Trapped in a subscription
I downloaded this app a year ago. It didn’t work. I tried to find a way to cancel but nothing showed up, so I thought the only way out was to delete the app. I was charged again this year for an app I never used. I saw renewal email and asked for a refund to have this cancelled. They told me they can’t cancel. I have to do it from the app. So I’ve downloaded it again and it doesn’t even show up in my apps. It doesn’t show in subscriptions. There is seemingly no way to cancel. I want out and I want a refund. They said they’d only give me ½ and only if I cancel but there isn’t any way to do it! Please cancel. Please issue me a refund for an app that has brought me nothing!
Overview
Finito is a great step to support the change to non smoking. Personally I had to use other support at the same time to achieve my outcome. The relaxation & mind thoughts are good although it tends to become a little repetitive. I knew I was a diehard smoker & expected a lot of resistance. I am now 1 mth smoke free and still soldiering on. I had a total of 7 restarts with the program but I believe in myself now & am reasonably confident I can continue on the journey to be a non smoker
Hasn’t helped me quit at all
The sessions are relaxing but it has not in anyway helped me quit or reduce intake. Expensive for what it is, especially as it didn’t help me one bit.
3 weeks good
I’m going on 4 weeks with Finito and have not smoked since my quit day. I’m happy with the app and my progress but not sure what happens after 3 weeks. There is no cigarette tracker , or reading at that point. Only a hypnosis session. Seems to go flat at 3 weeks inspite of paying for one year!
9 weeks in
still a nonsmoker! Honestly this app and program was a revelation for me. Quitting felt easier and more possible than the many other times I’ve tried. I still do the guided hypnosis sessions almost every day because of how much they help me with general stress levels too. Sometimes when I can’t fall asleep I use them as well. So glad I found this

Just paid for this app only to have it get stuck and not be able to use it. Customer service told me to request refund from apple. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Even though I signed up online, the app is making me retake the survey and halfway through it freezes completely and won’t accept any typing. The only thing I could do is hard shut down the app. But when I reopen, the same page of the survey has the same issue and I had to shut down again. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app only to still have the same issues at this point it is completely unusable and I’ve paid for a trial I can’t even use. Extremely frustrating
Great App
This is a great app although I’m finding it hard to find the 15 minutes to listen to the hypnosis without distractions. I like the tracker and am cutting back on my smoking which is the goal!

Better access
I should be able to listen to All past hypnotherapy sessions at any time. If I’m on day 4 and want to listen again the session from day 2 I can’t.
Smoker for 43 years becomes a non smoker in 10 days
I tried to quit smoking previously and was unsuccessful. I decided this time I wasn’t going to try I was going to quit. Mindset is half the battle and conditioning your brain is the other half that Finto takes care of. The program is highly effective and was definitely the answer for me.
Keep Charging
I tried the app, and canceled. Now I am still being charged $69.99/every month?! No one from app customer service has responded and this app now doesn't show up in my list of current or previous subscriptions under app store. Please refund me these $69.99 charges!

This experience has been very enlightening for many reasons. It has forced me to look at the reasons WHY I smoke so I can then deal with those triggers. I’ve become much more relaxed with each session and feel more READY to quit without feeling stressed about doing so. I highly recommend it
Just started
So far so good. On day 4 and it is helping. I would love times when I log cigarettes not just how many. It would help me a lot to see during what times of day I turn to cigarettes the most. I’ll update further into the program

It’s been a year since I used the app. I’m still cigarette free.
Buggy
App is buggy. Constantly reduces cigarette count by 1 but you won’t know until you open it again, if you happen to nice 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Frustrated
Perhaps my emotional addiction is just too strong because I have started the program over for a third time now. I’m not able to get enough hypnosis time to really feel like I’m benefiting and getting to my goal of stopping smoking.
Still smoking a lot. So far don’t feel like it’s helping but I will keep listening.
I quit for 301/2 days a few months ago and it did feel good but I’m having a hard time this time.
Works for Vaping Too!
I had my doubts in the beginning, but over the last week I have taken time to perform all the daily tasks and listen to the hypnosis sessions 2-3 times a day. This has been more successful for me than Nicotine Replacement Therapy ever was! I wish there was an option to track vaping and sessions targeted towards those of us who vape, but with this app I am finally starting to beat the monster of Nicotine Addiction!
Cannot access hypnotic session!
I have not been able to hear 15 minute sessions for last 3 day. A page comes up that says “ a problem has occurred, try back later!?! What up with this app?

I have been using Finito for 5 days. I am becoming more aware of my triggers, have reduced my daily number of cigarettes, and am excited to become a non-smoker.
Only hypnotized 1 time
I had high hopes for this. Never done hypnosis before so I thought I’d give it a shot. I did get hypnotized the first time but the next times I didn’t. Don’t know if I was too amped up on thing goin on but it didn’t work. I’ll try it again, but at 70$ it’s an expensive experiment.

I was very committed and I did this 5-7 days a week. It really helped me reduce stress and cravings. Although I had one relapse, I am very grateful being back on track again and feeling great.
3 stars with new updates, 5 stars with deep voice!
They had this amazingly grounding, lower voice that had me sleeping better, feeling better, and able to relax through a really difficulty time. Unfortunately they’ve since changed it to the same voice as in the first 2 days. Hopefully they’ll at some point fix the glitch and let users choose- I’ll admit I now use it just for the exercises bc the higher voice is difficult to relax to. Please bring back low voice hypnosis, it was so good, she had such a grounding presence!!

I’m done! Finito! 25 days. So grateful. I listened to the sessions everytime I woke up in the middle of the night. All parts in play really helped. I am not a smoker after 30 years of smoking. Hallelujah!

I could never power through any nicotine withdrawals with any real lasting success until I tried this platform and words cannot express how thoroughly effective this has been for me. Today is March 22 and I have consumed zero nicotine in any form since New Year’s Day. Cravings still occur - to a much lesser degree - but I am far more equipped to navigate them, now on my own (I used the cravings tool box almost daily for at least the entire month of January). I opened the app to cancel my subscription and it gave me the option to rate the app. I rarely deem it necessary to give ratings unless I have a strong and founded opinion about it. Boy howdy did I want to gush about my experience with Finito. I’m canceling because of its incredible effectiveness and the ease with which I could restart my subscription if I need a refresher; it was well worth every penny of the initial investment Here’s to deep, clean breaths from here out! 🥳

I missed day 2 and day 3 and apparently i can’t retrieve them. This is very disappointing.

Finito is different…. I’m on week 3 and I’ve not had a cig since day 9. I listened the first day 6 times… I have problems shutting my brain down…. I listen to the sessions, several times back to back….. I wish it had a loop… I repeat everything she says in my mind. . I’m so relaxed and able to absorb the information…..there’s breathing exercises… If you’re reading this asking yourself? Is this different? Will this work? The answer is yes… if you just can’t get past the cravings….Find some WILLPOWER. You’re reprogramming your brain This is for you…. You are going to be more relaxed than you have been in years (I promise you) It’s worth every penny… and if you’re not buying cigarettes at $8.00 a pack x one or two packs a day…. This pays for itself in a week…. I’ve sent the Finito app to everyone I know who smokes ….. try it the only thing you have to lose is the worst habit you have for you and your family.

31 years old, have smoked for 16 years, Trying this app out and I’m on day 7. In two days is my quit date, but I’ve been able to already cut down to 1 cigarette a day for three days now. I feel hopeful and I’ll keep you posted if it actually helps me to quit
