Suggestion
It would be really helpful to have a search option for cards. When I need to find a specific card to gift to a friend, I have to scroll through a lot of cards, especially when I have many duplicates. This is even more difficult when I duplicate a card using a Joker Card and then want to find that card to gift. A search or filter option would make gifting cards much faster and easier. Please consider adding this feature!

I downloaded the game through FreeCash, gave all permissions it requested, played long enough to surpass level 80. Big reward at level 60. FreeCash was unable to verify my absolutely first time downloading this game. As such, I received absolutely no rewards for playing. What is more is that technical support ran me in circles, making me feel even more depressed and despondent than normal. The final answer I was able to receive is the same answer leftover trash like me always gets. It was my fault somehow, the other party isn’t responsible, I am the only one at fault and responsible. Game is fun though. But losing that much work and rewards hurts too much. Do not download through FreeCash. At all. Period. You will be scammed. If you didn’t get scammed by this game you lie. If you want some of the transcripts (personal info redacted) of their “support team “, I’ll be happy to share.

Been playing for over a year and I absolutely refuse to spend money on spins, especially at the rip off prices they charge. So instead the app deliberately throttles progress (you can easily burn through 1 million spins to win back a meagre 200k and then be prompted to spend over £10 to buy less than 1000 spins). If you persistently refuse to buy spins they’ll keep throttling you until you either give in or stop playing for a while). It’s dirtier than gambling and needs to be regulated, pure greed honestly.

Update spoke to customer services about the below and they completely ignore the issue and try pass it off as the game getting harder as you progress but it is not that, the more you purchase the more they make ot hard for you to continue progressing. There are many class action lawsuits suits happening with this game in the US cos of their unfair practices. Terrible terrible abuse of customers and manipulative game tactics. I loved this game and have spent A small fortune on it, the further you get the more and more you need to spend to progress. I didn’t mind it so much until the last few times ive had the quest wheel and because ive had quite high coins ots set the spins to ridiculous high amounts and burned through 10t coins with no wins coming to me. Not at all the way to treat loyal players who have spent good money, to make the game impossibly hard and rigged to make them fail. Disgusted

If you like spending money and never get anything for it then this is the game for you! Don’t get addicted
I love this game and have been addicted to it but the game is built in such a way that when you are about to finish a task or something they don’t make it happen so that you purchase their items. I have have also been trapped to this earlier but now I have stopped purchasing when I realised it’s the same for every task you do.

Coin master spin gifts collect issue
I Am Ayush Kolhe , I am facing an issue in coin master. When my spins are full , I cannot collect spin gift sent by friends and game shows “spins are full ,use some before claiming.” Coins are collected normally , but spin gift cannot be claimed until spins go down . I know the spins can be collected later after using some spins , but many players including me,do not like this system . It would be much better if gifted spins could be collected immediately without this restriction. Because of the issue. I am giving the game only 3 star rating apart from this , the game is very enjoyable and really like playing it please consider fexing or improving this feature thank you
