous version of the app took my favorite UI of how the schedule was presented to the user. It has since been reverted to what it use to be. Everything just runs smoothly and looks better. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for the season to start!
Can’t sell tickets
The app doesn’t let me sell my tickets. When I try to resolve it through the help chat I’m referred to Ticketmaster where it asks me to scan the barcode that’s on my phone…. obviously that won’t work. I got it pulled up on another phone so I could actually scan the tickets (requires 2 phones at this point) and it doesn’t accept the bar codes. Don’t tell customers they can sell leftover tickets they don’t use if your app doesn’t have that function available or make it possible to scan them to sell through Ticketmaster……
Not getting notifications anymore. 😕
Hey guys, lately I haven’t been getting notifications after every Q etc I’m not sure what’s wrong I deleted app reinstalled and all of that just wanted u guys too know! Thanks guys🏀
App not opening
After updating the app to the most recent version- it no longer opens. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it multiple times to no avail. I have an iPhone 6, but iOS 10 (the minimum requirement for the app to function). Please fix or advise on what I should do. Thanks.
