Not Happy
I have been playing this game for more than six years. For the most part it’s been a fun experience until lately. I had bought two “friend passes“ and both times I did not receive items from the purchased pass (universal shards). The first time they rectified it and gave me spins to make up for the glitch in their system, but the second time they did not give me the spins or the gems that I had earned if I had gotten the missing universal pieces. Instead, they told me I had to wait till the next friend pass and they would grant me the universal shards. this is not a good way to do business. They did not wait to take my money, but I have to wait to get prizes that I already paid for. I explained this to their customer service that this is not right I shouldn’t have to wait but at the time of writing this review, I have yet to receive what is owed to me. Do better, Island King.

Help
Have been waiting since Dec 22/24 to get help with an issue. They aren’t paying attention to the screenshots I have been putting in. We need iud 55969 removed from our tribe because they no longer are able to get into this account. They keep saying have your leader remove that account but if they paid attention to the screenshots I have sent multiple times they would see we do t have the option to kick this account out ourselves. This is very annoying cause we have been very patient so far but patience isn’t going to last much longer. Please look at the screenshots I have posted to them repeatedly and kick this account out for us. We can’t appoint a new vice until this account is kicked out. I have constantly asked in settings in the game to fix a problem. I have sent 2 screenshots for this issue but all I get is lip service. I like the game but nothing gets fixed and there are plenty of issues with this game. Please go to your assistant in settings see my issue and fix it. No more lip service.

Game is great. I just hope they updated the “DICE CARNIVAL” on an options for betting higher depends on how many dice u’ve earned or either that make the speed a little faster because betting only 10 dices takes a long time if u have over a 1K dices!
After seven years of playing
I have played this game for a long time and I just really want people to be warned unless you have the money to play it and buy all their passes. You need to not play because it is red. Don’t let them fool you
Not a bad game
I’ve been playing this for yrs now and waiting for gold cards I must have about 30 set of cards open and now they’ve took the quest wheel away no gold cards to be won .. so I’ve basically play this game now if and when . There’s a few side games that are ok but like all games now it’s harder to play as they mess about with the wheel .. sometimes getting an attack can cost you 40 / 50 spins and please steal really doesn’t exist anymore… if your looking for a game that’s frustrating this is it not really worth playing now just greed has got to them if your not paying your not winning

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME OR THE GAME SPIN A SPELL! This is the most ridiculous gaming company l have ever seen! If you don’t get the rewards you win, it takes days to weeks for them to return them if they return them at all. They NEVER listen to us players always telling us we are wrong when we are not wrong. This game and the game spin a spell used to be so much fun but not anymore. They have taken away completely the spins you can win in the game and if not taken away, they have been lowered. Example, when you finish all your card sets you get 50,000 spins but when you finish 3 you would win bonus spins. After the first 3 card sets you would get 6,000 spins, after the next 3 sets you would win 12,000, the next, 18,000 and so on. But now they have completely removed them all a ploy to get us to spend money. But doing things like this makes me NOT want to spend money. If you want a great coin game Island King or Spin A Spell are not it. Download Crazy Fox.

Help I updated my phone last night and I cannot get into the game anymore. It looks like it’s loading and then pops out back to your main screen no matter how many times I tried even turning off my phone to see if that would help and nothing.

I’m a relatively new player,however due to several obscene comments on the in game social chat I attempted to contact support as sadly there seems to be no way to report obscene messages or the players posting them! The advise given was for me to make an in game purchase of a “gold card”!!! Sadly I’m not sure at this moment in time as to whether this is a game that I would be comfortable playing with such HUGE player protection oversights/negligence,as a game developer YOU have a legal responsibility to ensure that your players/users are protected from cyber bullies,obscene/vulgar language/behaviour whereas I sadly don’t see ANY safeguarding for players at all!!! I really do hope that the devs respond with an actual way to report these types of things and can explain why I was advised to make an in game purchase of a gold card to remedy my issue because I really do like the gameplay itself,however I can’t condone any game that appears to not only condone but also enable obscenities,so until I receive an adequate response from the devs to remedy this (incidentally I do have a screenshot of one message in particular that had swearing and no censoring of this swear word or others used during the vulgar language used at all!) im not sure I want to waste my time or data playing such a game. Also I sadly do NOT recommend this game for kids or anyone underage or for anyone who suffers from mental health issues due to my personal experience of what I’ve witnessed and based on the lack of self protection and self preservation offered by the devs,as I’ve stated there’s clearly NO censorship on basic swear words which I have proof of. I really enjoy playing this game but not once has the wheel landed on the green bottle ( free spins) which makes me question about the game. I have been playing for a while now. So I have decided to delete the game.

Too slow
The game is fun but everything is slow. When you open it all of the ads pop up, when you get gifts during the tournament they all open one by one and it takes forever. Same for everything else. Button needs to be input to bypass individual rewards. I can claim all at once. Very annoying so I have slowed down playing. Everything you win is this grand presentation that takes too long and it is individual not bulk

I have to his game on 2 different devices one my phone and one on my tablet the one on my tablet gives me the darts but they are not showing up to where I can play them I am not going to pay just to get the darts I have gone through everything just find them and they are not there I should not have to pay for anything just to play something that shows up and you cannot find I am very disgusted with this game to the point I do not want to play it anymore and I am about to delete the game this game was fun at one time and now all you want is money to play certain things I already know that I will not hear anything from you on this matter

Exciting in the beginning but once you collect card sets and jump to different islands you can no longer achieve goals to advance. I haven’t seen a new card in more than a year and I even bought (with game coins) chests to try to finish sets. They give them to you in the beginning to make you like the game then it just stops. I have never finished a special tournament or side game. Not worth your time.

I play this game every day. Yes I spend money. The only complaint I have about this game is that it doesn’t give appropriate cards in chests we win. I am way past beginning sets however I keep winning/ buying the same ole cards over and over . It’s so discouraging to play and rarely getting new cards or even gold ones. Can you fix this so those of us farther along in the card sets and islands could at least get cards closer to where we are in the game? Otherwise, thanks for a fun game for the most part anyway.

Great alternative to Coin Master
Edit to my review: Such a shame this game doesn’t give out the golds you need to complete sets and win spins. I kid you not I have over 50 card sets each with just 1 gold card needed to complete the set and win spins. I spend money on chests all the time. Just spent billions on about 30 deluxe chests and got 1 new gold card which didn’t even complete me a set. Such a fix! This game is getting deleted shortly unless they sort out the issue. Players you have been warned! Been playing this game for 18 months or so now. Absolutely love it. Get in with a great team for an even better gaming experience. Loads of rewards and side events to play. Recently updated for an even crisper play

I downloaded this game over 2 years ago I believe. It kinda helped get me through a funky time and with lockdown and being pregnant at the time, I couldn’t do much but sleep. Fast forward to now, I recently downloaded it again because I deleted it at one point, not sure why. I started playing again every day and I absolutely love it. I’m on a team and I don’t put any personal money into the game and I still win tournaments. You can get spins everyday by doing a few things. I have no complaints, I just wish gold cards were available to trade with team members!
New upgrade
Since the new upgrade two days ago, it won’t link to my Facebook anymore, and it won’t let me have the island treasure icon. I pay for vip and many things! Why can’t I get island treasure and it to work with Ng Facebook again! I’ve rebooted phone nothing works help!!

Been playing for awhile now. And all of a sudden since the update the game will load 50% then a message comes up saying “won’t load language package”
Coin master remake
This game is literally a remake of coin master if you look at the island king icon and the coin master icon you can see they both have black gloves, black capes, a black mask, a blue background and there both holding a coin. They’re the same just different animals. I like coin master more but the game is still kind of fun. 😕
