What people like
- Rent splitting is very easy to use
- Staff are really helpful and friendly
- Keeps your apartment info in one place
What they complain about
- App crashes and keeps you logged out
- Payment system often fails or gives errors
- Inventory forms won't submit properly
Decent App, one minor flaw
Seems to be a decent app, had no issues as of yet! The only annoying part is constantly being logged out! Yes it’s easy being sent a code to log in but there should also be an option to remain permanently signed in! If that was added then this app would be 5 Stars
Rent autopay doesn’t work
The autopsy feature simply doesn’t work. It doesn’t let you select a day to pay that isn’t the 1st, and there is a clear banner to say payments made on or after the 1st will incur a late fee. This needs fixing asap as your putting peoples money and credit scores at risk
Decent
It’s very well designed and helpful to keep track of documents and apartment information. However, the pay system doesn’t always work
It is good
Did a review because it was asking me every two seconds👍🏾
Works great
App works great, no issues
Slow, outdated and Crashes too easily
I’d rather just pay in person
Straightforward enough!
Has the necessities. Hard to submit inspection form though! Always saying error :)
Needs improving
Would be easier if some of the functions worked.
Great place to live!
Really helpful staff and the app is super convenient.
Residente
The app is really confusing and keeps crashing. Not a fan at all and this is risky as it is for paying rent. Please fix
Excellent
Good
Awful App
Should haven’t waited for everything to be working and all the numbers to be correct before introducing it to all the tenants.
Easy peasy!
Day one of residence - couple of small issues submitted with ease via the app. The key will be how quickly they respond!
Can’t submit my inventory check
Just moved a week ago and used the app to complete my inventory check. I however cannot submit it which is very annoying given I took the photos within the app. I now have to redo everything including my comments and send them as attachments via email. This is quite stressful
lovely 10/10
lovely 10/10 idk
Terrible App
The amount of effort to complete a simple rent payment is ridiculous been attempting since the 1st going back and forth with emails. Please sort this out.

User-friendly.
Love this app
Never had a payment system like this for any property I’ve lived in and it makes it so much easier to split rent and see what you owe. I love it.
Good and easy to use
