What people like
- Easy to sign up and rent quickly
- Smooth process for starting and ending rides
- Great customer service that actually responds
What they complain about
- App won't unlock bikes or accept codes
- Bikes are broken, rusty, and uncomfortable
- Support never answers when you need help
Great time and easy
Rented for an hour, brought back a few mins before it was done and was super easy to put back and end my ride. Very convenient to use the bike without having to bring mine down.
Not Worth It, Even for Free!
I do not recommend using these e-bikes even if they are “free” with your destination or resort fees. You’re likely to run into errors with the app, issues with the bike, etc that’ll waste your valuable time. Some that I ran into: -e-Bikes abruptly stopping assistance -Error R180 - vehicle is in illegal state for operation -Error R175.5 - communication failure with vehicle during switch to drive This app is definitely not as convenient and simple to use as Lime.
Bike
Was easy to ise to access the bikes at the hotel.
No way to remove credit card
Once you put your credit card information in that’s it, it’s in the forever. No way to remove it from the app. That’s an issue for me. I needed to use this app one time at a hotel and now I have to worry about a data breach
Okay
I had difficulties using the promo code from the hotel I am staying, b/c it forced me to add a credit card. Then, I realized that it charges your card as a backup and then refund it later
Easy
Fun bikes and easy to use app.
First night in prison
The bikes are AWFUL! 0 suspension, no padding in the seat, no springs in the seat, and no lube. Riding on the seat post might’ve been more comfortable. Also the speed control is completely random. I do not recommended.
Coupons and codes
Overall good experience but make sure you claim your code or coupon before you rent the bike. These not made clear by the hotel and we ended up paying for the rental and never got to use the free hours included on our stay.
Worked well
I could see the price, add a coupon from the hotel for a free hour, and rent the bike. Bonus points because I saw a technician who maintains them all, and the tires were nice and firm.
These suck
I spent 20 bucks and bike won’t unlock this is a total scam, go to the main brand companies
Great bike
Hollywood beach boardwalk
Wasted 20 mins
Wasted 20 mins trying to get the bike to unlock. No phone support on a Saturday.
PRIMOS
EXCELLENT AND EASY TO USE FROM START TO FINISH MANY MAHALOS 🍍🌝🍍
Monterey Beach Hotel Promo
Literally does not let you scan the bikes QR code for the free 2 hour bike ride
Perfectly fine
Smooth bike rentals, easy to use. Only put in discount code JUST before use. Be careful with a new bike!
Don’t do it!
I’ve rented bikes in dozens of cities and foreign countries - these were the worst bikes ever. First hour free and I felt ripped off! Squared ancient tires, rusted chain and gears did not work. Shame!! My hotel (NoBu on Miami Beach) should not be doing business with these guys. Competing bike rentals zipped by me effortlessly.
Great App, Great Time
Easy to sign up, comfortable bikes, rode +80 mins with no problems. 5 stars!
Horrible
So far I’ve had 1 e-bike die on me and and I had to Uber with it back. Now the battery died after a 2.5 hour ride with lots of stops. 1 brake is totally fried. Don’t waste your money
Miami Beach bike rental
Super easy experience downloading app processing rental. Both are jokes were excellent and easy to ride and return. Will definitely use again. John and Karen W
Awful app/product
I’m shocked this app exists. Faulty the whole way through. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Amazing experience!!!
My daughter & I had a great time riding by the beach from 1 hotel South Beach
Trash App
Problems with app, unable to process order after scanning bike
Easy to work with
Zybra is great and so understanding. Quick to answer any questions!
So bummed…
Was so stoked to ride bikes after a long day of driving… spent 40 min trying to get them to work, all bikes out of service. Few days later, new location, promo codes unable to be entered and no one answered the support so we gave up and walked instead. (Got a text after we had left) The app, system and customer service needs help. I hope they figure it out!
