What people like
- Cheaper than big rental chains
- Great for finding local rentals
- Includes straps and safety gear
What they complain about
- Support never actually helps
- Hidden fees hurt your wallet
- Bookings get stuck without confirmation
Rental
Was very happy with the rental and would use the service again.
Pure waste of time
I jumped thru all the hoops getting signed up, put all my info in, found a trailer, paid the rental fee, coverage fee, taxes and deposit and then wasted 2.5 hours waiting for a response to pick up the trailer but no one communicated in any way what so ever with me even after sending 2 messages to the owner. So I canceled the transaction and waiting till I see a refund. Wish me luck
Good app!
This is a great way to rent a trailer. App is a little glitchy
High service charges
App was easy but the additional charges were high. Cancelation fee was ridiculous when there was still two weeks before my reservation.
Awesome trailer
That’s the only reason I gave this three stars the app needs work but the trailer I rented was awesome
Great design & easy to use
SO happy this app exists! The nearest trailer rental & sales place to us is over 2 hours away which makes it completely unrealistic. This app allowed us to find a horse trailer rental 10 minutes away from our horse. Absolutely love the convenience and also the protections it gives us for the transactions and everything. The only issue we had is we can’t upload our photos but I emailed their customer service and they were super responsive so hopefully they’ll get that fixed quickly. Definitely will use again!
Worst website ever
Fix your site nothing works on it!
Fees and variety
I’d like to see lower fees or understand what it goes to. The variety of trailers in my style was limited but I found a good one. Time and familiarity may be the solution along with sub base to help lower the fees. Overall I’ll use it again.
Trailer rental
Great experience!
Horable service
Deceitful acts is the best way to describe this group. After there app not working delaying me 2 days. they took my credit card info and pushed the transaction through. When I realized I didn't need the trailer because of delay they say no refunds. This company could care less what your experience is and doesn't want to own there part.
Questionable
I wrote a comment to you about my original reservation for mid December. I was in a very bad car accident and couldn’t complete. I spent several days sedated due to my injuries but I canceled with owner as soon as possible. I mentioned this to you and I didn’t even get a response
Trailer
Very helpful, easy access to it , everything you need to haul and transport was provided like chain , straps , binders , spare tire , tire chocks and etc… highly recommend
Do not use
I was charged for a trailer rental that was never accepted. When you meet Support, you are inundated with AI rather than actual people that can help you. I hear some people have had an OK experience, but I will never use this app again.
Great option for DIY projects
This was a great app! I was able to find a very reasonable trailer and get all the work done I needed for a fraction of the cost that I was originally looking at.
Too many hidden fees
Rented a trailer for $65 a day and wasn’t able to bring it back within 24 hours so I extended it for another day. I still returned it the same day but a few hours later. The total cost was $182.50! The guy that rented to me wanted to partially reimburse me but Neighbors Trailer has a $25 processing fee for reimbursements and they don’t allow us to exchange contact information! That shouldn’t even be legal right? I will not be renting from Neighbors Trailer again.
Great App and service!
This app is legit, and a good way to rent trailers. I had a great experience!
Waste of time
Waste of time. Spent a week waiting for a trailer I booked to confirm me. Nobody will respond to messages. Total waste of time.
Trailer rental
Everything worked out great! Looking forward to working with Andrew again in the future
Zero help
I won’t use them again. They ate no help when things don’t go as they should.
Great resource
Superb tool for a resource we need in the community.
Horrible experience
I needed a trailer immediately to do my company deliveries with for the night due to ours breaking down. I found a trailer close by that was available with a 15 minute pick up time after booking. I did not know that the person renting the trailer has to approve the booking and of course you have to pay for the booking first. The person still has not approved the booking. I don't even believe the guy had a trailer and I lost $580 in income. Will never use again now I have to wait three days to get my money back. Absolutely horrible experience.
Trailer
Had a great experience with this app and our rental. Could not have been a smoother experience. Much better than using the big chain places. Highly recommend
Unsafe Trailer
When I attempted to pick up a trailer, there were no places to tie down cargo. The company said it was on me to confirm that a cargo trailer could haul cargo safely and legally. Charge me full price for Rental. Trash company!!
Extremely helpful
It was just what I needed and didn’t cost an arm and a leg
