Terrible and completely unreliable service. Earlier that day, while I was already in one of their taxis, I asked the driver if it was possible to book a taxi in advance for 6:00 PM. I was told yes, so I made the reservation specifically to avoid any delays or problems. At 6:00 PM, no taxi showed up. I received no call, no warning, and no information whatsoever. Then, at 6:13 PM, I simply received a notification saying that they had cancelled my ride. If you cannot guarantee an advance booking, then you should not offer this option in the first place. Cancelling a pre-booked ride 13 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, without any warning, is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this taxi service, especially if you have an appointment, a flight, or simply need to be somewhere on time.
Best service
Most of the time the tax arrives on time, but sometimes the queues are real 😅 Still, this app is a lifesaver!
Car never came
The car never arrived to pick me up. I did a scheduled pickup then a asap pick but neither worked

Horrible
Horrible service, do not take this app and expect to get your taxi. I scheduled the taxi 3 hours before and called them to confirm that my taxi is coming they said its confirmed tried to call again half hour before my taxi was supposed to arrive they didn’t pick up, then i tried again and again and they didn’t pick up. After 20 min they cancelled the ride then finally picked up when I asked why didn’t the taxi come they just didn’t say nothing. Would not recommend!

No Login button !!!
Created a login using Apple , got a new phone , opened the app to login but there is no Login button , just two buttons that redirect you to create a new account ! When i try to use the secone option to login via Apple they ask for my name and number and tell me im already a costumer , but there is no button where i can login as an existing costumer!! Cant register as a new costumer either since my number is linked to my old account ! Asked their costumer service how to solve this and they have no idea either lol

We had the same driver 2 times and he was very nice. He recommended a traditional restaurant for lunch. The ETAXI service is really good.

Tells you a taxi is on its way, but doesn’t tell you that he’s doing 12 other jobs before he gets to you. Goes from “your driver is 5 minutes away, to “your driver is 26 minutes away”. Don’t bother

Gotten so bad
I used to only use etaxi, loyally, because it was the best taxi service in Pristina. I don’t know what happened, but it’s truly terrible now. Half the time they cancel my rides and the other half the drivers come but not to the right place, and when I press “call driver” it only directs me to unhelpful operators. Also the lag time on the map is horrible, so I can’t find the drivers myself. I just had to give a driver double what the ride was worth because he didn’t have change?! So disappointed

Aplikacioni nuk tregon sakt destinacionin….. ne telefonat than 20 minuta arrin taxi e ne fakt fix 1 ore!!!! Çmimi tjeter ne aplikacion dhe natyrisht me shtrejt paguhet…. Never again
