Makes reading boring textbooks more interesting
I’m studying for a major licensing exam and have to read several 300 page books within 2 months. Getting through the reading has been challenging for me because the material is dense and is like that for the entirety of the book. It made reading feel overwhelming and sapped my motivation. My fiancé showed me this app and I gave it a try out of desperation to learn the material and get my license. I didn’t expect much of this app but have been pleasantly surprised at how well it breaks down the text into excellent notes and summaries! The information is finally presented to me in a way where I feel interested in learning the material without feeling overwhelmed with the thousands of pages of context I have to wade through. Don’t get me wrong, I still read the books, but now I can better hone in on what’s most important thanks to the help of the notes and summaries this app creates. The fact it can also make flashcards and practice problems of the material is an added bonus! I haven’t used the speech to text feature yet so I can’t give feedback on if that particular feature is helpful, but anything that can make reading my textbooks actually enjoyable is everything I could ask for right now.
Infinite billing scam
I tried to cancel my account multiple times but they did not cancel the monthly payment. Their support does not reply to emails. Also, this is obsolete now that every single consumer facing AI offers a PDF parsing feature.

Fire ai it saved me hella time on my projects and made it easier for me to learn things.
As of right now it’s kinda useless
At this point, it seems that it is not better than ChatGPT. If you were to just give everything to a ChatGPT conversation. Also the app seamlessly keeps telling me that it does not have access to any of the files or videos that I have uploaded over and over. And and you can only ask questions about one video or one group of 10 things at a time.
App Crashes
Was working great for a couple days now it crashes every time I try to open the app. Please fix! My iPhone is up to date. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried WiFi vs cellular. Tech guys please fix.

Scam
So let’s get one thing straight I try up for the free trial and decide I don’t like it so tell me why 9 MONTHS afterwards you decide to re subscribe me without consent and then start charging me money well jokes on you I got my money back by disputing your charges as i didn’t consent to them and have fun charging a canceled card now losers
Slow and laggy but overall helful
I like that i can put my powerpoints and stuff in here and it finds the answers for me or helps me create nclex styled questions but it gets laggy more as i add more content if i view from my phone. Otherwise i love it
Only for studying, terrible ai
Accidentally bought the year subscription and when I contacted them they wouldn’t refund me. I decided to use it since I paid for it but it’s a waste of 80 bucks. The ai is so finicky and says it can’t read upside down images(they weren’t) and only gives you vague responses. The ChatGPT feature has voice conversations and yet this one doesn’t even have voice recording feature beside the record a lecture feature. Probably only best for those that want flash cards or learning simple memory recall. Step up your AI Mindgrasp. It’s like we’re in 2016 still using quizlet
Good but not good enough
I'v been using this app since it was new before there was an app, I feel like yes they are updating the features and everything but they're falling behind, like u guys were the og's to the study tool but other app give more stuff , the features are great and all but it's so weird it doesn't have written question, the notes or summery are great and all but they are not accurate enough the ai still doesn't pick up/ sees images, graphs or even a story for my sake, don't get me wrong when I use it it's great but I have to go through ChatGPT first tell it to make a study guide just so I can copy paste it to get quizzes and flashcards, and the problem is yall don't offer anything special anymore every other app has the same features even more, so this isn't to offend yall but if been subscribed I've been with yall but I don't see improvements at all and highky yall gotta lower the price, I hope this review does something and all I want is the best for you guys. Thank you for reading this and please consider and work on the app

Unethical Cancellation
The most ridiculous cancellation process ever. It was like 6 steps with every step trying to mislead you to keeping your subscription, and at the very end the force you to fill out a form to cancel. I honestly liked the app but with how difficult they made that process is why I’m leaving a 1 star. I can’t imagine someone older who doesn’t fully understand how they are misleading and think they cancelled the subscription when in reality they were tricked into keeping it. Then a year later they are still paying something they thought they cancelled. That’s very unethical. The cancellation process should be. Do you want to cancel? Yes or No. That’s it. Not do you want to cancel? Are you sure? Ok, but clic here again to proceed, ok now click this tiny tech here.
Feedback
This app does help a lot with my studying but I wish it could combine all the topics of the material in one quiz, no matter of the number of questions. Also I wish it would go into more depth with the material. For example, the question “Which energy system is primarily used during low- to moderate-intensity activities?” The answer is Oxidative System but I wish it would question me about what the Oxidative System is too. I do like that it can recognize the individual lessons in the material so I can study each one.
Not as advertised
Yes, it’s expensive. Having paid for it I thought I’d say it’s still really simple, limited and honestly pretty slow. You’re better off going to gemini or chat gpt for free and faster results. Honestly pretty disappointed considering all of the advertisement that was done…
The contents original language
The AI notes used to be in the main langue of the original files langue but it keeps translating it to English. Please fix it so the notes and quiz could be in the original language.

Quiz Answer Choices
The app has an easy-to-use platform and helpful summaries, ai tutor, and flashcard generator (number & longer text). My only concern is that the Quiz MC feature does not permit scrolling like the flashcards. This truncates any answer choice longer than the width of the iPhone’s screen (i.e. sentence choices are cut in half).
Deceiving and deceptive
I downloaded the app that helped me study for my exams and it on its ads that I saw on YouTube and when I downloaded the app it sounded like it was free as soon as I went into the app it said login for free but then it wanted me to pay $179 a month so it just deceived me and wasted my time. I could studying what a scam and how deceptive just show yourself who you are upfront. Why would you trick your customers like this? You look like a free app but you don’t recommend. Don’t download it unless you’re willing to pay an extreme price This is not affordable for students.

SCAM
They came to my university and offered people $5 to try this app. What they don’t say is that you can’t cancel the subscription afterwards. You also can’t delete your account so they always have your credit card information. I only lost $7 but some people did a free trial for the yearly subscription and lost over $100.
Purchase
I have purchased the subscription but every time I attempt to “restore purchase” the purchase options come back up. Very frustrating. Deleted and reinstalled app.

Scam
This product is not functional. I thought that I had cancelled a free trial but lo and behold I just got charge $131 DOLLARS for it. In the terms of service they state that they do not offer refunds, and the ONLY way to cancel is by emailing. This is really poor business conduct, especially for students. Please do not bother with it.

I have sent multiple requests to end my subscription. Over the past few weeks I've been getting charged for a $107.88 payment even after canceling it. I had money on my card today and $107.88 was taken from my card for the annual fee even though I have cancelled many times. I am very upset about this and would like a response from their support team since I haven't gotten one for any of my other emails but I doubt that will happen.
Saved my semester
Because I have dyslexia getting through the readings for each class every week is a huge, time consuming struggle, time I simply do not have. The summary and note generating feature save me so much time. I’ve gone from having to get by on no notes at all to having all the notes I could possibly want. The only feature I really wish this had is the ability to upload screenshots and extract text to create notes and summaries.

This app has done a TON for me in my first two semesters of college. I wish I could have known sooner how good Mindgrasp is. It helped me pass all my assignments, exams, midterms, you name it! Ai tutor saved my life
My teachers give us huge lectures and readings and the ai tutor / question answering feature literally saves me SO much time. I don’t need to dig through materials to get specific information. Bless🙏🙏🙏
This is a scam
I downloaded this app and purchased the annual subscription to try out the free trial for three days. I did not like the GUI and did not want to spend almost 100$ on this application so I reached out to the support team to cancel my subscription (which is so annoying why can i not cancel it in the app) and they are fully ghosting me. There hasnt been a single response and my free trial is over and now they are billing me. I want my money back and I want to cancel my subscription. It is not even useful.
