Reviews
Once they first started out they was so customer focused and had some really great games sadly I have just had my worst ever review since I have been with this company from the beginning , they simply are not Customer focused anymore and it really shows . The site crashes a lot and they expect you to just except it , problems constantly happen in casino and no managers work on weekends so if you have problems you have no choice but to wait till Monday . They offer the worst odds on football amongst all the big sites and when you state your case for improvement they simply don’t listen and say they will pass it on as feedback . Once the best site around for customers and actually put the big sites to shame and now they simply don’t care about there very loyal customers what so ever . The reviews that was once 10% back on spends per month is now 3% and this new megabox prize pick is completely and utterly awful and one of the worse things introduced to this site. I am currently still with virgin out of loyalty but now looking for another site because of their lack of Customer care and focus . Such a shame
Awful
Placed a bet which was accepted, only minutes later my funds returned to account and no sign of the bet at all. Customer services simply said there must have been a technical issue as they can’t see the bet. Also my withdrawal is still pending from 8 hours ago. Most bookies pay you within an hour so if you want fast withdrawals definitely avoid
Cash out
All great, but theres little cash outs which has cost me alot of money. One goal off and no cash outs through out the games. Why have cash out?!
Promotions
Hi there I’m enjoying virgin bet I will be using this app from now on. I did click on the £5 free bet Icon but still ain’t recieved I waited 72 hours.
FAKE RTP ON SLOTS
This app is by far the worst for bonus payouts on slots don’t get how they get away with saying RTP is 94 odd percent in reality it’s more like -300%RTP
Withdrawal
Takes some time to get into ur bank I’m still waiting it’s 10pm and I cashed out at 6pm
Mr
Very good
ive only won once
ive put maybe 100 pound onto this app so far and only won once
Stay away from there slots
A generally good site tbf but don’t play there slots as you never ever make a profit, I get a email now and then saying wager so and so on a slot and get 30 or 50 free spins , what ever you wager is always lost and then the free spins are just dead spins if you play slots you know when a game is dead spinning you can feel it, they gave me 30 free spins at 30p a spin the first time I won like £1.70p the latest offer today I got 50 free spins at 30p a spin I won £1.94 so 80 spins at 30p is £24 I got £3.74p . So evidently it’s rigged you never make a profit. Like all bookie sights they say it’s random that’s bs the percentage there supposed to pay out compared to what they actually pay out is night and day.
People that own casinos need hanging
Because they are hanging
Dreadful
Take customers money then delete the bet…..
Why have you disabled me
I think the site is brilliant but don’t understand why you have disabled me? I would be grateful if you could reactivate my account so I can carry on enjoying playing
Never win a penny

Virgin bet defo my favourite betting app
Gotta be one of the best online gambling sites out there easy! 😁
Scam
Slots give no returns it honestly a scam
Foxey
Absolutely loving it large ;)
Worst app don’t recommend
got banned for no reason and bets I have place I do not know if I will get refund or if they are active customer Servise is a joke
Management
Brilliant site customer service at its finest
Don’t play
You just can’t win! You play and hit jackpots, but you might win a big jackpot once or twice, and then the game takes all your money back. You put more money in, eventually hit another jackpot, but the winnings are so low that you barely win anything. It’s ridiculous when you’re playing £5, hit a bonus, and the bonus ends up paying out less than the £5 you’ve just played. 😂
I bet with the best, & that’s Virgin Bet.
Whether young or old (like me) enjoy betting on the Virgin Bet app, it’s so easy.
Useless
They gave me £20free bets, so I put the £20 on a football bet and within an hour they closed my account WTF!! I asked customer service what the crack was and they couldn’t give me a reason why and my account was permanently closed 😂 Jokers. Bet365 is easily the best. Stay away from these, they will pull your pants down!
