Saat ingin melakukan print , masih ada batas gambar yang ikut ke print , yg saya maksud adalah tanda merah silang (hapus gambar) dan resize gambar , selalu melekat di gambar terakhir , jika lebih dari satu gambar

jika di ubah bentuk juga posisi jadi tercetak setengah bagian saja , lalu jika ingin mencetak lebih tanda silang dan rotasi selalu muncul san ikut tercetak .

Disappointed
The machine has dang near tried to print. I’ve had to shut down the phone as well and the printer is just shht This app has gone down hill. Before I could edit on the app without being connected, now I have to have it edited. I really hope there’s an alternative app that will work with this device. Machines 90% charged and stutters while printing now also for some reason. My printer is clean my papers new.

You need to work on this app like option for add image on the same page like in android app do
You can’t put more than one image to print on the same paper at a time less imagine you just want to print 4 by 4 inch the order space on the paper will be useless. You need to add more option so that someone can add more image on the same page before printing. Please Other app can allow you to put more then 6 images together if it will enter the A4 paper space

อัพเดดมาใหม่ก่อนพิมพ์มันเลื่อนกระดาษออกไป 3cm. ปุ่มfeedมันก็มี จะเขียนโปรแกรมให้เลื่อนกระดาษทำไม ปริ้นเต็มหน้ากระดาษไม่ได้เลยทีนี้ นักพัฒนาแอพขาดความรู้ความสามารถ กรุณารับฟัง และแก้ไขให้ด้วย

Why is this keep saying ‘phone Bluetooth is off’ when it’s not. I tried to connect iPad and iPhone, on both it is only saying ‘Phone Bluetooth is off’ when its not , so I try to connect it on my actual Bluetooth, its showing up but refuses to connect since its ‘not supported’ okay cool at least machine is working..? It has an option to scan the QR code on the machine itself, scan, and just disappear. So, no way to use it
Lacking an Important Feature but great App
This app is very simple, easy to use but does lack an important feature that many people can benefit from. Currently there is only 3 density options, I’m currently using the strongest density option and still find it difficult for the printer to pull off enough carbon from the Thermal Stencil Paper. Note I am using Spirit btw. Thermal Stencil Paper tends to have a lot of inconsistencies with certain batches. Spirit in particular has reported issues batch to batch with quality. Adding a Adjustable Slider that allows us to fully customize the density would be great. The strongest option just isn’t cutting it. If the density options are based on how slow the printer prints then adding an adjustable slider that allows us to slow down the prints to whatever we like would be game changing. Now if the density options are thermal based as in, how hot the machine can go, I really hope that the strongest option isn’t the hottest the machine can go :/

No permite hacer impresiones mayores a tamaño carta, si se usa tamaño oficio o papel hectografico en rollo, se debe seccionar por partes las impresiones

Раньше приложение работала прекрасно. Сейчас ставлю один размер, а он печатает его меньше. Из-за этого тратиться очень много трансферных листов, чтобы подогнать размер!

Doesn’t work
Fresh out of the box, I’ve tried troubleshooting and nothing will print. I hope I can get a refund because this is messing up my business. The troubleshooting page us a 404. I’m very disappointed.

Taking forever to load
I love the printer but can’t even use it right now and this is beyond frustrating. I had to cancel a day full of clients because I could not load any stencil to print my designs. FIX THIS!!!!

Does not upload your saved files
I love this printer, but I’m giving it 0 stars. I am unable to upload my work. It takes five hours to upload a file from my phone.

i love the printer i think its great, but this last software update, ruined everything it takes years to load the images in the past it was instant. fix that problem please
My thoughts
Works great. I just wish I could print from Procreate like normally on my iPad instead of having to save and use the app.
App is not working
The app is not working. It keeps saying refreshing data when I try and use it and nobody has fixed it yet. So you can’t even use the stencil machine which is messing me up at work and I have to buy a whole new stencil machine and brand.
Adjust "confirm" button doesn't work
Fix the confirm button on Adjust menu.. and the image keep going back to reset settings when you leave parameter menu You have a great printer but APP is terrible! Change your IT, get better IT.. your sales will dramatically comes up..
