This is 2026, one should be able to do everything with one click - Apple Pay, credit login etc. Oh, and one must prepay for 10 hours minimum. This app looks like it was designed a decade ago. Just switch to EasyPark already.

Für nicht-Wiener leider sehr intransparent. Wieso wird in der App z.B. für die Thaliastraße eine Parkzeit von 9-22 Uhr angezeigt, obwohl diese tatsächlich von 8-18 Uhr gilt? Und wieso kann in Baden bei Wien ein Parkticket gebucht werden, ohne, dass die App anzeigt, dass diese außerhalb Wiens gar nicht gültig ist. Hat uns satte 77 EUR gekostet. Sehr ärgerlich!

Poorly made app & UX
Have the devs ever heard of a back button? If you run into an issue while using the app, you have to quit the app and restart. The system of texting a code to a number to create an account doesn’t work from a US based number. It feels super antiquated. You should be able to create an account with your email - why is that so hard?

Paybox funktioniert in Wien nicht mehr für das Handyparken, da der Dienst für diesen Zweck eingestellt wurde und durch andere Anbieter ersetzt wurde. Bezahlung über Kreditkarte dauert Tage und ist daher für einen spontanen Parkvorgang ungeeignet Bitte diese Informationen in der App einpflegen und auf der Website richtig stellen Ansonsten gute App die tut was sie soll!

Aber wieso bitte muss ich mindestens 10 std/34€ draufbuchen? Ich brauch das 2x im Jahre für 1 Std. Nur viel Arbeit, sonst Nix.

Das Drehen der Ansicht ins Hochformat funktioniert nicht mehr. -seit ein paar Updates. Das ist mühsam und fehleranfällig in Bezug auf die Bedienbarkeit. Das Standardfahrzeug ist nicht immer defaultmässig angewählt wenn ein neuer Parkschein gelöst wird. Manchmal ist es auch das zuletzt verwendete. Musste schon mal Strafe zahlen, weil ich nicht genau geschaut habe. Sonst funktioniert die App.

Would be great to have the option to change the app into English language.
15 Minuten
Funktioniert ganz gut, schade ist dass man die 15 Frei- Minuten nicht anhalten oder abbrechen kann wenn man vorzeitig wo anders hinfährt oder dann dazubuchen wenn man doch länger braucht. Natürlich werden dann die 15 Minuten abgezogen oder eingerechnet.

Die App ist in allen erdenklichen Dingen nicht nur buggy sondern auch schlecht/kompliziert umgesetzt von der Registrierung schon beginnend - nehmt euch mal ein Beispiel an der Münchner App … viel viel besser gelöst! Parkpreise könnt ihr da am besten auch gleich übernehmen ;) (seit 36 J. ununterbrochen Grün regierte Stadt btw)

The app did not work with my American phone number, nor my credit card, and it’s entirely in English. Also the app is basically just a link to the website.

Vienna is a hub for international tourism and as you know the parking rules are strict and strictly enforced! This app from why I hear works well but many of us are not well versed in German language. I can get along ok in pubs and restaurants and general interactions but reading and fully understanding this app isn’t in my skill set yet. Please allow those of us that want to be in your city to spend our money wisely and not with parking tickets! Add an English language as well as Slovak and Czechia as they are also your close neighbors. Hungarian also

Funktionen gut Anmeldeprozess eine Frechheit!
Hier ist eine optimierte Version deiner Rezension: Die App erfüllt ihren Zweck, aber das sollte bei einer Park-App keine große Herausforderung sein. Der Anmeldeprozess ist allerdings eine Zumutung und wirkt wie ein Relikt aus 2005. Dass man sich nicht über Apple oder Google anmelden kann, ist eine Sache, aber dass es keinen Autofill für Adressdaten, E-Mail oder Namen gibt, ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Der SMS-Bestätigungscode kann nicht bequem über die SMS Erkennung von Apple kopiert, sondern muss umständlich aus der Nachricht selbst kopiert werden. Zudem ist die minimale Einzahlung von 20 € völlig überzogen. Wer diesen Prozess entwickelt hat, scheint wenig von moderner Softwareentwicklung und nutzerfreundlichem Design zu verstehen.
Time limit?
Why time limit - just start the parking and finish when you want. Every 30 or even min reminder sms that parking is going on. Why charging the Konto - make it connected to mobile invoice.

Das aufladen funktioniert super schlecht, zweimal hintereinander hat es mit bestätigt dass es geklappt hat. Guthaben wird aber nicht angezeigt und ich kann demnach keinen Zettel lösen

Having in mind how many people use this app and don’t speak German it would be very nice to have it in English.
Für Touristen nicht geeignet
Für kurz Parken vor dem Ferienheim 25€ eingezahlt. 3 Euro Parkgebühr. Restliche 22€ kann ich nicht mehr benutzen. Die Hoffnung es in Bludenz wo ich jedes Jahr hingehe auf zu brauchen ist auch nicht mehr möglich, da sie auf „EasyPark“ umgestellt haben (welches meine Meinung nach Benutzer freundlicher ist, mit Paypal einfach nur das Parkgebühr zahlen). Vielleicht überlegen ja die Entwickler es noch mal und bereiten eine Lösung für die Touristen. Einfacher wäre wenn alle Städte in Europa nutzen das gleiche App oder mit allen Apps egal wo man die örtlichem Parkgebühr einfach bezahlen könnte. Schließlich die Banken funktionieren ja auch ähnlich.

Ich kann seit neustem nicht mehr per Kreditkarte aufladen. Es steht zwar „erfolgreich aufgeladen“ Guthaben bleibt aber bei 0€.

Leider ist die App sehr instabil und teilweise auch gar nicht nutzbar. Und das ist, wenn man sie braucht inakzeptabel.

Absoluter Schwachsinn - als Auslandsoesterreicher kann man app nicht einmal mit auslaendischer telefonnummer verwenden. Bravo A1!

Works well to park, but buying credit is painful
Booking parking time is done really well. If you don’t use A1 as a cellular network provide you can use a credit card, but they don’t store it! Every time you buy more you need to enter card details again. Please find a safe way to store it.
Great time saver!
If you live in Austria and drive a lot, this is an extremely useful app. With just two touches you can pay for parking in a restricted zone (for several different cities). Yes, you could do it via SMS but this app greatly speeds up and simplifies the process. Great idea and good execution!
echt kompliziert und benutzer-unfreundlich
Kreditkarte, Apple/Android pay oder Bankeinzug als Bezahloption? Fehlanzeige. Paybox als einzige Zahlmöglichkeit mit der einsteiger registrierungsgebühr von 10€ und 30€/monat Ausgabelimit — seriously?!? Zwei user accounts plus eine App um einen Parkschein (mit Zusatzgebühren) lösen zu können? Selber die Zone eintragen müssen in der App obwohl der genaue Standort abgerufen wird? Dauernde Standortabfrage obwohl die App nur noch im Hintergrund läuft? In welchem Jahrhundert lebt denn A1 hier, und warum denn gar so kompliziert wenns doch viel einfacher ginge? Null sterne, nicht genügend. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Gute Möglichkeit Parken zu bezahlen. Aber vielleicht könnte man EC, Paypal oder eine andere Möglichkeit zum Zahlen hinzufügen. So nicht für alle nutzbar.
