Update: GO TO SETTINGS AND CLICK ON IMAGE SCALE AND CLICK 100% It looks like your update to fix the ghost printing actually GAVE me the issue. I had a client on Friday and was hit with this surprise when attempting to print 🥲 Fix asap please, we use this for work.

The image is disappearing still, please fix this bug! I have restarted the app, updated and redownloaded it but nothing has changed. It was working completely fine this morning until night.

Found way to fix ghost, blank image issue
This suddenly stopped printing images. I toyed with some of the settings , go to the magnify glass tool and press both toec buttons listed to make sure they are both check marked . Change print visibility setting to “normal”, and click the B5 paper size instead of the typical A4 setting. Im not sure if all or just one of these settings fixed the issue. But this finally made the image visible again and successfully printed. Wanted to warn and offer others the advice. Wouldnt suggest purchasing and using unless already owning one. Just because of the amount of issues that fluctuate with its use with very little assistance or a manual online. Otherwise when it does function, a decent quality printer .
Printing ghosting
It’s been over 7months with this issue. It got fixed temporarily but now it went back to ghosting the images and unable to print. Seriously wish the developers can find a long term solution.

Printing glitch
Been using this printer for about a year and I love it! Unfortunately there’s been an issue with the latest update where my image once uploaded disappears from the screen on the last section before pressing print making it useless :( please TOEC fix this asap!

I had some problems with the latest version, but after adjusting the settings, everything works fine!

The app is usually fine but currently not working, all images disappear instantly and nothing can be printed. Have tried disconnecting, restarting and changing settings a million times. Please fix it asap I can’t run my business without it.

I’ve been using this printer for two years and it’s actually really great but there’s an issue currently, where the design on the print screen is disappearing. I can’t find anywhere to report this issue and it means I can’t use the printer at all. Please fix this bug!

Would like to see more features
Printer works well, but it would be nice to see more features added. Would be really useful to be able to crop and resize images in the app. Also connecting to the printer can be quite finicky.
A few issues
1. It was ghosting my image I seemed to figure that out by clicking image scale. 2. My stencil prints out way too dark 3. Now I can’t even get the image to print anything

Ok product
The use for this is great. You should be able to increase darkness of the print more than just Normal and Light. And also you need to be able to resize, duplicate, crop and rotate images on the selected photos, make it so you can print more then one photo on a single page. Any other apps the Toec works on?

Their app needs bug fixes pronto customer service for product is irresponsive all I got was a sorry for your $400 loss have a good day. With no means to right a wrong. —— meanwhile PHOMEMO offers friendly customer service for a better working better looking product ——

Every time I tried to print an image the page goes blank and can’t print anything out. Please fix this because that printer is not cheap.
