Super engaging
Really well put together, easy but not so easy that it’s boring. Was dreading learning Linux and now I can’t wait for more lessons!

Very cool
It's a very interesting and cool concept. I hope you keep this going and grow it into even more courses.
Too difficult.
I am a Microsoft DOS user. I know all about directories and changing directories and files and folders and such. also, I know a few basic Linux commands. But, progressing in this application, has proven to be more than difficult. I never know what the app wants. I never know how to get to the next screen. I’m stuck at the very beginning and cannot continue. That is a disappointment. I need to learn linux.
Resolution issues in IOS
Hi there, I really like the app and the way it teaches you by having tou play along a storyline;however on my iphone 14 I was not able to go to far because I could not see the text on the left side of the screen.I tryiwd zooming out but that did not work
This app is wonderful!
Never left a review but I absolutely love this app, it’s soo easy to learn and I love the idea of “exploring galaxies”. I hope they add new chapters soon 🥺 But Big Thanks to the developers
that's cool but...
that's really good app, but on chapter 3 > symbolic > exercise i CAN'T see "x" button :(
Oligarch jumpscare
Unfortunate. Otherwise fine
Binged without realizing
I got hooked! It was the easiest way to learn. Great story to follow along while you learn the commands. Short readings that teach you what’s in the LPI! I want more!!
No "mv" working
At the step where to move files, nothing works with the "source" or "destination" buttons. No "mv" button, nor command line to make the "mv" appear. At the previsous steps we could "type" the syntax with the simplified keyboard.
Fun for the basics
This was a great way to review the basic terminal commands. Fun and interactive. Very well made with little cultural references. I’m keeping it around to see if there is an update someday.
The Galaxy analogies are distracting
I appreciate that this app was created, but there is way too much focus on comparing things to the solar sistema. My mind understands command structure; the galactic references come fuse me.
Very fun and helpful
Keep it going. It is a little basic where I am right now but I haven’t gotten far. I would suggest a toggle to be able to type Also can you make this open source. I think it would be a great framework to be able to make new lessons and people can add more to the app Keep it up!
Great app
I love the app but it stops at file permissions current a student looking for a way to stay engaged is there any other chapters besides file permissions?
Genius
I’ve dabbled with Linux in the past and pulled up commands online just to see how it worked. Although I’ve only gotten through the terminal nav this has been the most I’ve ever understood about using Linux. The analogy to the universe is utterly stunning; none other than genius. This has simplified it so much for me. I’ll admit I got stuck for a moment in the very beginning on the absolute vs relative part but then it clicked and became clear. I hope the company expands on this app because it’s such a pleasure to use. 5 stars, double thumbs up!
Keep at it
I know the title seems a little misleading, but I just wanna say keep at this app. It’s been a great source to start me back on the path to Linux. I’m planning on taking the Linux cert in a few months and when I pass im coming back to update this post and say how you helped me. So keep it up is more like it.
Actually fun and helpful game
Surprised to say I found a fun game that’s actually teaching me how to use my computer. And it’s FREE. Genuinely impressed to find something so awesome. And on iOS!?
Came looking for copper and found gold
Originally I was trying to see if the website “tryhackme” was on ios. Upon searching, I ended up stumbling on this. Looked promising, so the first thing I did was making sure if it was behind a paywall or not. I was glad to see that it wasn’t. I tried it out and it’s pretty solid for beginners getting into the linux OS. The galaxy analogy works perfect since I’m more of an analogy person myself. Definitely would recommend.
Helpful Supplement
I’m a beginner Linux learner and found this really helpful to better understand the file system and permissions. The scenarios were fun and the allusions to current events and pop culture helped to connect the material.
