APP funktioniert nie
Technisch begabt und trotzdem immer Probleme mit diesem APP. Selbst Sparkassen Personal konnte nicht helfen. APP ist laufend geblockt und um Hilfe zu bekommen muss man in der Sparkasse anrufen welche sehr kurze Öffnungszeiten hat. Einfach nur grausam!

Gute App
Wurde wirklich eine Zeit lang immer besser. Leider bis zu einem gewissen Punkt, ab dem es ins negative gekippt ist. Schade, dass der Finanzplaner nicht nativ, sondern im Browser läuft. Update: Zunehmende Werbung und Umfragen trüben den Eindruck. Und das man stets alles händisch aktualisieren muss (Kontostand, Vorlagenliste etc.), halte ich für verwirrend und unkomfortabel. Update: Die Kontoaktualisierung ist so unzuverlässig. Gesamt-Salden werden nicht sofort aktualisiert, obwohl sie in den einzelnen Kontoansichten schon berücksichtigt wurden. Ständig muss man händisch alles und oft mehrmals aktualisieren um einen wirklich aktuellen Überblick zu erhalten. Neue Buchungen werden trotzdem man sie gesehen hat nur durch exzessives scrollen als gesehen markiert, d.h der Punkt, dass die Buchung neu ist, bleibt viel zu lange bestehen. Es ist wirklich unprofessionell und teils lächerlich wie die Sparkassen sich hier präsentieren.
Aktualisierung läuft zu lang
Die Aktualisierung der Konten läuft in der letzten momentan echt langen und ich muss es immer abbrechen weil es mir zu lange dauert.

I find the APP difficult to access. While I can use Face ID in my device and have configured the APP for it, it is still always requesting my password

Schon seit längerem dauert die Aktualisierung der App eine Ewigkeit. Ständig sind nur die Rädchen am drehen und nichts passiert weiter. Katastrophe

Suchfunktion seit Wochen ohne Funktion kommt ständig Fehler. Lädt stellenweise ewig. Bedingung stellenweise sehr umständlich. Anscheinen wie so oft an den Kunden vorbei entwickelt.

Suddenly,after an update, it is no longer possible to use “Transfer again” for some of the older transactions. This will become 5 star review if it’s fixed.

Die App ist leider richtig schlecht geworden und das Laden hängt die meiste Zeit seit dem die das neue Update gemacht haben ich weiß nicht was das Team falsch gemacht hat?
Mit jeder „Optimierung“ schlechter
Egal ob auf dem Smartphone, dem Tablet oder dem Laptop, die Kontenaktualisierung funktioniert meist beim ersten Einloggen nicht und erzeugt eine Fehlermeldung. Meist geht’s beim 2. Mal, aber auch nicht immer. Wie wär’s mit Fehlerbeseitigung statt Optimierung?!?

Schlecht seit Update
Seit dem letzten Update ist das Aktualisieren des Kontostandes eine reine Katastrophe. Man muss teilweise mehrmals aktualisieren um den tatsächlichen angezeigt zu bekommen Vor dem Update lief alles sauber & flüssig

Digitalisierung vom Schlechtesten
Ich versuche seit Juli Geld von meinem Konto auf ein Konto in den USA zu ueberweisen. Von ca. 15-20 Versuchen haben lediglich drei funktioniert. Das Schlimmste jst, dass bei der KSK niemand Bescheid weiss. Die Standardantwort ist, dass ich halt alles richtig machen muss, und ich solle es doch einfach nochmals versuchen! Wenn es dann wieder nicht klappt, dann wird man mit dem Gefuehl ein Problemkunde zu sein an einen anderen Bankabgstellten verwiesen. Obwohl die Bank auch alternative Ueberweisungsmoeglichkeiten haette, wird dies trotz direkter Nachfrage ueberhoert und vermieden.

Bank while opening the account told me that the app will be in English, but the notifications and drill down in the application are not translated in English. That makes this application frustrating.

Great app, missing one thing
This is a great app. 1000x better than either bank on base! Don’t it the inflated transfer rates implemented by the DOD. Save money with Sparkasse-KL. Could we add an English button to the top of the webpage? A quick switch from Deutsch to English would be great!
Unübersichtlich und unhandlich
Die ganze Struktur der Website ist unübersichtlich. Ich finde es unnötig schwierig Information und Funktionen zu finden. Die Suchfunktion hilft nicht viel. Namen von Funktionen sind oft anders als sie in einzelnen Seiten der Website genannt werden. Ich kann die Nachrichten Funktion hier nicht finden. App und Website bedürfen der kompletten Überarbeitung mit Ziel der Nutzerfreundlichkeit.
No English language option!
The app’s usability would be greatly improved if there were language options! Afterall, Germany is part of the EU, where a multitude of languages are spoken. Most EU citizens do not speak German! Sparkasse should do something about the lack of language options!

The app is fine but on my small iPhone, the text field for memo on a transfer shrinks, so I can’t place a cursor and thus can’t edit it. All my memos are thus garbled old data. I’ll do five stars if a developer fixes that.
never updates
still waiting for the app to update my account balance since beginning of august. i have lost money several times because of misleading old balances. this is completely ridiculous

Im Vergleich mit anderen sehr schlecht
Ich habe 4 Banking Apps. Das ist die schlechteste. Kompliziert. Langsam. Manchmal geht’s gar nicht. Posteingang hat noch nie funktioniert. Meiner Meinung nach sollte mehr auf den Anwender und Funktionalität geschaut werden und weniger Produkte anpreisen und Werbung in eigener Sache in die App einzubauen.
App was ok, now it’s crashing
Everything was going fine until the last update. Now even though both my phone and the app say they are fully up to date, the app crashes the second I try to open it. Can‘t really do online banking if the app isn’t working 🤷🏻♀️ Other than that it is just an ok app. Nothing particularly special about it. All of my other banks have had equal or better apps, to be honest.
