Awful
No notifications have worked since the last update. Information and functionality sucks. Notifications needs to work. I’ve downloaded it and erased it many times with the same results
Its pretty good but I have had one issue about it spoiling the game
This app is useful most of the time but sometimes I wanna look at the app while the Celtics are playing but then it just shows the score and the problem with that is the app is always like 2 minutes ahead of my tv so it kinda spoils the game, other then that though the app is great I use it all the time for checking the schedule of when there gonna play
What did they do?
This app used to include standings but latest update either hid them so well that I cannot find them or simply doesn’t have them! Who decided to mess this app up?

Bring back Twitter feed?
I enjoy using this app to check up on the NBA's best, the Boston Celtics. I recently tried to direct my dad to the Twitter feed section of the app when I realized it wasn't there anymore. I was just curious about the reasons for removal and if there was a plan to ever bring it back, as it would be a cool way for my dad to also keep up with his favorite team. Thank you

Fix the bugs please. This is a great start but you need to invest more money into making the app more stable and functional.
Functional, but not great
Hello Devs! I don’t want to sell short all your hard work. However, app is just okay. I understand individual teams don’t usually shell out the biggest budget for producing top quality apps, but let me give some low hanging fruit and a moonshot feature request. • give us modern widgets. I’d love to be able to track the score from my Home Screen. This has been a feature of iOS for years and you’ve never upgraded it. • give us “follow live”. I’d love to be able to see the score of the game from my Lock Screen. • fix the radio UI. There is really no indication that the button press is working. Nothing on the screen changes and it’s a hope and pray you here the game type situation. Make that experience better. • dream feature. Let us watch the games in the app. I know this will never happen, but sports streaming is broken right now (for customers) You never know where you need to go to watch a game. Customers just want a single subscription and a single place to watch a game. Make that easier and more people will watch. Find a way to share revenue with your broadcasting partners. I don’t care.
Great app for fans
The app has always been great for accessing tickets and game scores, but the new feature with trivia for season ticket members during games is very fun.
This app is unreliable
It often won’t allow you to perform the function you want. It will put you into a cycle if having to login multiple times but still won’t let you do what you want. It’s a terrible experience.

Won’t let me list tickets
I’m a season ticket holder and have had nothing but issues this year with this app..before it was just minor things but now I’m unable to list any games for sale.

Celtics Rewards
Love the Celtics app. So intuitive and easy to manage my tickets on. The new Celtics Rewards is a great addition to the app. It draws you in during the away games to answer questions and win points towards merchandise. The customer service is excellent if you have any questions or problems.
Fix notifications
Can’t clear red notification badge. Incredibly annoying.
Not usable or reliable in any way. Whoever is in charge of this app needs to be fired.
I think the headline outlines my frustrations. If I were the Celtics I would be embarrassed to associate myself with this product. It’s usable sometimes but overall it’s just frustrating and as a season ticket holder it has cost me $. The developers in charge of this need to do something better or bring on new people because the current product is terrible. I’m giving it 2 stars because it’s sometimes gets the jobs done but it’s just full of bugs and errors. I see an update from 1 week ago that says bugs fixed. Oh really then why was I unable to pull up the bar code to my tickets for game 7 and had to stand in line at the box office? Get it together Celtics app .
Great until update
As a STH I used this app to sell tickets. Prior to the update, I was able to see recent listings and sales and that helped establish my pricing. And now I cannot even see what I have listed it at in case I want to edit Other than that, the app is fine. But without that feature it is disappointing to me
Celtics
Celtics are the most exciting team in the NBA. Their Celtics Rewards program is a great idea. Makes away games so enjoyable . The kids join me in answering trivia questions, bidding on auction items and watching the games. Best idea ever
Constant errors
Constantly running into error messages. Often need to logout, reinstall, login. Currently cannot access upcoming tickets and this season you must show tickets via app via ticket manager. Without exaggeration, worst app I’ve ever used. This app deserves negative a billionity stars
Not happy with the upgrade
As a season ticket holder I liked being able to see what other tickets sold for in my section so I get a good sense on how much to list the games I couldn’t go to. New version does not allow you to do that. Have to switch to Ticketmaster to see what they are listed at now.

Can’t access tickets
On iOS18 — can’t access my tickets. Keep getting a Something is wrong message. Deleted and reinstalled the app many times. I’m a season ticket holder for years so this is 1st time with this frustration

My Celtics Rewards
The Celtics Rewards feature on this app is phenomenal. So fun to earn points while watching or attending the games. David at Crowd Play provided exceptional customer service when I needed help to access some fan cash that I had won. Overall great experience and will continue to use the Celtics Rewards everyday!

Worst app ever.
Somewhat useful but needs improvement
This app is just not good. When I first open it the home page is blank. Nothing shows up unless I tap the schedule icon. Then I can hit the home icon and see the home page content. Also - I’ll have an icon badge showing multiple notifications but there is no way that I can find in the app what those notifications were about. They also don’t show up in my notifications list so unless I happen to see them pop up live, I don’t see them ever. I assume that is not how it’s supposed to work. The app is most useful for checking scores and following game action - that seems to work okay for me usually.
I enjoy this App.
I really enjoy this app. I can access my tickets and get great content about the team. They added an a very cool feature of my Celtics Rewards. The new rewards program is great. You get points for just being a fan. Points can be earned easily like they have great in game questions during road games , attending games, and viewing content. They are partnered with fanatics so the prizes are cool to redeem your points. I highly recommend it
Fix it already
Been a STH for 5 seasons. This app has somehow progressively gotten worse and less user friendly? Won’t load or update my games, force quits for no reason, doesn’t show the face value for tickets anymore when uploading to the market. It also now uploads via the website online which is the slowest running site I’ve ever used. So many bugs they need to run through to make this app a more seamless and usable experience. Until then 1 star.
It’s amazing!
First of all, def not a scam, and secondly it is extremely helpful! It shows u the schedule for it, do not have to pay for anything! It shows u a link for tickets if u wanna go to there next game, and shows u how there game went, like who scored where. For an example: Jason Tatum does a dunk, if u scroll all the way at the bottom of the info abt the game, u will see that there are red and black dots on a map of the court and the black ones i think are the Celtics and that’s where they scored from so yes if u love basketball and extra love the Boston Celtics then this app is for u!
Settings don’t work
Doesn’t alert at start of games or the end of the quarters like I set in the settings. They offer no support either
