Can not see games
I paid for a full year subscription but I can not watch the games. I can only hear the games. Why pay for it when you can not even watch the games.
Save your Money
This app will not and does not open on my Apple TV and/or other TV with this app. I’ve done all the troubleshooting that I can and nothing is working. I can only watch the NFL Network on paid TV subscription. I’m not surprised this issue has been resolved or fixed for this app. No need to ensure seamless service on weekly/monthly basis after consumers have paid. They need to consider refunding consumers ASAP!!!!
Technical difficulties
Hi probably complained about this before but I’ve still got the same problem, no game notifications e.g game starts etc. I’ve got notifications on my phone and when I go in app and go in setting that way and I do every single team , they are all toggled on yet I’m not getting any !! However I am getting other ones such as trades and stuff like that but no game notifications, it’s very frustrating !!
Paid app problems
So now, in order to see scores on the NFL app I have to pay $15 a month, when I can google it for free. Deleting the app and just using google then.

« Unable to restore purchase » message
I’m encountering a persistent error message stating “Unable to restore purchase” even after the latest update. Despite logging into my account, I’m unable to resolve the issue. It’s quite frustrating.
No team alerts all
I don’t what is wrong with the team alerts in the app but nothing is working it doesn’t matter what team alerts are on I don’t get any alerts when my team scores I don’t get anything come on you guys seriously why have them if they don’t work I know they’re not working because I’m not getting any at all you better check your system to make sure that they are working and if they’re not working then fix it, all I want is to get alerts for my teams that I setup in the alerts preferences it doesn’t matter how many times you update the app they still aren’t working and the support from your team is useless.“ do your job”.
Cannot log in
For some reason I cannot log into the app. I get sent to an external site to sign in, which I manage successfully, but still not signed in on the app. The ai assistant on that site is just as useless

Good but has flaws
Generally the app is very good with layout and content etc however PLEASE FIX THE NOTIFICATIONS!!!!!!! The amount of times a notification comes up with breaking news and when I follow it takes me to the main page, not the specific new article. There is literally no point in publishing a news story and making it so difficult to then read it
Frustrating features
I wish nfl would take some tips for the MLB app. I don’t need to watch highlight videos just to check a score, I want to easily see drive progress without delays and it would be greatly improved by better visuals. For one of the most profitable sports leagues, it might be one of the worst sports apps available.
Alert preferences
When I click to turn on the alert preferences in the ones I want and I go out and back in they are not selected can u fix this since it’s the start of the season

ALERTS NOT WORKING
The final score, game start and scoring play alerts for my favourite team are not staying on. Every time I enable them they automatically turn off. It’s been like this for a while now. I want to know when my team gets a touchdown. Without these alerts the app is pointless.

This App is Garbage
If you’re going to have an app to watch games, it should work. Non stop buffering, never stays connected to air play. Just give us an option to pay to stream our teams preseason games on tv please Roger. No one wants to watch on their phone. Think about your customer for once and create a professional experience

Since the most recent update I’m unable to login to my NFL account via the app - 413 error the request could not be satisfied.

Can’t watch home games
Live in Denver and can’t watch their game. Why pay for the app if I have to watch locally on the tv.
Time for another fix
Although my iPad has never left Canada, for the last few weeks some articles come up in Spanish. My iPad is only set to English. I am disappointed that there is no direct NFL support for the Canadian market, as I did try going through the support link on the app. Other than this issue, the latest iteration of this app is working as it should for me.

App still broken after weeks
Incredibly the news section of the app fails to load. Only presents and error. Totally get this happens from time to time, but the app has had this bug for weeks now. Had to move on to a different app for NFL news this year.

I was trying to sign up and create an account for the app and I accidentally made a mistake and put in the wrong birth year and now it says I am ineligible to complete registration. I tried to delete the app and then reinstall it and it still says the same thing. Please help me out!!!!

SCAM
I paid a bunch of money just to be told I need all the other streaming services and cable anyways to watch the games live on my TV. I can watch some of them on my phone but nothing on my TV. The + subscription provides almost no value at all. This should not be legal.
App won’t load since last update
Cannot access “news” tab in app after the last update. All other features of the app work but not the news.
News Page Stuck
App used to work great, but now news page says connection interrupted - press to refresh. But nothing happens? All other selections work Games, fantasy, favorite team etc. Have signed in/out, deleted reinstalled still same, have a feeing latest update is the problem.
iPad version must have horizontal version.
The iPad version is now only available vertically, I like to have an horizontal one.

It would be awesome if the app icon was your selected team like the NHL and MLB apps.
Just not good at all
It’s not a good app. It’s poorly made, 90% of the time I can’t read articles because the app doesn’t understand “dark mode”. How bad of app designers do you need to be to be unable to design an app that works on an iPhone? Other than that, this is a nearly trillion dollar company and no matter what you click on you need to watch an ad. In fact, you even have to watch ads for videos you didn’t click on because it just starts playing them whether you want it to or not. It’s my phone, my time? My experience; why is it being dictated by the app what I look at? Then on top of all this, I haven’t been able to load the news page since 1130am yesterday. A whole day of football without being able to read the NFL’s news is just… wild. Do you guys have staff even?

Unless you’re paying the unnecessary fees this app is not for you. Use the website so you aren’t inundated with ” buy premium nags”. (Still has painful advertising but easier to nagvigate (sic))

Not user centric
Every time I open the app, it takes me to the page to sign up for GamePass. If I wanted GamePass I would have signed up already. Take me to the Home page! It’s why it’s called a Home page
