Thank you. God bless.
To Jed Castle, previously Gary England, and now David Payne and Lacey Swope thank you for serving. It was a great show the honor shown Jed. Thank you to Griffin and Management. Thank you being example of honor shown and honor reaped. What a grace! From someone who had taken a weather class and tried to chase some storms (a few between 1974-1978?); I appreciate the dedication & service. My wife and I watch and we use the information you all give to pray and speak against the big events. Jed may you enjoy your retirement; your later being greater.
News nine app not worth the trouble.
I like getting weather alerts but hate all the news alerts but can’t choose to only get weather alerts pushed to phone
Locking out IOS
The new app update is locking out my two IOS products. Other applications are working. Will continue to depend on News 9 news and weather.
Changes not always good
Today, 7-25-26, Sat I clicked onto your app to see what the weather, heat, heat index etc is before doing yard work. Usually, up til now I have had realively no problems and it has been good. Until today. Today I am not allowed to open the app UNLESS I agree to notifications “pushed” to my phone. I do not desire that, want that etc. However, NOW you demand it. I guess I will continue with channel 4 or the weather app. I do not HAVE to allow access to my phone for notification of what YOU want me to know. All I want is to be able to see the weather with out all the bulls&&$! Too bad. I liked your app before.
Ads
Too many Enviro pop up adds. I can’t get through 3 stories without having to close the page
Somewhat confused
Really love the coverage during severe weather and tornado events, very thorough and amazing coverage. The confusion comes when I get an emergency alert from my “9” app I am forced to watch a commercial before getting the emergency information I need. Just a thought.
Doesn’t show current news
App only shows days old articles.
Favorite
My favorite thing about app was the crime section but y’all took it away
Recently Removed Weather Videos
I mainly use this app to keep track of the weather forecasts. Typically, this app has a section called “Forecast Discussion” where I could watch the most recent weather forecast videos since I can’t watch it during the normal program time. This feature was recently removed and now I can’t stay up to date with the weather forecasts for the week, just the typical hourly and daily weather which doesn’t provide a lot of insight into the possibility of severe weather. Please bring back the forecast discussion.
Bland
App is boring, outdated, and lacks interesting or innovative content
On top of there game
Always watch them for the storms. They do a wonderful job
Live broadcast
Your live broadcast is terrible and never plays on your app. Only the beginning commercial that we’ve all seen one trillion times and then screen goes solid black and live never comes on!
Difficult to navigate the web site
It’s just hard to navigate the web site, too many searches to get to what you’re looking for.
Thank you for the quick news
I really appreciate the fast news and how you guys are in your toes about this disaster!! Thank you so much for the quick information!! Continue your hard work and efforts to keep us Oklahomans safe and notified!!
Major bugs
The app on Apple TV stalls every 2 or 3 minutes for about 30 seconds all the time and needs to be fixed. This app has never had an update that I can locate. So please fix.
Used to love it, now not so much
The articles aren’t updated daily, when you click the notification it rarely takes you to the article. No crime news anymore. This all needs to be fixed ASAP! It’s like news in app are only what looks ‘pretty’ not what people want to see.
Loyal consumer
I have watched New 9 since I moved to western Oklahoma in 1979.
Annoying
This use to be my favorite News app. Not anymore. The annoying noise that the app makes when you open it. It makes it where it is very rare that I use the app. I have to rely on another local TV stations app. I would much rather get my local news from a locally owned station.
Excellent Reports
Always to the point news events, I like alerts about news, or other important events.
The app stops working 20 minutes into the live broadcast every day.
The app stops working 20 minutes into the live broadcast every day.
I'm still organizing. Yahoo!
Beautiful institution I've invested in
Quits too often during stream
This app quits too often when streaming and then takes several tries to reload.
Real time notifications
I love getting the real time notifications of what’s going on in my area and my surrounding area areas
Poor timing for advertisements
Tornado on the ground, trying to see where it is and every time I click back into the app Full screen, the video shuts off, and I have to restart it and watch another commercial. lives are at stake people. Stop with the damn commercials when we’re trying to figure out where the tornadoes are.
news 9
i like this so much because it tells me what is happening here
Pure unfiltered propaganda
No comment section. Always parroting the big government, big law enforcement line, big education lines. Not locally controlled. They push for every tax increase and every freedom restricting law. Just garbage. Also the best of the big 3 local news channels. The other two are worse. Watch the doc called a noble lie.
Weather
Thank you for watching all this bad weather for us and keeping us updated and informed. Thank you All for your service
App
The old app was much more user friendly. Trying to find school closings and your app is the only one that has none listed.
