Easy to use app good promos and offers although the casino glitches a little bit all round ok
False advertisement
I opted in and staked £10 for the free 50 spin feature and once I span the £10 through it didn’t give me anything. Do not recommend.

Playing chicken+ you would expect at least a few wins but even on the lowest risk I was getting hit on barely any multipliers, this is so rigged and unfair

I never usually leave a review but this has to be said. The app is slow. Compared to other betting apps, it just doesn’t feel anywhere near ready yet. There’s always maintenance at high traffic times, slots are just un usable and the app doesn’t even open half the time. I wouldn’t bother and put your money elsewhere to be honest.
Disappointing
Placed a bet on champions league final bet builder with the betting promo that if I placed £5/10 and it didn’t come in then I would receive money back as free bets, didn’t receive free bets so emailed them, they messaged back saying the minimum stake was £20 in which I know for certain it wasn’t cos I would never go above a tenner on a bet builder. They also stated the odds had to be evens or more when it was 1/2 on the promo I tried to use. I then corrected them in which they sent another email saying one of my players shots on target was below 1/2 odds so I didn’t qualify. Feel as tho they were looking for any excuse not to pay free bets out and were backtracking constantly, won’t be using again
WITHHOLDING WITHDRAWALS
I have repeatedly spoken to separate advisors about my withdrawal where they tell me to ‘Wait 24 hours’ for the payment team to contact me. This has happened for the third day. Until this has been sorted unfortunately I will have to give this app a one star review.

They will close your account as soon as you put deposit. I put £10 deposit because of the bet credits offer, as soon as I went off the app and on the app again, it locked me. I then received an email saying my account has been locked, then they asked me to send ID and address proof, I sent both of these and they said my account will remain closed. All this happened after I placed a deposit, I didn’t even place a bet yet. Do not use thiss!! Honestly even if you place a bet and win, they will just block your account and will not allow you to withdraw money. Be careful!!!
Not impressive
The app is very slow, not intuitive and it can easly freeze. Positive note o Financial transactions that are super quick.
Spin is rigged and app not great
While I’ve tried you app out for a while to see how bets and the spins were I found all you do is make the spin go to deposit just to get peoples information is kinda concerning and it’s not just once but evrey spin on the wheel since I joint has been that nothing different now a cupple of times is understandable however every spin for at lest over 2 months that’s just rigged and also that little bubble in the side of the screen that is the most infuriating thing and the fact you can’t just delete it off our screen it’s crazy however you sort them issues out as well as more it could be a good app just somethings you need to work on.👍🏿

Absolutely a+ for Australian racing, where you regularly pay a bit above SP, as opposed to most UK bookies who do the opposite. BOG on UK racing would be nice, but at least you are up front about it, so no nasty surprises. Keep up the good work.

Plenty of better sites. Minimal pay outs no bonuses. Do yourself a favour and play on any of the multitude of better sites.

Don’t even pay out your winnings! Just take your deposit. Fraud bookies do not use at all costs. Also don’t even give you free bets as stated. Worse company ever need looking in to

I created an account. I made a deposit. And my account was locked right away. Customer support doesn’t help and they are not sending the money back. Stay away!! Update: it’s been 3 days now and I still haven’t received my money back! Absolutely disgusting. Never ever use this app! Update 2: it’s been 5 days now and I still haven’t received my money back.
