Great game, but will log you out and you will loose your character. Customer support is non existent. I took all precautions to save character, my guess is during server merger, I got kick and now when I try to log in I get a server full error and only option is to create new character.... service ever replies I'll change the rating.

Won't let me play my character
Won't even log it in, tells me there's too many people playing. Ok, well I quit then, because I don't make new characters when you decide. Gave you 2 stars. I'll be back in a week or so, if I can't log in I'm putting you on one star so that maybe this game will be removed from Apple for being dysfunctional.

what happened?
it no longer opens and i don’t know why. i’ve spend a lot of money on this game and quite enjoyed playing it but suddenly it just won’t open, saying “an unexpected error has occurred. restart the game.” yet doing that does nothing to fix it. i’ve reinstalled and nothing. i feel disappointed and cheated out of my money.

I still find it hard to get the code and everything else set up but other than that graphic design is amazing and equipment is doable
What do i do ?
The game does everything. It tells you to click here , to go there , to come back. At a dizzying speed. It becomes boring quick. I erased it.

Dont waste your time unless you like wasting money
I started this a few days ago seemed fun at first. Until you realize that the combat is completely idle, so just play a swordsman cause the other classes are irrelevant (no dodge mechanics for pvp or boss aoe and range classes attack at melee range and most of the range skills dont actually do damage for ranger class) for most events your either competing with that one random whale every game has (fine) or competing against players who are weeks ahead of the server your on while no way to catch up to the older servers without spending $$$. They do give you free VIP up to VIP10 but its a trap too because of the SVIP system which is the only thing that does something. That all being said if your looking for a game to play that you’re not gonna take somewhat serious or just want to watch a movie while on the toilet. Play Sky Utopia today!

I'm with the person who said they have no idea what's going on. The game makes no sense; it doesn't seem like a game at all, but just something you look at and tap on whatever the little hand and the little red circles are telling you to tap on. Deleted.

Honestly for me it’s a great game you just have to give it a try because at first it seems a bit slow paced but it’s actually very fun and distracting to spend time on
Don’t Listen to the Reviews
The game is complete garbage. The ones that are lower rated stars are fake also. The game is complete Idle and there is absolutely nothing to do. This isn’t even a game, it’s literally a movie. It play itself, there is absolutely no strategy, all you do is watch. Everything happens so fast so don’t expect to understand what’s going on. Basically your CP is combat power which is supposed to demonstrate your overall strength. You have no need to worry about leveling up or earning items. I have never died once.

I liked the game, Super addictive. BUT!! it would not let me take of the stupid “hero ring” no matter how many time I TRY to replace it, it would come back. And then there’s the 100 BILLION diamonds you promised, and SSR mounts and partners. The ad is just speaking bullsh*t

I really really enjoyed it until for two days straight I keep getting a “this server is full” notification so I can’t log in to my account. It takes me back to the login screen and makes me put in my apple identification then I press log in and I get this server is full. (Repeat the process) I’m literally in the top 3 in my server and starting over would be so annoying. I have played every game by this company and think this game is significantly better than the others. Maybe because this game is newer but the other games have such toxic players. Graphics for this game are also better imo. Oh and this one is not as pay to win as their other games which I really love. Honestly, I didn’t pay at all and I’m significantly stronger than some who pay.

Please fix the game on ipad. Stuck at login. Already deleted and redownload but still the same issue.

Sky Utopia is a very Laggy game
I am not in a very good mood right now due to the Developers having to cheat in events and using bots to force players into spending loads of money they ain’t really got the game is lagging like hell when your on events and telling us it must be our broadband speeds when in fact it’s not ours it’s there stupid game I have screenshots of the game not loading properly and also when you fighting in events you can’t see who is killing you only a question mark?. Which is absolutely ridiculous because if I am correct ain’t that a breach of Games Rules and a violation to Apples Rules also Facebook’s Rules.

I can not log into my account that my server is on. It says it too full but I have spent so much time on this account just to not be able to get into it anymore? If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Lost Account
I’ve played a ton of sky utopia over the weekend. I’ve spent some money on various items totalling $100.46. I didn’t know at the time but when I downloaded the game from an ad it put me on x-server and basically gave me a trial account. There must’ve been an update or something today because my account was signed out, I never took a picture of my accounts name so I’d imagine recovery is impossible. It’s my fault I spent money on the game but I think they have a terrible system with putting accounts as trail and it’s just an accident waiting to happen. Sadly I genuinely enjoyed playing the game however there’s no point for me to make a new account. I don’t wanna progress through everything I did or spend any more on stuff I’ve purchased. I think the games fun but be careful with trial accounts.

It’s alright, the game has good potential. Pretty good graphics and its one of the rare games which don’t lie in ads.

You advertise 100M diamonds with getting the game through the ad and inputting the 3 codes. I got 6k diamonds… 0.006% of what was offered

Scam-Topia
Let’s start with those annoying adds that promise you 100 million diamonds and all sorts of other ‘gifts’. The codes provided in the ads don’t give what was promised and are just a scam to get you to play a game that whilst pretty is at best mediocre. Your actual gameplay seems to be clicking on little red spots to collect awards across a jumbled and confusing user interface. The game pretty much runs on rails with minimal interaction at times… just that button clicking to check for rewards. Everything is designed to just get you to spend real world cash and your very precious time on a game that is rewarding you for turning up. There is no real gameplay or role playing element. Pretty but ultimately not satisfactory.
