I’ve played many games like this over the years, but this one tops them! There’s games like ROK that has a similar setup and platform, but the game play limits you. This game allows you to change at any point your view of the world and how you approach it. The setting and graphics are great! Also, the games communications platform is well set up. Check this one out if you haven’t yet!
No new content
The game was great but there’s no new content. The same season over and over again. Same events nothing new. It’s like the developers just stopped caring. Really loved the game but it’s so boring now that I’m quitting.

So 30 minutes into the game and like 5 minutes of interaction/gameplay. More time and effort was spent on the story than gameplay it seems. Looks great, and when it started I was getting StarCraft vibes. Uninstalled
Degrading game
I’ve been playing this game since first release. It’s been a bumpy journey with the development team. They added events and removed them. Not because they weren’t good events. They just couldn’t manage to fix their problems or mistakes. Now. The game is just a base game nothing more. And now they have completely given up. No more new events. No new gameplay. No new heroes. Game is at a halt with no hopes for future improvement. So with all that said but not all that needs to be said. I’d recommend you look for a better game. This one is only alive by a thread. I’ll be suprised if the game lasts another year

Bait for your money
I've been playing this for 3+ years. It was great for a while with real development work put in. People spent a ton of money, myself included because they released new seasons and content. They've now repeated the last season 6 times already without any new content and their customer service either doesn't reply or gives some BS response about them working on it. They just bait people into spending money and give empty promises. Not only that but they only fix some bugs and not others. There's a bug that literally locks up my game while in season, so i can't participate. I told them about this bug in the first season of this repeat, now we just finished the fifth and no fix at all. Find another game with a real developer.

P2W unfortunately
I am a long time player and have my account over 2.5mill in power. I paid here and there for little packs to help with time based events like (Clash). I really love the concept, the art, cutscenes are all beautiful but there are some sad truths. You virtually can buy your way to the top with boosters for army, upgrades, etc. The cosmetics are amazing but unobtainable for F2P players unless you get a little 7 day trial one which essentially just makes you sad when it’s done for lol Overall fun while it lasts until you hit the pay wall or aren’t apart of a major clan that runs the server you’re in. Good luck building a new alliance against the monstrous ones that have been there for years. Anyways just give it a try if you are into rts games with time walls and enjoy emptying your bank for virtual bliss.

To the creator of this game, you need to figure out which server is being active and then which are not the one that’s not being active. You should give people option to wish to continue this game to move to another server quickly there is nothing kills getting faster more than having a server with few people wanna be active on
Issues with my account
I have tried to play for the past 3 weeks and can’t talk to anyone on world chat, alliance chat, or messages. I can’t click on support chat to get help and I have went to discord to ask for help but I still haven’t gotten a response!!! Please help me. I have had my account for over 2 years and would like to continue to play.
Very good but has some bad points
Enjoying the game only been playing a short while. The graphics are great and the game play is addictive. In an alliance that is no 5 ranked they were so warm and welcoming. Not had any issues yet with being attacked by stronger players, no seems to bother us and my alliance don’t seem to target weaker players. Only issues I face is the game often freezes and I have to re open the game and also it seems to random teleport at times which then costs to buy an alliance teleporter/ one you can teleport anywhere. This bit isn't great

Genau das exakt gleiche Spielprinzip wie alle anderen dieser Spiele, es gibt keinen einzigen Unterschied. Entweder sind es Wikinger, Zombies oder irgendwelche Roboter. Du hast ne Basis, musst auf nem Radar Sachen suchen und deine Truppen maschiefen lassen … dachte das ist endlich mal ein Spiel wie Command and Conquer, aber nein, genau das selbe wie alle anderen Spiele.
Going downhill
I’ve been playing this game for a little over a year now. I used to love it and think it was amazing because it was fair for everyone. But now with the new season I am starting to see the developers are just pushing for people to spend more if they want to participate on the new maps. They are quickly becoming more money driven and it’s definitely changed my opinion on this game.

Overall game play is great. Lots to do. Not sure why, but every time I update the game, it takes me almost a day to log back in. Nothing loads. Running current iOS. Should be no issues.
The Usual Problem
Here’s the context. I played this game logging on multiple times a day for 3 weeks becoming the third biggest player in a small alliance before I quit. I previously played a similar strategy game for 15 months. First the pros. The premise of the game is interesting and the in game dialogue from the devs is pretty witty. There are lots of quests and different events that mix things up. It’s possible to get strong without paying the Earth. And the interface was pretty stable for me. Next what might be a pro or a con. The players server seemed mainly to be in their 20s and 30s. For me that was a con because I struggled with the maturity of the chat and the behaviour, but it could be a pro for some. Finally the cons. The mechanics of the staged battle events are a bit simple and passive, basically just telling you whether you won or lost with no chance to take actions in the battle. Second, and this is the big con of so many of these games, you can log on to see that some random has levelled all your troops and taken all your resources. Then it happens the next day. Then the next until you quit. I’d hoped that people had played these games enough to know that this kind of thing empties servers. But I guess people are people. I’ll try to find a game where the devs have a business model that gets away from this problem, or maybe a server where people are a bit more grown up
Pretty Good
City only lvl 8 but so far so good. Pros and Cons Pros- -Nice graphics -Different factions provide different looks of structures. -VIP stays active when invested in -Story kinda interesting and interactive npcs -Game forces you to slow down and understand some mechanics Cons- -Pay 2 win kinda. -Not a huge difference from other city games Break I wish there were faction pets like behemoths. Ones you raise to adulthood to fight like a server boss, also an option to actually gear up the character you portray. All in all a good game.

This is awesome. I really love this game and it’s like my whole personality inside of a game I made tons of new friends and this game is really addicting and I love it. I think you should do tons of more updates and I love this game so much I know I already said that, but I can’t control how awesome it is

As a new player , I am pleasantly surprised, I love the story line and hope as I move on that there is very little player vs player war. I pray to see more alliance challenges based on tasks that include gaining points not who we detroy.

Ok game
Game is fun. Just like every other strategy game. It definitely is pay to win if you have the money. But don’t need to buy anything - just takes a lot longer to advance. As far as customer service - oh boy it’s very bad. Don’t expect to ever get a response back if there’s a problem. Had a few messages regarding a game bug - sent multiple messages. They say we will get back to you. It’s been weeks, still waiting for them to get back to me haha. So careful how you spend your money because if there’s a problem, you ain’t getting it back any time soon

I have just got this game, and I can say that the game is generally pretty fun, but I don’t really like waiting for my troops to arrive at the enemy and spend 5 seconds battling, I would like a prompt where you could watch the battle in real time just to perfect that auto battling conbat style. This needs to be said. This game, The Grand Mafia, is basically nothing but a weapon used for cyber bullying and cyber harassment, social aspect is truly disappointing. Many users, on a daily basis, cause unnecessary drama over the smallest of issues, giving the impression that they're making every attempt possible to change human nature. Frequent drama in the public chat over 'unfinished resource tiles,' which, to state the obvious, are programmed to be infinite in games like this, especially when those very people have other options. To further add to the disappointment, they bully those who speak up for themselves or their allies and make excuses when you try to reason with them logically. Some users even use their credit cards as a weapon, turning the game into a pay-to-win nightmare and creating an even more toxic environment. The constant harassment and manipulation tactics used by these players make it clear that they thrive on creating chaos and misery for others. What's even more frustrating is that Phantix Games seems to ignore these problems, making the game quite stressful to play. If they were smart enough, they should realize the truth, that they'll always have that particular problem regardless of what efforts they make. Overall, I'd say to just spare yourself the headache and find another game where you don't have this kind of drama on a day-to-day basis. The game is good, its very addictive & has a welcoming community. The different events & chapters keep it from getting boring so i have very little conplaints but the amount of fuel needed to make attacks & to rally is too much, its a massive handicap & stops progression right in its tracks

Good game but...
Trying to start now is very tricky. Impossible if you dont buy some bundles which is really annoying. And even when you do and get loads of troops, 1 attack on your city can set you back days. I like the game and will keep on going for a while. But seriously developers can you tweak some settings: When attacked by someone with 3 times your power or more can you cut down on the deaths a bit. Lost 70k troops over night during the kill event. I cant be online constantly and thats take out a titan completely for at least 2 days. I dont mind getting hit but when there is no chance even with support to defend it seems harsh to loose everything.

I’ve played this game for quite awhile. Gotten up to 145,000+. We’re getting ready for a new season and you have the audacity to charge 30 game cubes to jump to another server. Where’s the loyalty? Is this how it is? Bust your butting a game and get screwed for it? Disgraceful!

It started out not too bad however people are just weird on the game server 9 clans are dead already and the chat is so weird. Story missions are good graphics are good but in the end it’s just a pay to win game
Bullying on server ruined it for me
Sadly not as good as Rise of Kingdom. Reason being servers will become quickly dead. I was doing ok until the kill event. It became quickly clear that I will not have enough shields to protect myself and got zeroed. Players from the big alliances systematically went around in groups cleaning out accounts that just started. In main chat people were boasting about how the p2w players from the top alliances can just zero anyone they like and they can just cry about it. Looked like the main three alliances were allies and had to resort to predating on the smaller ones without any consequences. Wow big deal. Game deleted. I have no time or money for competing with narcissistic sociopaths who pay to be able to ruin the game for others. In Rise of Kingdom there was a kill event etiquette because people were smart enough to realise it is in the best interest of every player to have a kingdom, if a kingdom got destabilised by bullies the kingdom quickly died. Shame as this game had a lot of promise. Liked the graphics much better, the events were great and you could advance without having to spend. Oh well.
AMAZING
When I first looked at this game I thought it would be the average money grab mmo. Then it opened with probly the best intro to a mobile mmo game I have ever seen it keeps u engaged with the voice acting 100% recommend
Say goodbye
Because of inability to log in, see enemies or even be alerted to attacks. Say goodbye to your hard earned money if you’re a spender. But definitely say goodbye to millions of troops lose a billion in resources over a course of days without a response from customer service. I received a sorry and eventually got 350 talac (in game coin) which won’t get you much, maybe a few hours of speedups to rebuild 2,000 troops of millions the game caused you to loose.
