Great app to review all the runways, but I have contstant issues of scrolling and saving images on a Mac computer
Full menu upon selection
It would be great if the app allow full selection menu access, similar to the iOS system. This would enable users to select text and use system-level functions like “Define” and “Translation.” Also, as an annually paid user to the app, I wrote an email to contact support, your auto-reply says will respond me in 48 hours since June 24th 2026. My dear, now is July 21…….
Horribly Optimized
Randomly brings you back to the homepage when you’re scrolling through runways, and lacks many QOL features for a company of this caliber.

Useless and Misleading
Cool articles but nothing I couldn’t find somewhere else for free. The subscription is misleading and evil. I woke up to a charge of $299 this morning. I remember agreeing to $15.99/month for digital and print access. What the hell happened???? Haven’t even received the magazine yet. I’m heartbroken. I didn’t know it was a scam.

For years this was my favorite app when I was making clothes. I recently fell back into the scene after recovering from health issues. Just to find out everything is paywalled 🫠 I get why that is, it’s just lame.
Money scam
The app is very frustrating. I have had a subscription for almost 6 months and the app continues to not register it. I have confirmed on my computer that I have one and that it works but the app will not allow me to sign in and use it. It continues to try and make me “restore my subscription” or subscribe to a higher level. Really disappointed that this issue has not been resolved.
Saving :(
I truly love this app, it is such a great place to find specific shows and articles. Features such as group chat and public voting also make it more interactive, but there is a problem with the saving feature. I can’t seem to save articles even though I should be able to, and I can only save catwalks. Overall it’s a wonderful app. Thanks Vogue!
Very addicted to this app!
Really love this app, great accessible collection of top fashion content from all over the world. Easy to use and pretty addictive. Love the more to discover section and wish I’d found it sooner! Maybe could be added to the board section as well
Paid Subscription Doesn’t Work
I paid for a subscription, but the app doesn’t work properly. Every time I try to watch the shows, it kicks me out and asks me to log into my account—even though I’m already logged in. I’ve tried signing out and back in, but the issue persists. Very frustrating, especially after paying for a subscription. Please fix this.
Notifications
Up until a few months ago (March), the notifications were more rounded. It all changed from that March update. Now the only notifications I receive are “quiz” related, which I won’t ever do. I’ve even taken to review my settings within the app. It’s not me, it’s you…I’ve checked. Please fix. Also, there should be the option to save articles.
DOESN’T WORK!
I bought the subscription for the app. When I went to look at individual images for a collection, they wouldn’t load and a pop up appeared asking to purchase the subscription. Keep in mind, I’m already signed in. I clicked on the pop-up, entered my info and it stated that I already have a subscription which ends in September. I even logged out and back in again and the same thing! Meanwhile, they don’t even have any customer service support! Why the hell am I paying for a subscription that doesn’t even work then?!
More like Vogue Look Book
Very disappointed by this app. Firstly the landing page seems to have more look books than catwalk coverage. I would expect that during the show season the catwalk shows would be given priority but not here. To make matters worse, when scrolling through the content, you can’t zoom in directly. You have to select the picture, zoom in, then unselect the picture to continue. Very clunky. Not for the inquisitive or the time poor.

Love the app but wish there were a few more features
this has been amazing fashion inspiration and I love just being able to flick through all these runway looks that I wouldn’t normally be exposed to, finding new brands and styles. The app itself is sleek and having a section on street style is also very eye opening. However, with the save feature I wish I could bookmark whole collections so I could come back to them later. Or on that note even be able to go from a look on your board to the whole collection. I also wish you could save street styles (maybe that’s a licensing issue) It be nice to be able to play with size on the boards but maybe that’s pushing it. Asides from that - hats off to vogue
New paid subscription
I love vogue and I use it so much for my schooling, I am a fashion major and being able to see the runways in an easier is important to my work. Now they have paid subscriptions to just see the runway looks and it’s so upsetting! I can’t afford to have another subscription. I’m going to have to find another way to look at the runway looks.

not gonna lie, it was a lot smoother to scroll through collections with the old design where you could flick through slides rather than one long continuous scroll. the save feature also seems to be really glitching hard
App is excellent
App is excellent. It contains an extensive archive of collections for several different brands. Photos of the outfits in each collection are in very high definition and there is also a tab providing a link to the YouTube videos of the livestreams associated with more recent collections.
Subscription not honored
I have paid for complete digital access for the year. I paid through the webpage on my Chrome app. The Vogue app will not honor the purchase with my Apple ID.
No Zoom!
Why have you removed the zoom feature?!?!?!?
Subscription
I subscribed back in October, I have only received the free tote bag. Have not received any magazines. Wondering when you send them out because it’s been way past the 8-12 weeks I was supposed to wait. If not it’s fine I’d just like my money back if I’m not going to get what I pay for.

subscription issues
Wish I could actually use the subscription I already paid for. Always gives me a pop up saying I need one when I already have one. Get it together. This is annoying. Literally what am I paying for
good except i can’t make an account
i have no issues with the photos themselves but i physically can’t create an account. the user agreement/privacy policy warning literally covers the “create account” button and i’ve been trying to press it for an obnoxiously long time. this is a terrible app feature. #veryupset

Paywall For Everything
This app used to be almost completely free. Now nearly all of the content is subscription based. The only reason I even had the app in the first place was to view the runway looks by different designers. Now that’s blocked too. Why the hell would I pay for something I can just Google for free? So exhaustingly greedy. We all have subscription fatigue! I refuse to pay them for the “privilege” of also selling my data. Uninstalled!

Digital subscription lost
I ‘m a paying subscriber and I can’t find the way to access my magazine subscription in here. Is there another app for that matter? If not how can I access my paid subscription issues?

Horrible
This app is shockingly bad. It does not respond when you click on things especially if it involves trying to change or cancel your subscription. The customer service is also terrible which may be unrelated. They renewed my subscription when I didn’t want to and when I emailed about it they told me there was noting they could do. Which was irritating but fine and then now I am not receiving magazines and I didn’t have online access after paying to renew the subscription that I didn’t want in the first place. I sent an email to see what was going on and they just never responded??? I ended up signing up for a free trial again because my brother was featured and I wanted to see his picture and now I’m trying to cancel before they automatically charge me again but the button on the app to deal with my subscription just magically doesn’t work.
Fab App for Fashion Lovers
I love this app for the comprehensive content of fashion runways from most of the world’s fashion hotspots. I took a star off because I have found the app crashes a lot. I also find that it “runs”, ie continually scrolls and it is often difficult to slow it down. I also wish there was a feature to sort results, eg “Milan Spring 2019” so don’t have to scroll through tons of shows to reach the shows I’m looking for. Still, I love the instantaneity of having the shows in almost real time. This app is a must for fashion aficionados!

Easy to search by designer or by season, I like the street style addition.... just a really nice way to browse through fashion photos
Why?
This app is bizarre. They even advertise it in Vogue magazine, but the app no longer includes your Vogue subscription! One used to be able to download an issue and read the whole thing. Now the app is everything but your subscription.
Amazing app but needs optimization
So good! Use it everyday, but there seems to be no sort of local storage making using the app a bit annoying some times. For instance, I have to reload all my bookmarks everytime vs having them cached. Anytime I leave the app it reopened with the splash screen and I lose my spot. Small things that I can live with but would make this app such a joy
Glitches
Sign in codes denied, trouble signing in, cannot save bookmarks/images with the option to save in app. Vogue Archive not available in the app.
Won’t load shows
Love this app , but I’ve been having a problem where I open it and nothing g loads - it’s just an empty white screen. This issue has been going on for months. I’ve found that the only way around it is to search the collection I want on the internet and open it on the app that way , which is no help when I want to browse . So just be aware

Love vogue, love Runway. It’s an awesome app! Easy to use and super functional. Only problem I can say is the picture loading can take a while sometimes and when you exit the line it’ll try to take you to the top. But other than that it’s amazing
Subscription suddenly stopped working
As the title says… I purchased again, it doesn’t see my subscription, it’s working on my computer. Tried restarting etc.

Unable to log in
Purchased this as a gift for my daughter I wanted to log in and make sure it works and all the things. Says you don’t need a password in the confirmation email but when in the app it prompts sign in with password or one time passcode. Tried to log in with password code but never received one to my email. Concerned for fraud!

love this app so much but the saving responses & boards are super buggy! lots of error messages & an inability to move things from one board to another.
