Works good until…
I listen to the programming from 9am till 3, since my work is located on the 17th floor, cell service is not very good so I am on WiFi. For some unknown reason when I am not on WiFi the app won’t work. It happens at my home too, I can be outside mowing the front yard but when I am down the hill out of WiFi the app won’t work. The app is set to work on Cellular too but it won’t and everytime I loose WiFi, I have to sit through another dang commercial before programming starts back and it’s very annoying and I miss information.
Heats up phone
This app makes my phone (16 pro) run hot for whatever reason. My assumption is the ads are causing a lot of this. I’ve found that I’m much better off just searching for wsb radio in Apple Music and listening via the iHeartRadio or Audacy streams.
Repeated stop and start
This app sucks. Every time you pause to do something or if you go on/off wifi you have to watch the stupid video ad again. I’ll never use Cool Ray because of having to repeatedly watch their ad

Make font size adjustable
Please make the font size adjustable for the news stories. The current font size is too small.
The app randomly crashes
As the title suggests, whenever I want to check a certain news category, such as local or national, the app crashes and sends me back to my phone’s home screen. Please fix this.

Afternoon Show
The afternoon show with the female is the one broadcast that I don't like. The entire group is silly but the female is so annoying. Why do they air such silly rhetoric? I love Eric Erickson's broadcast.
Keeps buffering
This is my favorite station. I listen everyday. Since the major change in the app’s appearance it stops and starts constantly. Please fix this! I prefer to listen to the shows live. Thank you!
Please Fix It for iPads, Tablets
Okay app, initial pop-up video add to sit through before it begins (which I understand, pays the bills). However, I thought by now (this app has been out for a long time) that it would have been revised so it does not "flip" and go side-ways on an iPad/tablet. This station is large enough to invest the small amount it would take to update the app and make it horizontal on an iPad/tablet. My neck and eyes are sore from looking sideways!!!

Nice App
The app is fine, I just wish I didn’t have to watch an ad each time the app is opened or reconnected. It’s the ONLY listening app I have that does this.
1 ad every opening
Every time the ap opens there’s a Plummer ad that plays, accidentally close the ap and tha same as plays, ap crashes and the same ap plays when you open it, have a video auto play on YouTube or Facebook, and the ad plays again. I can’t stand that Plummer now

The layout keeps changing for the worse. It’s awful. Beneficial info, but presented terribly.

Love the app for quick news reads. However there is one thing about the app that is quit annoying. While reading a new article, the page flips back to the top over and over. I constantly have to scroll back down and find my place just to have it flip back to the top a minute later.
Annoying Ad Video Pop-Ups
For years, I would tap on a notification on my phone, the app would open, and I would begin scrolling and reading the article I had chosen - and I had the OPTION to tap on a video included in the story IF I wanted to watch it. For months now, when I tap on a notification, the same Ad video at the top of each story now automatically becomes full screen, freezes, and takes several seconds to finally realize that I’m tapping the “X” to close it. Also, during this Ad pop-up, the accompanying video(s) with the story are popping up, and also taking several seconds to respond to my attempts to close the window. Furthermore, there are times that my attempts to close the full-screen videos end up closing the story entirely. And if the story is older, I may or may not be able to easily find it again within the app. Please restore the pop-up video part of your recent update (if that’s what this is). I made peace with pausing the “Play” button when the app first opens if I’m only wanting to read an article without hearing what’s currently going on with the radio at that time. This ad/video disruption is intolerable.
Love WSB but app needs work
I listen to WSB everyday, but usually don’t use the app due to its poor design. The weather portion is the most aggravating when trying to scroll down to the weather blogs because the forecast portion interferes with navigation. You’d think that one of the top radio stations in the nation could at least afford to improve the app to make it more functional.

WSB App
I have been listening to Eric Von Haessler for going on 20 years and I believe he is the best thing to ever happen to radio. That being said I love the WSB App because of the ease of the open mic feature!!! The other aspects of the app seem very out dated. Welcome South Brother! Von Haessler Rules!!! Autum is hot and interesting even though she takes not funny voices too far sometimes I Love Greg he is always great Tim Andrew’s is always funny and Paul Stanley is way funny Yamamoto is cool and positive George don’t say much but when he does he always kills it when he does speak

I have always used some sort of media platform from WSB do you know what’s going on with Atlanta/Georgia The information that is pushed to my phone is just right and does not create an emotional reaction which I appreciate. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!
Worthless
99% of the time that I open this app to hear the news, I have to close it down and refresh 2-3 times before it will start to play. Ridiculous. Was hoping the new version would work better but it’s actually worse.
Only one complaint with the app
If I’m listening to the app on earbuds and a call comes in, the app continues to play while the call is live. Make the app shut down during calls. Other than that, it’s helpful.
Excellence
Love WSB! LOVE MORNING SHOW! LOVE NOON SHOW! LOVE AFTERNOON SHOW! ABSOLUTELY ADORE EVERYONE ON YHE EVENING SHOW! I found myself a little upset when my commute shortened after my family moved across town. That’s when I downloaded the app so I could listen at work (as much as possible). THANK YOU!

I tried using the app today on both my iPad Pro and iPhone. It will not load.
Patience Please…
This is only my 2nd time, and less than an hour, using the App. So for you to ask for a Review is unfair to both YOU aaaaand to me. I’ve just no usage to justify feedback. Try again in at least a week or two. Or after, I don’t know, maybe after I’ve used the App for a few hours. I mean, after I’ve ACTUALLY USED the App. Love what little I’ve experienced so far!!

Try to listen to the streamed VIDEO AD THAT BLOCKS ME. Already listening to the stream… it stops… reopen the app… VIDEO AD. VIDEO AD VIDEO AD VIDEO AD Maybe let the 8th graders have a chance.
Glad to be BACK with WSB!
Moved to Atlanta in the 70’s and immediately loved WSB. Moved out West for family in the 90’s and REALLY missed WSB. Moved back in the 10’s and now listen to WSB daily.
