Deals first
Had to redo my order because I didn’t know all the deals and how many rewards I had earned
Great tasting and hot pizza
Staff is always friendly and very polite.
Delivery fee
And I have to leave a tip what a ripoff
Best pizza
The only reason this isn’t getting 5 Star’s is they won’t deliver to my address! Best pizza and service around!
Good pizza
It’s good but the ability to order within a set monetary value is difficult!
Nice work
Very nice wings and pizza and very nice when my daughter comes to pick up the pizza.
Deals
Promo codes are not applying to my order. App refuses to let me log in to my account as well.
Good. Service
Awesome pizza
Past Orders
Please pay attention to all details of orders. The last 3 times I have ordered from this location, the sauce I ordered was not right. Thank you.
The best
Tip top quality tip top team work
Payment's don't work
Won't accept Apple Pay or Credit card payment
NO Email received when first started order
I was supposed to receive an email when first opening App on my iPad. None came. Not even in junk mail. Wasted several minutes waiting.
Not a great App
Upgrade this App. It’s not great. Sorry.
Online orders cart entries integrated with the AI agent
I placed an order through the AI agent, and it automatically added the items to the cart, applied the available discounts when I have requested, and then asked for my permission before placing the order. This is amazing! It was my first time using this service, and I was really surprised to see how seamlessly it handled the entire process. The features are impressive and make the online experience much easier.
Terrible
This thing would literally not let me continue until I rated it, so I’m rating it.
AMAZING
BEST DRUNK FOD WVER
:)
Brian was awesome thank you
Lied about 50% off
They sent me an email talking about about 50% off pizzas all weekend but no such coupon in the app. Great bait and switch!!
Tracking
Order tracking on the app could be much better
AI
I tried to use the voice AI but it got confused by my request to use the BOGO promo code
Issue with app
When you type in directions it won’t save information then it causes issues with delivery.
Not a bad app points expire quickly though
Better UI but all my points have been expiring after only a few months :(
Healthy
The only Pizza Shop in my town that doesn’t make me feel ill from so much of the fillers/additives.
Apple Pay/Pay Pal
Would not process through the app has to select the cash option and then go pick up my order.
Tip option hard to find
Defaults to USA. Tip option is below the option to pay. Old app was better but still had the same problem with the driver tip which is easy to miss.
Online review
Fastest order process ever!! Makes my life easier
Poor rewards program
The app has never provided any rewards for using the app. I have orders in my history but you can’t request points for them because the number needed is only on printed receipts from store orders. Junk app.
Best Pizza Around
Just wish they would let you do half and half on the app.
REMOVE THE “ORDER WITH LOU” button!!
It’s in the way and doesn’t work or save time. Definition of pointless. Customers aren’t saying they want AI to screw up their orders they want to pay less money for the pizza they are already spending 5 minutes ordering with an app with/without your ai. Spending capital on this is terrible strategy, but trying to justify the spend to get people using it by shoving it down our throats: very customer service friendly. Good job. I’m now less inclined to want to order from you. Here’s an idea: if people wanted to use it, they would look for it. You’ve made it so that people can’t help but accidentally use it. Those numbers will give misleading indications about its usefulness. What a mess.
