Test series, need pg grand test
These test series are too much time consuming and after finally 7 hr I completed test and when I am clicking submit it’s not showing any response I am totally disappointed we already have less time and above that urs test series make it more worse and on top of that I don’t know about my answers at all it’s like there is no way to give test series by this app I am frustrated I need u to think about it and soon correct this issue .
Good
It should be available as an application for Apple MacOS (MacBooks)
No customer support
Every other day facing issues with custom modules. No way to report issue and no response from their side. Though packs and videos are good, but face issues every other day
Laggy app with lots of glitches

Good
Good
Very poor app
Prepladder app is one of the worst app I have ever used. Here are some of the points: Video get paused automatically every time you skip in video. Downloading a video is very difficult since it get stuck if I try to do so. If downloading get paused, there is no way to resume it. It is very buggy to use.
Version xi has problems
Lecture doesn’t have subtopics Duration of lecture is written 50 min but when I play the lecture actual duration is 2hrs Multiple cases are there of such problem
App with great faculties
App with great teachers. Plans are at affordable price. Fix minor app glitches ( some video downloading issue)
not working
the app is not working
Please optimize the app
The app is excellent for learning, but its battery optimization on iPad needs serious improvement. On my new iPad Pro M5, watching PrepLadder videos for about 2 hours 15 minutes drained nearly 40% of the battery and made the device noticeably warm. In comparison, 2 hours of YouTube at similar brightness and volume used only about 12% battery, with the iPad remaining cool. This strongly suggests the issue lies with the app’s optimization rather than the device. Please improve video playback efficiency and reduce unnecessary CPU/GPU usage, as battery drain and heating significantly affect the learning experience during long study sessions.
Ophthalmology worst faculty .
Why Doesn’t PrepLadder Selects a Good Professor for Opthal . The New faculty teacher Knows Well but Doesn’t teach well . It’s better to Include Animation videos , Good diagrams in Optha To understand better instead of MAKING ROTIS IN AIR , and BEING HYPERACTIVE ( it’s more of SHOW OFF of how much a Teacher Knows Rather than How much a Student Understands ) .
about the app
not that good app
I reached out to prep support
I reached out to prep support and my query was quickly resolved.
Hangs alot and the worst app management
Works with lot of errors while playing and not up to date
Video playback
Issue resolved by support team
App not user friendly
App automatically logout and it’s some time impossible to login for weeks, service is worst.
UI and Bugs
There are several bugs including the media player glitching when clicking to change language or settings icon... sometimes the icons don't show up. Swipe to jump time, volume, brightness needs to be removed as there are so many accidental swipes (personal opinion) Dark theme should be there for entire application Overall the UI needs to be smoothed out and fasten

Title: Excellent App for Medical Exam Preparation – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
PrepLadder is an excellent app for medical exam preparation. The lectures are well-structured, concepts are explained clearly, and the study material is highly useful for quick revision. The MCQs, clinical questions, and revision resources make learning more effective and exam-oriented. I especially appreciate the user-friendly interface and the systematic approach to covering important topics. PrepLadder has made my preparation more organized, focused, and confident. Highly recommended for medical students and aspirants preparing for NEET PG, INI-CET, and other postgraduate medical exams.

Worst app ever
Ekdum ghatiya app hai …this doesn’t even deserve one star , 10 baar toh login karne Mai dikkat aati hai uspe inke customer care ko call Karo toh woh busy aati hai I want my refund ek number ki ghatiya app hai 👎👎👎
Nice
Very good app
The app glitches so much you cannot focus on the content
Every time you try to have it open while making digital notes, it shuts down. Also it lags so much while using. Every time there is an update the app stops functioning before you update it. Instead of adding stupid new features that also lag and don’t function, fix the basics. No one can focus on the content because the app itself is so terrible.
Video download issue
Worst technical support team..video download issue note solved..
Online classes
Better then before
Greedy people. Video rarely ever plays on the first go
Awful for preparation. Video mostly never starts and keeps buffering. Always has DRM issues.
Lot of videos are shown as coming soon

Prepladder
It’s nice app , good faculty.
Buggiest app ever
Good Content, but worst app design. It’s a buggy glitchy mess. Learn something from Marrow.

exm 1 mhine m h kalke class ka v vdo ni dikh rha bc roj ka ho gya h tym logonke natak na koi respond krta h
Fix the bugs please.
Notes don’t open separately. Notes are accessible only while playing videos. If any how when they open the pages are blank or like only some of lines are visible that’s it. Moreover app crashes whenever it wants to, 10-15 minutes daily wasted while accessing the various things on app. Previous version was much user friendly.
App is lagging a lot
App is getting lots of glitch and lag when we move or scroll video down transcript or open notes please fix it ASAP
