Awesome App
This app is a must for certified IT professionals. Two things I would like to see: 1. Additional zoom past 120% 2. Dark Mode: because it will help people focus on the material. I have a the lifetime subscription it's hands down worth the money, because IT Professionals have to get re-certified every 3 years by CompTIA to keep official active status.
Too many bugs for $25/mo
Constant “app failed to perform a request” failures, figure example images never load, duplicate answer choices, and constant poor grammar. When attempting to submit a contact support ticket, more bugs prevent anything from being submitted.
Well thought out
Works well by focusing on what needs to be learned and not where you’re already strong in.
Decent
This app seems to comes with about 200 questions per certification, which is not ideal. If you do 3-4 practice exams, you’ll quickly start seeing repeat questions, and start losing value from the app. Additionally, the questions contain a lot of typos and other small issues. Plus, the error reporting system does not seem to work. You’ll probably be better off buying an exam textbook and making your own flashcards.
Target Specific Exams
I primarily purchased this app for additional exam questions for the A+ exam. I don’t see an option to filter specifically for the 1102 exam, I already passed the 1101 exam and don’t need questions for that exam. Please offer an option to target specific exam material. Secondly, there is no option to revisit the initial setup questions. My focuses may have changed after setup and the Settings menu doesn’t provide such options. Other than that, material seems to be ok.
Good app for serious studies
While I did miss at first that this is a free trial (I’m getting used to iPhone again and am visually impaired) I can see a lot of benefit to even the absolutely free 1 question a day and the amount of information that is available once you do unlock the full version (which I plan to do once I get hired some where) it’s well worth the investment in practice. 5 stars
After I bought annual subscription it crashed and never worked again
Scam don’t buy this app
Some questions are good, some not
Good question: Unable to access network resources; IP is 169.254.x.x. What is the cause of the issue? Followed by 4 answers that someone who doesn’t know the answer wouldn’t know the difference between. Meh question: What device provides physical security by scanning the human eye? Followed by 3 answers that are obviously incorrect and then “retinal scanner” TLDR: If you can differentiate between pointless/ nonsense questions and good questions, you might get something out of this app.
Used to be much better
So many missing diagrams, repeated answers, wrong answer set for the questions, etc. The “report this question” button is broken also.
Serious Issues with English and Clarity
This app is solid for the most part. But depending on which exam you study with, there are serious issues with the clarity of the language that is used. It feels as if the questions that are being submitted into the question bank are not being audited or have less than ideal standards.
Purchased
Just t purchased 1 year subscription. Will I have access to all the tests or just the one I selected when I downloaded the app?

Amazing quality but needs more information!
Absolutely love the app for studying. But I don’t know if I’m doing the most up to date 2023 version or not. Also instead of just studying part 1 of A+ which I already did an entire video course on. I have to do part 2 with it which I have 0 knowledge so I’m failing those questions and I won’t even use those on the first test. Yes the second test will be easier. But passing the first test will take much longer now.
Good starting point, but don't rely on for the bulk of your study.
I used this app quite a bit to study for the Sec+ exam and I felt like it did a decent job of teaching definition and terms. While the test/quiz questions give you scenarios that set up the questions, I felt like the format wasn't very close to the actual exam style of questions. I would recommend redesigning your questions to match more closely with the actual Sec+ exam format.
Good, but could be GREAT!!!
This is a pretty good app as-is, and the lifetime subscription is by far the best choice if you plan on taking the other CompTIA certification exams! The reason I say it is good is because it has a fair amount of features in each course, and allows a variety of ways to study the material. The way this could be a GREAT is if the developers were to allow users the ability to choose the objectives for the questions/quizzes and tests. Also, for exams such as the A+ that have two separate tests you must pass to get the certification, it would certainly be GREAT if you could choose questions for only the exam you are trying to study for/pass. I’ve already taken and passed the first part of the A+ (220-1101), and don’t want to divert any of my study time for it anymore. Please add these features to a future update, and I will most certainly update my rating to five stars!
Highly recommend
Provides a wide variety of questions. App works great. Gives thorough explanations for questions that have wrong answers. I highly recommend.
Doesn’t transfer
I bought the lifetime subscription under the same email last year on Samsung and today I came back to Apple, the app states there’s no active subscription.
Could be better
Great app wishes it explained the right and wrong answers and also included the objective so you could track what objectives you is struggling at. Other than that awesome app. Lifetime subscription
Faulty/buggy questions
Some questions would reference a picture that wasn’t there. When you try to report faulty questions, the reporting feature never worked
Wrong answer
I was about to buy the app when I found a wrong answer. It said RIP is used to handle large scale internet traffic. I know the right answer is bgp. Now I’m worried what other question are incorrect.
I love it
Simple and not overwhelming.
Bugs found
The app do not allow to report issues found on it
Doesn’t specify what test version
I paid for the premium version of the app and I don’t know if it’s preparing me for the 1101 or 1001 A+ exam. Overall great study app. I just wish I knew what version I was studying. If it’s for the old A+ test that’s $100 down the drain and a failed exam.
Too many errors and typos. Lack of support.
The app functions well and the questions and explanations are very useful. However, there are far too many typos and errors within certain questions that set you up for failure. There are missing words, missing illustrations in questions that require them for reference, and some of the answers are just plain incorrect and the explanations for the answers include information that wasn’t even part of the multiple choice answers. On top of all this, I’m completely unable to submit feedback when encountering these issues. Save your time and money and use PocketPrep instead.
What exam versions?
I’m hoping that the exam questions are the most up to date and keeps up with the most current version of exam for example SOY601 against the 501
Great app !
Great app for learning and practicing!
A lot of work needed
The questions don’t use the proper terms (one example is risk allowance when it should be risk acceptance). Further, it’s riddled with spelling errors that are unable to be submitted to the support team due to a bug. Better to spend your money on the actual practice tests.
Free Trail
Thank you.
Not sure
May be a good studying app but I’m not sure. Firstly some of the answers change; On the wrong answer retest the answers are different from what they originally explained in the first wrong answer explanation. Second they don't always actually use the wrong answer you input. So now you may be confused to know why your answer was wrong with explanation. Also some questions to seem to not actually make sense which is tricky and confusing. I know its supposed to help study and get used to the types of actual Comptia questions but I’m sure the real questions would make sense. Off to look for another study platform, please don't pay for this one.
Great app that lacks transparency
This is fantastic for studying that includes many of the CompTIA exams but it should be transparent on the exam version that you’re studying for. Otherwise I could be studying for the wrong exam version and fail the actual updated exam
CompTIA
Outstanding study material for a reasonable price
Blatant cash grab
Made it about twenty minutes in before I got too frustrated with the typos and mangled questions that made no sense. Uninstalled. You’d be better off making a Quizlet and using the Wiley textbook.
Good Overall but Has Bugs
I really liked this app at first due to the amount of questions available in the access to all the different tests however, whenever a question is supposed to have a diagram or picture to reference the picture is not there until after I’ve answered the question wrongly, and then the picture shows up. When I try to submit the questions to Support, it gives me something went wrong message and I’m not actually able to submit any issues. this app has not been updated for 11 months so I don’t know if they are now absentee developers.
This is great
Helped so much
Can’t be use in multiple devices
Can’t be use in multiple devices
Exam Version Display
Please implement more updates. These exams may be out of date. I need to know if this is Pentest+ 002 or 001.
A+
Like the app for A+ there is 2 parts of the test core 1 hardware and core2 software can divide the A+ to core 1 and core 2 please can you divide the A +
No way to stop subscription
There’s no way to stop a subscription in this garbage app you have to email
Its meh
Has questions but does not differentiate core 1 from core 2 on A+. Not worth the price for what it is. A basic question and answer.
A+ Certification
I purchased the premium version and it's very good! It tracks your progress and shows explanations. Besides that speed 🚀 no crashes Highly recommend the app for technicians
So many incorrect net+ answers
Great for A+ but terrible for net+. So many wrong or incomplete questions and answers it's embarrassing. I'm getting a refund, don't bother for anything other than A+ study
Very glitchy
When I choose the wrong answer, and get to the end of the quiz the app says I picked a different answer then I actually picked. Also some of the answers are just wrong, somebody needs to go back thru and double check. The app lay out is nice and the idea is very good, but the actual engagement and content isn’t up to par.
