Muy bueno
Doesn't work with graded cards
It doesn't know how to crop for graded CCG cards. It tries to only crop the card inside and even then it wasn't great. Cards were often sideways instead of centered.
Excellent program
I have spent some time using various programs to enhance, repair, and colourise many photos from our History Group’s early 20th century collection. This is by far the best in my opinion, resulting in the most realistic colours. If you have lots of photos to digitise, I highly recommend Reimagine.
Maximale Dagelijkse gebruikslimiet
Great little app!
The quality of enhancing on this app is very good!
Not happy with this app!
It said that there were no scratches on the photo to enhance but there are cracks and shading where the photo has curled up. I don’t feel like this app helped in any way.
Cannot access Reimagine
All features of the Reimagine app are supposed to be part of the MyHeritage Omni plan but am unable to access Reimagine. Reimagine does not recognize MyHeritage account. Disappointed that I don’t have full access as this was supposed to be part of this package. The only help I can get is through chat and it just loops back to the FAQs and isn’t addressing my issue.
Sign up issue
Never got to use the app as the number of catch’s is unbearable… 12 before I quit and deleted the app
Familia
Greedy
Developer. These prices are just insane! The max I would pay is $20 a year and $30 as a one time only payment.
Not free!
Description is a little misleading, as nowhere does indicate that this is a subscription service after a very short, free trial. Does work well, however
Problem adding photos
After installing the app and logging in with my paid Myheritage account profile, I created a new album and scanned several photos. But the app now consistantly gives me the « Something went wrong… » error message when I try to scan more photos.
Limiet?
Gran-parents
First class, super app. thank u
Errors
All day, nothing but errors. Stopped working once I started paying.
Presque parfaite
iOS photo picker inadequate
I enjoy the app for quick repair and colorization of old photos. However, using the app is frustrating as the photo picker only reveals a list of directories not the way Apple intended. I usually resort to using the web based version as that method recognizes folder structure of the Apple photo app, with nesting. This app puts every directory in the picker at one level. For someone who utilizes the photo app the way it was intended for organization, a picker that doesn’t recognize nested directories makes finding a photo impossible.
Not quite ready for prime time
First, my photos are professional scans of slides that were taken between 1970 and 1985. Evidently before the days of digital sharpness, we were accustomed to some level of blur because these slides looked fine when projected onto a wall. But like another AI enhancer that I tried, this one seems to sharpen the faces, leaving a bizarre scene of sharp features on a blurry body and background. And sometimes the interpretation leads to grotesque features, especially on babies. If the photo is only very slightly blurry, this does a good job. But if the photo is only very slightly blurry, it’s probably acceptable as is.
Can’t get past the login page
It asked me to sign in with MyHeritage account. I tried to and it said I don’t have an account so I haven’t been able to use it. Help!
Also can't get past login screen
I can no longer get past the login screen on the iPhone app. The app used to work, but now it is unusable despite my having paid for it and having a MyHeritage complete subscription.
Can’t login anymore
Since sometime I can’t login on my ipad (ios 16) and iphone 13 (ios 17) a white rectangle appearafter providing my login-details and pushing the login button.
Melding “contact systeem beheerder”
So much fun!
All the fun in one easy to use app plus it makes scanning albums so much easier
???
I liked the product and tried the free trial but can’t seem to cancel. I am too low on money and time to work on my photos and would have pitched at a later date. When I searched to cancel the phone number was disconnected. The second number listed wanted to charge me $37 convenience fee to cancel.
Why Charge Full Prices for it If I Already have My Heritage
I was super excited at first, but now I find myself disappointed. I along with many others had been optimistic that there would be additional features that I would acquire by paying for the Reimagine app in addition to my heritage. Now, knowing that it serves me no purpose to pay for both of them, this is likely the last time that I do That and they certainly will encourage others to explore other options before considering paying for both. I have already had my heritage for several years. Actually, recently I had primarily had it for the benefit of color rising photos. Issue is, however is that other products have come onto the market that actually outperform it in many regards. Is I have frequently found myself as one who recommends apps and solutions for others, I cannot write fully answer that this is the top solution. Now that I can use apps, such as adobe, Photoshop, even Ancestry, also photo enhancer is well as at least another five decent apps for colorizing, I am not so quick to respond, that my heritage or reimagine, as being the one top solution for color rising or restoring photos. I have restored thousands of photos, and I still find that my heritage and reimagine. This product is still lacking when it comes to giving clarity, removing scratches, and with added features to restore, choosing a replacement color, or replace issues where the sky is discolored, or even clothing is discolored and fixing it. Approximately three-fouryears ago I had a substantial conversation with someone providing support. I was providing the specific steps that I go through to consistently leave me with a colorized image with no incorrect or non-optimal color choices. (an example is like someone wearing blue jeans and a red shirt, and if the image has specific characteristics that are not corrected in advance, red and blue colors will be blended and clothing does not turn out correctly. All colorizing choices with reimagine order my heritage always has to include time for me to remove the watermark for the colorization logo. Always a major inconvenience when there is anything where there is text and that logo destroys any hand written or typed text. Lately it has nearly eliminated Me from using your product to Colorize the image. Yes, this was lengthy response Dang, I was so hoping for one full featured app. My recommendation for others is to consider looking into a subscription through Adobe on a monthly basis. Done directly through Adobe. If done through the App Store. You will end up paying more than if you do buying a subscription directly through Adobe.
Can’t get past login screen
Entered my MyHeritage credentials and pressed the Log In button. Nothing happens, even if I press it repeatedly or hold it down. UPDATE: The Reimagine app seems to be the same as the functionality in the MyHeritage app. Once I had tried it in MyHeritage, I had no problem logging into Reimagine. It’s a simple but effective app that did wonders for old grainy black and white photos. I am sure I will get a lot of use from it. There is a problem logging in, which hopefully the developer will solve. It might have occurred because I installed both MyHeritage and Reimagine about the same time and didn’t realize that the features of Reimagine are already included in MyHeritage.
All I wanted was a photo editor
After having the yearly subscription rate charged to me during the beginning of the “Free Trial period “, I attempted to use the editor to repair the scratches and damage to a few of my older photos. To my disappointment not only did it not remove the scratches but added more damage to the photos. Because of this I decided to cancel my subscription on the first day but low and behold there does not seem to be anywhere to accomplish this on the app. When I looked it up in the support section, only cancellation of the My Heritage subscription was addressed and those options were not available on the reimagine app settings section. Not well thought out or just some way to make one get more than they wanted.
App
Great app
Not a happy user
I am so disappointed with this app. First I ended up buying the subscription for one year when I only wanted to try it. Not very clear the options. Then you scan pictures but cannot download them to your device, you must subscribe to Myheritage. Just be aware. I would be happy if I could get my money back.
Excellent.
Does exactly what the advert says it does excellent program. Well worth it.
Poorly rendered app.
Unfortunately, I bought subscription which totally fails in rudimentary application. There is no Help Menu, instructions, or ability to fully delete photos. Once, uploaded, it’s a dead-end. Then, I learn the app privacy policy comes out of Israel. Do not subscribe until these issues are remedied.
Colores diferentes
Incredible at digitising old family photos!
I love that I’m able to restore, colourise and digitalise my old family photos. I thought it would take hours but it was so quick and efficient! Couldn’t recommend it more
Repair didn’t work
I have a picture that’s been damaged, about 1/4th of someone’s knows has been scratched off the photo. But the app just says there’s nothing wrong and it doesn’t need fixing. I don’t know how well anything else on the app works but that’s the only reason I got it.
