Is there a “search” option for events in this calendar?

One of the features that attracted me to this app was the fact that it is color-coded. I am significantly site impaired and looking for something that helps me with color. There are many dates on here, some of which has no meaning to me. I am trying to figure out how to delete those dates. I have not been successful. I did take the initial upgrade. However, I’m not sure what the upgrade includes. I was hoping to find some instructions somewhere that would help me better use the app. It With

A search function is needed why is it not there? Also the new “highlight “ in the center only tires the eyes with its glare.

Great asset to my busy life!
Great App
This was my favorite app for calendar for iPhone. But, as with all great apps, this one has over updated! And, I can't get back to my previous set up. There was some new format and I wanted to see what it was. So I switched to it and now everything is red and white I can't get rid of it I hate it!! It is not easy to change things back, I can't find any kind of calendar setting on my iPhone XS max and so I guess I am going to have to tch this one &. find another calendar app. Too bad!Previously when you switched settings, there was always a switch so you could switch back. But not this time…

Third update May 2026. Have used this app for years. They have fixed all of my complaints. It is very well done, I can use my own pictures in the background, everything‘s color-coded for various things such as sports versus work versus birthdays versus daily to do, etc. You can set reminders ahead of time. Easy to see at one glance. Really love this calendar. Upgraded to five stars now. Second Update from my previous comments below: All my past comments still apply except for the negative one about default color and changing the color to what I want they seem to have fixed that so I know I'll get whatever color I choose and it now stays for that calendar item. Also agree with other reviewer's that it would sure be nice to be able to look into the past and see what appointments, etc. I had three or four months ago as it automatically deletes them out. Old Comments: Better than iCalendar. Pros: -syncs automatically my iphone and ipad, and my wifes iphone so she has my calendar. -Alarms work well to notify upcoming event. -Different colors for different events, work, play, appts, etc - however you want to set it up. -Can scroll thru various events for the day -Can customize month calendar background with photos of your choice. Cons: -Difficult to tap event on iphone due to how small event is on month calendar, but can change to day or week view to make it bigger. Usually still works on month view but takes a couple of tries at times. - Difficult to delete event as you have to go into the edit event portion and then all the way down to the bottom. There is a delete button on initial screen but it doesn't respond for me unless go into edit view. -Haven't figured out how to get SIRI to sync an event to the calendar for me when talking with her. -Default color for event will often pop up even though I chose a different color initially. I have to go back into edit event and select different color once again and then it usually stays that color WOULD BE NICE TO GET THAT FIXED. Overall happy with app and have used it for years.
Money grabber
Paid $4.99 for 2022 and now when I try to schedule something in 2022 they are trying to charge me again. The restore payment button does not work.

Not working after paying £4.99 for ‘22
Disappointed. Been using this for over 10 years and have recently paid for the next year. Also my husband is having the same problem !! Followed the advice provided and clicked to pay again. Under the impression it wouldn’t charge but it did. Another £4.99. ! Went to calendar 12hrs later and it is AGAIN saying I need to pay. Sorry but this isn’t good enough. I’ve already paid £10.00 and I’m not doing it again.

Bad way to do business
I have been using this app for way over a year. The other day I went to put in a appointment and this stupid app wants me to pay $4.99 dollars to keep using it. Well people who own this App there is other calendar apps out there and I am going to use one. Losing customers is not the way to do things. If it was stated at the being of using the app that there would be a charge then I probably would not have down loaded the app.
Issues
One customer wrote she had a change where her calendar gave her the side view. My problem is the opposite. I want the activities to show on the side. This also happened to me all of a sudden. There is no way to change it back. I am in distress over this. Also I would like some area on the side like 1/2 the page or smaller for notes. I want to write a note to my self as a remember of a doctors room number. I don’t want to have to switch to another screen.

I have used this app for years, I love how versatile it is vs the built in app. You can change color bars for each event. Change reminders with ease, share events with other people. Much more.

Getting overtaken
I’ve been using this for years but I find that the inbuilt calendar has caught up. I don’t use any of the fancy features so am unlikely to renew my subscription next year.
Don’t update
This was a good calendar. I just got update July 2021 and now it says I have to buy the year 2021. I already did. Why would I buy the 2021 year again when I’m already over half way through the year. I click on restore purchase but it won’t restore my purchase. I went to app help and followed the instructions but it still won’t restore my purchase and wants me to buy it again. I’m done.

Not a bad app. What better that AppleCal, but nowhere near as good as calendar suite offered by Samsung. Would be nice to be able to customise backgrounds more.
Needs some Enhancements
I really like this app, but have noticed that with every iOS update, the app lags behind. I am using the app on a 12.9”, 4th generation iPad Pro, and the app consistently has the wrong ‘day date’ on it; i.e. such as the 22nd, when it’s actually the 24th. This glitch needs to be corrected, as I am currently looking for an app to replace this one. Who wants to pay $20-$30 for an app that is consistently wrong?
Was great now not so much
I loved this app because i could see my events on the month view. I even purchased the full version and have been using it for a couple years. All of a sudden, my notifications stopped. I’ve followed their instructions, checked my settings, AND uninstalled/reinstalled! I’ve missed to many events now and will have to delete!

Unable to Verify Error
I keep getting an Error that states CANNOT VERIFY SERVER IDENTITY THE IDENTITY OF “UINGTHEREQU.BIZ”. CANNOT BE VERIFIED This messsge pops up at least times a day. I cannot get rid of it. It shows up in the middle letter writing, games, reading the news. It freezes whatever I am doing. If I cancel it, comes back in a few minutes. I love the calendar, but this year the message showed up after renewing my annual purchase. Don’t buy the app unless you are willing to put up with this interruption.

Guter Wochenüberblick, aber die ganztägigen Ereignisse werden in der CET-Zeitzone nicht richtig dargestellt (das Ereignis wird über 2 Tage dargestellt). Deswegen habe ich mich noch einmal auf die Suche gemacht und empfehle statt dessen "Week Calendar" von Raphael Fetzer.

Does the job
I had to find another calendar after the one I was using updated to support IOS8 and it no longer works with IOS7 it keeps crashing out grrrr. Anyway this is ok and does what I need it too but adverts get on my nerves and I don't think it's worth 1.99 to upgrade but it's ok for free

Got a new phone and it charged me to download the full version again despite buying on original apple id. Love the colours though.

Better than iPhone calendar, but a bit slow when changing months, a bit difficult going forward in big chunks of time, ie. 6 months and a bit annoying to have to rebuy every year, (but it's cheaper than a new diary)

Good app but Would like the option to select Mon-Friday or Sat-sun for recurrence of certain events. Would like option to enter birthdays, public holidays etc into calendar without having to create them as an event.
