Excellent Amateur Radio Exam Prep!
I purchased the app on the recommendation of a good friend who used it for exam preparation and it was worth the money! I studied for a couple of weeks before the exam and I received an excellent score! I used both the Technician and General exam prep apps and I took both exams today, back to back and passed both with great results. I just purchased the Amateur Extra app for the exam next month. I highly recommend this app!
General Ham Prep Test
Very well build test software with categories to review with test results..
Randomize answers
Please update randomize answers to be included on practice questionnaire pool and not just the tests. Will update to five stars once implemented. Thanks!
Very handy
I’m using this to study for my general license. I like that it is off-line and not connected to some account somewhere. I have found it very handy for practice exams and measuring my own progress. I don’t think I’m using all of its features, but it works perfectly for me so far.
Perfect Score on Exam
I read the book first, then went back and highlighted the important info. I used this app as a flash card sort of technique. If I I got a question wrong, I would stay in that section till I got them all correct. Later on, at lunch and at night I would go back to the sections that gave me a hard time. In the morning I would review half of the app. The following day I would do the other half. So, the night before test day I reviewed the whole app, of all the questions that were in the app, I only missed 2. On test day, I reviewed only those two. So, taking the exam was very easy, I thought it would be harder, scored 35/35 and was the first one to finish. I wasn’t racing, I just knew the answers. Going to get the “Extra” app.
Great training Aid
Fastest way to learn.
Easy to make your lincense
I used this program to make my tech lincense now I am studying for my general great program
Great
Great study guide
Great way to study and prep for exam
Hard to imagine prepping for the exam any other way. I used the Technician app as a study guide and to prep for my first exam - passed on first attempt. In revisiting the Technician practice exams, I’ve retained what I learned a year ago. I’m using the General app in the same way - as a study guide, and eventually for practice exams. These apps have proven money well spent.
Excellent way to learn!!!
Taking the tests while studying with my Arrl book helped me see exactly where my “weak spots” were and helped me to focus my study areas more appropriately.
Great Instruction!
Informative!
Great App - Thank you.
