Attention Arnaque chez Voyage Privé lisez bien !
Attention arnaque chez Voyage Privé, ils vous font payer des transferts A/R à 110€ et finalement vous apprenez que sur place l'hôtel fournit les transferts gratuitement ! Donc Appelez bien l'hôtel avant d'acheter en plus du séjour le transfert A/R car au service client ils vous mentent et aussi ne vous mentionnent pas le transfert shuttle gratuit de l'hôtel (j'avais demandé elle m'avait repondu qu'elle ne savait pas) !!!! On n'a jamais été contacté par la société de transport sur place et on avait payé pour du privé et on s'est retrouvé à la dernière minute dans un shuttle collectif !!! on n'a pas voulu rater l'avion ... DONC ATTENTION à ne pas vous faire arnaquer !!!

Schlecht seit Update
Voyage Privé an sich immer noch eine top Plattform; jedoch seit dem Update fast nicht zu benutzen. Angebote lassen sich nicht als Favoriten speichern und die App hat ständig Probleme..
Réservation ok mais navigation insupportable
Je n’ai eu aucun soucis pour réserver mes vacances, mais la navigation avec la redirection vers une page internet « criteo » à chaque fois que l’on clique sur une offre est insupportable… ça fait plusieurs semaines qu’il y a ce bug, je ne comprends pas comment il peut toujours être présent…

Bonjour. La dernière mise à jour ne fonctionne pas sur mon IPad qui est pourtant assez récent. Nous avi9ns déjà perdu le mode paysage dans une maj précédente, cela ne s’améliore pas.

Malwere / Virus
Gros problème de redirection : dès que je clique sur certaines offres, l’app bascule automatiquement vers Safari sur une URL technique de tracking Criteo qui ne charge même pas. On se retrouve bloqué sur une page vide au lieu d’accéder au voyage. C’est très agaçant et ça casse complètement l’expérience utilisateur. Merci de corriger ce bug rapidement.

L’application mérite quelques améliorations, quand je fais des recherche par date, il arrive régulièrement qu’on me propose des destinations ou hôtel etc… qui ne sont plus disponibles. J’ai pas besoin qu’on me propose d’autres dates… du moins on devrait pouvoir choisir dans les filtres
Filtres et recherche KO
Franchement galère : tu rentres une date de début, tes filtre ( attention au swipe gauche ou droite ça supprime tes filtres) . Ça te propose des résultats, tu crois que c’est pas cher mais non ! Il ne te propose donc pas une sélection en fonction de tes filtres et de tes date. Ça faisait longtemps que je n’était pas venu sur l’appli - avant c’était simple, la j’ai mis 15 minutes entre les filtres, les swipe qui annule ma recherche, les fausses joies sur le tarifs! Bref je me suis cassée ça m’a saoulée! Je précise que j’achète sur mon tel , j’ai donc l’habitude des resà achat, simulation…, mais la franchement j’ai laissé tomber ! Dommage
Questa volta non all’altezza
Questa e’ la terza volta che ci affidiamo a voi. Trasporto pessimo. Traghetto Sardinia Ferrie. Cabina sporchissima, personale maleducato. Villaggio Baia le Mimone. Carino, animazione simpatica e cordiale. Cibo, stanza, spiaggia… certamente non un 4 stelle. Visto le belle esperienze passate grazie ai vostri servizi, non me lo aspettavo

Ottime esperienze
Abbiamo fatto diversi viaggi con Voyage e ci siamo trovati sempre benissimo, non devi pensare a nulla, ti arriva tutto comodamente sull'app e via mail. Tendenzialmente ci siamo mossi tra Italia e Grecia, non abbiamo ancora fatto viaggi grossi e lunghi, ma li valuteremo. Abbiamo prenotato anche diverse escursioni e sono state all'altezza. A volte le strutture non corrispondevano proprio alle stelle indicate in termini di servizi o qualità del cibo, ma ne è sempre comunque valsa la pena! Per chi non ha voglia di stare nell'organizzazione la straconsigliamo!!

"Wir hatten ein problem wegen eines hotels. Das hotel konnte uns keine Entschädigung auszahlen da wir über voyage Prive gebucht haben. Bei einer anfrage an Voyage Prive hiess es dann das sie keine Entschädigung auszahlen können wegen des Hotels… das Problem wird einfach herum geschoben und helfen tut uns niemand. Bin sehr enttäuscht von Voyage Prive…"

Do not book excursions
Excursions can be 2 hour drive away from where hotels are booked and no transfers included. Not enough information given prior to booking to allow you to know this. Do not recommend booking
Bonne agence
Tout s’est bien déroulé. L’hôtel parfait. Très propre. Agréable et calme. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Toujours pre a nous aider si besoin est. Le seul petit point à améliorer est la restauration . Je pense qu’il faudrait changer de cuisinier. Car les plats cuisinés ne sont vraiment pas top !!! Il y a beaucoup de choix mais dommage, pas bien fait, ni bons!!! Alors que nous étions en Espagne, les Paellas étaient horribles! Tout comme la bouillabaisse! ( spécialité pas Espagnole il est vrai) J’aime pas les choses compliquées mais vraiment ce n’était pas bon!!! Et les fruits pas mûres ! excepté les oranges, mandarines et kiwis parfaits! L’application est top et les séjour déjà réalisé était parfait. Mais ce serait bien si vous précisiez dans le descriptif de l’hôtel si il accepte les animaux de compagnie ou non. Merci

Ho prenotato mercoledì per il sabato , e giovedì mi sono sentita male. Così avevo bisogno di posticipare… ma niente non mi è stato concesso. Sono stata obbligata a disdire giovedì , e ho dovuto perderci 35€. Penso che sia scorretto.
Inconsistent
Some of the forms requiring dates don’t have a calendar function (i.e.free text), so if you get the format wrong you have to waste time correcting it. Some of the forms won’t save information. It’s unclear which items still need attention and which don’t. Bit flakey, needs some UX improvements.
Well worth a look over
The trips/holidays that VP provide are wonderful. The flights less so especially from Manchester which can often mean a day less on holiday than anticipated. Great customer service. Will always see what is on offer.

Stay away from this company
We arrived off the plane to Lanzarote airport and received an email from voyage prive stating that we weren’t able to stay at the hotel we had booked through them. Due to this they gave us 5 other options of hotels to choose from which was covered with the booking we made originally. We chose an option and tried to get in contact with voyage via email and phone but had no response when arriving in Spain which made me and my friend highly anxious and stressed as we were now left with no accommodation!! We decided the only option we had and thought best was to go to the hotel that we chose from the options list 'Dreams hotel resort and Spa' we were then trying to sort out the situation for over an hour, and resulted in the hotel reception giving us a room and the price for the one night and we accepted as we felt that we had no choice as we would have been left stranded! The hotel agreed with us that they will sort it with voyage and we would get a full refund for the nights stay. There was no follow up on our welfare or any concern from the company! considering they had sent us this information of hotel cancellation on the day of our holiday and time of arrival, it is highly concerning as they didn't receive an option from us and didn't follow through with the completion of the booking which is completely unprofessional on their behalf. The next morning I was ringing and emailing voyage to try and sort out the accommodation as we were still left stranded due to booking for just the one night, they made it very difficult for us to sort out the situation and didn't get back to us in a timely manner, the hotel gave us until 12pm for voyage to get in contact with them, if not then we would have had to leave the hotel and be stranded again. Voyage finally got in contact and sorted the rest of our stay but stated that they were not willing to pay the refund for the one night we had to pay for. We showed the hotel the option and room which was included with our booking and they gave us a room for £440.00 for the night, we accepted as we didn't have any other option but to pay, we didn't know the prices of the hotel and were took advantage of by both parties - voyage and dreams hotel. This is very unprofessional and inappropriate considering we booked a last minute holiday package at a cheaper price, we would not be expecting to pay this amount. I travel abroad often and have never experienced such a service. I am extremely upset with this.

We had a great time, the small ship 16 cabins was great, very friendly. Short guided tour at each stop plenty of free time in port and swim stops. Transfer were seamless.

Good offers, but the app ist only in French available. It’s 2024 und something how that is unacceptable.
Hit and miss
There are some good offers on Voyage Privé. One just needs to be careful about some of the images and descriptions. At times random images give the impression that the accommodation is situated in such a place and are misleading. Also some of the descriptions contain inaccurate or just downright wrong information.
Always has great hols with these guys
I’ve booked several times and it’s always very organised. The few times I’ve needed to speak to their support they’ve been really active in solving your individual issues with callbacks and meaningful service.

This app used to work so well and I used it lots, but since the latest update, nothing it loading on the screens at all. Very frustrating

The app is poor
The holidays on offer with Voyage Privé look great, but the is slow. I keep trying to open my holiday documents for the trip I’ve booked and it keeps freezing/crashing the app. Very frustrating when you rely on the app for convenient access to your holiday details.
