The videos are clear, the teachers explain concepts well, and the study material is very helpful. It makes learning easier and more interesting. A great app for medical students and PG aspirants.
Will ghost you in the last moment of your preparation
App don’t work well while giving test images were blank not showing even they will not give you extension if your exam will postpone .. don’t trust them

After opening the app and while playing the videos they are getting hold …I thought it’s my iPad problem problem…later I noticed remaining apps working properly please check it once
Concept made easy
I am a mission plan subscriber since 2 years and i am glad to share this feedback about the faculties that each and everyone of them are gems of their field. I genuinely feel the big 4 are the best of the best. The way they make the difficult concepts easy and crisp are exceptional. I would recommend to any new PG aspirants to be a part of the cerebellum for their preparation.

Notes are not opening with latest update please fix this issue

Why is there still no video download option like marrow ? I’m using it in on my iPad and I can’t download videos and play while I’m outside . Please fix this soon.
Lots of Bugs
Study content is amazing but app is still in development phase they don’t have option for reset your qbank lots of issues if ur playing video and playing together and many more small bugs which makes unstable

Poor app interface. Gets stuck, poor features. Extremely slow interface Scrolling pdf notes experience is bad

Please! Bring back the English subtitles settings as pronunciation isn’t clear sometimes.

Doesn’t show my subscription at all.
Can’t watch videos because even after paying it does not show my subscription in iPad. It works fine in phone but it is not working in my iPad. So frustrating. I have tried reinstalling and logging in and out multiple times, yet there’s no change.
Technical glitches
Please add screen rotation. There's no support for full screen view in ipad.

Worst customer care
I am facing so much difficulty in this app. Videos are not playing since one week and it is showing error again and again.Also I contacted customer care so many times they don’t even respond and they don’t care about my issue my time is wasting and it is affecting my study. I contacted everywhere on WhatsApp ,email and also through app I submitted my issue still now my problem is same. I recommend don’t waste your money in this.

Don’t buy this UI is worst and customer care doesn’t care
One of the worst apps ever. Ive faced problem with custom module creating in my app when contacted the customer care they didn’t respond well. It’s been 3 months and still going on but not reply. Literally I bought 4 years plan. But I guess it’s my worst purchase ever. Don’t think customer care will ever help you out. And it counts devices even if u logout. And account will get blocked if you login in other devices even if u upgrade your own.

Technical problems
The app is extremely bad. It asks me to login again and again and logs me out automatically. Also, now the videos are not loading at all. It also doesn’t have a system wide screen rotation support. I am not able to study on it at all. The app navigation experience is bad too. I hope the experience improves with further updates.
