Tax prorations are way off for Bay County FL
Possible upgrades/features
3 wishes: 1) have a way to pull in actual real estate taxes rather than the formulas it uses for buy/sell 2) ability to use grant programs like IFA/NIFA for 1st time homebuyer downpayment assistance (2nd loan) 3) ability to calculate rate buy downs Iβm not a lender so it doesnβt have to be exact. Just something realistic.

Stopped working after 2 months
Paid the $10 and stopped working after 2 months!! There seems to be no support for this app.

This was my original review: As of late it constantly locks up in the middle of use and doesn't recognize my password. Asking for my password to be emailed to me results in you guessed it...The same password I had been typing over and over and over. I reached out to the developer in hopes that they would respond. Not only was I contacted via email almost immediately last night about my concerns, they texted me this morning for as much information as possible to address the issues. I received both a follow up phone call and email to let me know they had rectified the issues this afternoon. That level of service is rare. Well done PalmAgent! Well done!
Okay app, needs improvements
Going back to the home screen annoyingly deletes any custom closing costs that were just entered. Also, the payment cost breakdown sheet that is sent by SMS as an image is low resolution so when you zoom in to see the tiny numbers, they are pixelated.
A must have for any Real Estate Agent.
I discovered this app through the Tom Ferry show and decided to give it a try. I am thoroughly impressed with its comprehensive design. Itβs incredibly well-crafted to ensure realtors can provide all necessary information to new clients. The app is extremely user-friendlyβjust input a few details, and you can instantly generate an estimate while showing a house to a buyer. You can also customize reports and send them to buyers immediately. Beyond buyer assistance, the app also supports sellers by offering property estimate tools for listings. I'm very impressed with this app. Definitely a 5-star tool.
Has potential
This would be a great resource. Problem is, in MD, the contact info for the title company should be updated. Also, some of the marketing material is dated for 2021.
