Waste app and refund
Very worst app please refund the amount requested but they are not replying anything
Stop smoking
Great!!!!!
You went greedy
I heard about this app from a family member to try to quit. They said they paid 5 dollars back in the day to get it access forever... So I downloaded it. 80 dollars a year or 12 a month. Well no way, I guess whoever this is dosent care about actually helping people quit. Thanks for at least not encrypting the audio files ://
Background
I love it it the image did not run constantly it runs the battery down. And if there was a sleep timer would be cool. When you choice to listen to it at night it would be nice it is expired at the recording and shutdown.
Just Wow!
I’m a 24 year old male and have been smoking for 8 years a pack a day. After just one night of listening to the track while I slept I was easily able to cut down on smoking by half a pack. On the second day I made it down to just 5 cigarettes, even with it being an extra stressful day. I’m now on day three and didn’t even bring my pack with me! I can’t believe how easy this has made it to not want cigarettes at all! Thanks so much for the amazing and easy way to quit smoking so quickly, I hope others find and use this amazing tool for their journey as well!!!
I want a refund - total rip off
$8.99 and nothing downloads. He has a few talks and sounds like a rip off of Allen Carr’s Easyway. What a waste of money.
Helpful!
Really useful sessions to help w quitting. Upgrades on mid 2010 really great!
Generic hypnosis program, not specifically for smoking
Does not mention any where in the hypnosis part about smoking or giving up smoking, only asks you to remember past negative events and stay above the "timeline" seems to be a generic hypnosis program with some stop smoking tips tagged to the beginning, worth the bother...........don't think so
Enjoy the sessions
I do enjoy the sessions however I have experienced some frustration with the playlist functionality. The play all does function does not seem to be working. I wake up after each session to play the next.
Amazing life changer
I smoked for 27 years. I purchased this app, put on headphones, lay down for bed, followed the recording, fell asleep, woke up the next day and have not had nor desired a cigarette since. Truly amazing and life-changing. Thank you.
Highly Motivational
This is a very useful, extremely motivational app. Mr. Marks offers a wide variety of information about why people smoke and why hynotherapy is a positive way to stop smoking. Mr. Marks talks about the smoker as having an inner-conflict with himself/herself. Some people want to stop, but cannot because of what they fear they may "lose." There is a also section that discusses focusing on the positive, not the negative. Make a choice to think about things that make you feel good.
Stop smoking
This is the second app I tried. Thank God! This app took about 2 weeks and I'm a non smoker. Yeah! It's been about 4 days and I feel better and have no cravings. It is a habit that can be broke without medication. Hope it's last forever. Still listening to app to make sure I stay on track!
Kicking the Habit for Good with an Alternative Approach
If you're considering this app, then you've probably tried several methods to try to kick the smoking habit. Personally, I believe that hypnosis and alternative methods to achieving any goal in life is a great choice, especially as traditional means often don't work for most of us. If you're serious about quitting, then this app is well worth the $5.99 investment. Think of how good it will feel once it really works!
It works
Thanks a lot Mr. Marks. I was a heavy smoker for the past 13 years. I tried to quit several times but I couldn't. Being a neurologist I tried the mainstream methods and used nicotine gums, inhalators and even Chantix without any result. I listened to your hypnosis sessions a few days then I quit smoking. I'm now free for about one month. Thanks again Darren Marks.
An Alternative Method to Smoking Cessation
It's true that $5.99 seems like a lot for an app to some, but think about how much most spend on trying to quit smoking; given this, $5.99 is pocket change. Plus, the app is packed full of information, video clips and messages to not only assist directly with ceasing the smoking habit, but also educates you in the process. If used faithfully, this app has potential to really work for those committed to kicking the habit!
Exceptional hypnotherapist
Darren Marks is really is the best on here! Seriously. Read the prior reviews. I looked for the best one and am confident you will be pleased with the results. He has the perfect voice for this kind of stuff, a British accent that doesn't sound slicked over or contrived like those cheesy audio tapes you've probably heard. Make sure you listen with headphones so you're completely immersed in the audio. It really works. You must stay consistent with this, it's like going to a gym, you gotta stay focused on the goal. I bought the others he offers even though this app comes with a few extras because I was interested in the confidence ones as well. I personally guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Wow
25 years!! I was just fumbling around when I found the app. Was not even really ready to quit!! A couple sessions and bam!! Non smoker! There is still a little craving every now and then but not strong enough to make me want another! This app has 8 reviews! I am number 9. Do not be fooled by that! Buy it! It's 6 bucks!! Your a fool if you don't at least try it. I have tried it all!! Patches, electric cigs! If you really want to quit and have just a little desire to quit! This one will get cha done. I listen to it every night. Thanks Mark! You saved my life.
Brilliant
This app truly helped to make a challenging task much easier. I have tried quitting before, but after buying this app I am a proud non-smoker
Simply amazing!
Whoever thought that remote hypnotherapy would be the answer? I've used patches, gums, pills, quitting cold turkey, quitting slowly... which never worked. However, this did! I am now a non-smoker and will be forever. After 2 sessions, I started to have a higher self-esteem and felt very confident. After my third session, I didn't pick up another cigarette other than to throw them away. After about my fifth session, I stopped feeling the desire to smoke. I can now catch my breath and breathe easier. I take long walks with my dog and don't tire out. I can go anywhere without worrying how long it's going to be before I can sneak out to smoke or get that last puff in before walking in a building. I don't even think about smoking anymore. My family and friends are all so proud of me! As am I!
Excellent
This is a great way to quit. Hypnosis taps into your inner mind and tells you that you don't need to smoke. It worked for me, even killed the desire. It will work for you too. Tip: If using on iPhone, turn on airplane mode to not be disturbed.
