Instagram problems
I don’t now what happen but I can’t connect my account with my instagram all the time say error 🙄it’s a problem. I delete that .

okay so I’ve been using this for a couple months now and here’s what I have to say. first of all, the campaigns are SO slow and always full. instructions make no sense, and if you ask for help you don’t get it. 2nd is my view on the customer support. if your bank wasn’t listed to payout (which mine wasn’t) they asked to contact them. they responded back at first asking what bank i use, told them, and never got a response back. i tried following up on it, still didn’t get a response. overall, i heard good things about it on social media, especially because i want to become an influencer. im gonna try to hold on, maybe see if it gets better, but for right now I don’t suggest this app my suggestions for the developers is to actually help people who need it, and try to provide more campaigns.
Good earnings Potential, but customer support need improvement
The app gives you opportunities to earn money, and it’s not too difficult if you’re patient and consistent. However, the biggest issue is the lack of active customer support. When users experience problems, it often takes too long to get help, and some issues remain unresolved. I hope the team improves their support service because it plays a big role in making the platform feel reliable and trustworthy.

Terrible app! The login system is completely broken.
It is impossible to use this app. I try to log in to my existing account and the system gets stuck in an endless loop. If I try to sign in with Google or reset my password via email, the app gets confused and tells me "user is already registered," completely blocking my access. I’ve tried deleting it, reinstalling it, and clearing everything, but the error is on their own platform. A total waste of time for content creators. Do not download it.

not working
recent update is not working at all and i’m supposed to get paid but it is conveniently not working!! would love to have an update since i liked nurilounge and the way it was easy to navigate, but they’ve posted my video to their account, so i believe i should be compensated for that.
Lower price offers
I feel like I really liked this app at the beginning it gave a lot of opportunities for reviewing products while being able to get paid for them but within the last couple of months I’ve noticed a drastic decrease in the amount you earn vs all the work you have to put into video content which seems very unfair for the creators. I don’t think reviewing a product is worth $3 or the possible chance of being 1 out of 3 creators who get $30 compared to 100 creators doing the same job. It should be higher pay for these creators who put in a lot of work!

I’ve been on this app since November, and I’ve been approved on 3 campaigns
After months on this app I realize it’s more of a scam/waste of time than anything else
Reading some of these reviews it’s clear to me that they must’ve been bought & those people are liars! I have been on this app for months apply to over a dozen campaigns and not received a reply or an acceptance from any of them mind you I have a substantial presence on social media and a highly engaged the following, my content is exclusively about skin care and beauty more specifically Korean skin care and beauty, and I’m also UGC creator and a licensed aesthetician, yet I’ve had no success on this app. At first, I thought it was just me however, when I started digging deeper, I realize this is a common theme across the board. Another point of contention is the absurdly high amount you need to reach in order to cash out the funds you earn for content made, if any, considering that they pay you anywhere from one to three dollars for a campaign, reaching the minimum limit to cash out could very well take years, so you’ll basically be creating content for free. Would not recommend at all unless you’re into wasting space on your phone and throwing your time out the window. I’ve also reached out several times to ask what the jellies you collect can be redeemed for since theres no indication on the app but there’s been no reply, the tab is completely blank.
THIS APP IS AMAZING BUT..
I feel like there should be more then just Japan Korea and USA for example France they should really include France and many more places so more people get more opportunities!!! I’m so happy I tried this app out 😝🙏
Doesn’t work
You need to update the app weekly and even when you did it asks you to update :/ I have no idea why backend of this app is so bad and needs to cause constant inconveniences for users.
Problem with connecting TikTok and Instagram accounts.
There is problem with adding TikTok and Instagram accounts to my profile in your app. They match the criteria of your application, but only YouTube could be linked.

Such a good collaboration app it’s easy to understand work with and so much fun. Can you actually get sponsored in jobs?
Not what it used to be
Issues with payment methods, campaign only paying $3 per video, previously the less you can earn was $10 I understand there are more creators, however, it’s too little, it’s practically gifting
Fun app for influencers
If you are looking to be an influencer interested in K beauty, then this is a good app for you. It’s personally provided me with a lot of fun experiences!

all giveaways and pr are not available for shipping to Canada :( It’s frustrating that Canada is excluded when it’s already hard to find opportunities for pr collabs
Doesn’t ship to Canadian addresses
It’s a good app, it works but most campaigns, they don’t ship to Canada. Which makes me mad because I’ve only been accepted to one of them (only one that allowed Canadian addresses.) I don’t know if this is an app problem or the skin care companies issue but it would be nice to have this fixed.
Nurilounge influencer
I have only been on this app for a couple of months but it has been a game changer! I have already learned so much about brands and the world of influencers. The app is beginner friendly and walks you through step by step of the way. 10/10 recommendation for anyone interested in kbeauty and the influencer community.

Shipping to Canada
It’s a good app but I think it’s pretty unfair that they don’t ship to Canadian address especially for paid campaigns.
Unresponsive applications
The app can be really unprofessional. So you are creator , supposed to make videos about the skin care you apply for. However what happens when you apply but have not received any response or rejection from your application. I am extremely professional and I would love that the brand or app rejects or excepts people who apply on time. I as a creator am seeing the rules and due date time in which I am supposed to post but if you are not letting me know when I am accepted to the application how do you expect professionalism. I am super annoyed by the fact that I applied for over 10 campaigns and no response. I think it’s imperative that they begin finalizing all campaigns. Because there’s no way that they are expecting people to do right but they have not done right themselves.

Horrible Communication and probably fake!
So I’m a tiktoker with 2.3k followers and I’ve been looking for apps that specifically focus on k-beauty PR. So when I came across this app I was thrilled. Then I applied to a bunch of campaigns and guess what, none of them responded. And by response and I mean none of them said I was accepted nor declined. I’m starting to suspect that they don’t even giveaway products. So I ended i up deleting my account. I don’t recommend downloading.
Ok, BUT
Ok, just make sure reading the requirements, some campaigns ask for too much , like mentioning a popular K-pop singer who used the product, . Some you need a video showing progress from 3 separate days , must show face , which I guess is understandable. Etc. just check it out for yourself.

Great app!
The other review on this app sounds like a jaded person to me. I applied to a few campaigns and was accepted by two within in first few days of using the app. The brands will send you a welcome message and some information on the product(s) when they accept you for their campaign. Aside from these aspects, the app works wonderfully and is very cute! I was surprised how well it works for being a new app. I also like how they are constantly improving it. There are gifted collabs all the way up to paid campaigns. So something for all levels of creating!
Stopped working
Updated the app as required today and now the app won’t open. It just shows the message to update the app and doesn’t work
Love the opportunity for this but app doesn’t work
Logged me out of tiktok after being manually approved, then logged me out of all of my socials, then logged me out of the app itself. This happened over the course of about a week. Now I can’t log back in using any of the services and I can’t even reset my password because the app doesn’t want to work for me. Too many bugs unfortunately :/
