Great UGC jobs, Awful app support for creators
Love the platform, super easy to apply for jobs, decent money compared to a lot of other competitors. But the support chat for when the app glitches and causes you to miss deadlines? Slow is a kind word, misinformation a yes that turns to a no that turns to an I don’t know is more accurate. If you are a beginner probably best to wait a few months before you brace Influee so your account can stay in good standing

Love this app. They have great security measures to make sure funds are secure and the brands are amazing. Download this one, you wont be sorry.
There is no justice! Terrible help from support!
terrible communication, support ignores, turns a blind eye to the fact that the brand does not pay for my work, that the brand does not know how to clearly write requirements for the video and then refuses to cooperate after I spent a lot of time creating content twice. Of course, brands pay for subscriptions, so justice is where the money is! There is no justice! Support always sides with brands even if they are wrong. They may simply not pay for your time!
Creators assume high risk with limited protections
Influee allows brands (including those in highly regulated markets) to request scripted content, raw footage, and perpetual usage at extremely low rates, while placing full legal and FTC compliance on creators. This structure encourages a race to the bottom on pricing and shifts a significant regulatory risk onto creators, who are often expected to deliver "authentic" messaging from brand-written scripts. There are currently no meaningful guardrails for campaigns involving financial or medical claims, which puts creators (and ultimately the platform) at risk. Influee needs better transparency and protections and is not sustainable long term for professional creators.

Disappointing
This is by far of the worst creator app. I wish I had read all of these negative reviews before joining. Every creator has said the same thing. Extremely low paying and low quality products. At one point was refused payment after creating content for them. When I pushed for payment, was removed as a creator. Other apps, including insense, Cohley, tribe and twirl are amazing! Never had any issues and very high paying collabs. Please avoid as the rest of the reviews say
They don't value you
Obviously designed for businesses not UGC creators. There are better options if you want to be valued and get your worth as a UGC creator. They also leave a lot of the work up to you. This may be a considerable option if you've literally never done ugc before but if you have even in the slightest - this app is not for you.

It's a waste of time, it's not worth it. Basically they want you to receive free low-value products and for you to dedicate several hours of work producing videos.
Could be better
I just joined and I barely see any campaigns. Also I applied to like 4 campaigns and one of the clients rejected the proposal because I had too many proposals. It defeats the purpose of offering your services here. Creators are there to make money not wait 4-7 days for clients to answer and then apply for more. It’s funny how these companies expect you to work one for 25 dollars for a min video or 10 for that matter and 2, they want you to be working only on their campaign. I think clients should not be able to see if you have applied to other campaigns etc. this should be confidential information. They shouldnt care as long as their work get done and submitted.

I love the campaign every is so easy, how the help you, the brand…. Is a great app for UGC
They owe me money
They do not do payment protection like they say they do in case a brand doesn’t pay the creator after submitting content. Their support team won’t even tell me why they won’t pay me. I don’t recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t wanna work for free. Awful. Just awful.

I wouldn’t suggest this app at all. There are ones out there that don’t need your promotion’ on one of their posts to boost it then go onto reject you! Stay well away.

Leider ist die deutsche Übersetzung so schlecht, dass ich versehentlich einen Vorschlag zurück gezogen habe und der Kampagne nicht erneut beitreten kann. In der App stand „abheben“ was für mich heißt, mein Angebot wird hervor gehoben. Mein, stattdessen wurde es zurück gezogen und keine Chance , das wieder zu ändern... schade

App not working
I’m in the middle of a collab and the app literally just quit on me….How am I supposed to get paid for all of my videos when I can’t even get into the app. Horrible.
Can’t recommend
I’ve spent more than a week on the platform and there have been just 3 campaigns I could choose from. I don’t think Influee partners with businesses on a scale they advertise. Plus it’s really difficult to get a fair pay from businesses for what they ask.
Sweet
Super clean UI but there’s literally nothing here haha. Thought this was an app where you could create campaigns or paid ads and find influencers.

Companies don’t pay and customer service doesn’t work
The companies I did campaigns with and when you reach out to customer service they just say they will look into it and then never respond. Don’t use the app.
No More Campaigns
My proposal’s used to get accepted all the time for decent pay, I loved working with the brands and finding new favorite products. However, I’ve applied to tons of campaigns and haven’t gotten accepted for a year now. Really unfortunate.

I really like this app and am thankful it was recommended to me! I have booked my first paid collaboration which is so cool! You are able to know exactly what the client wants and message them with any questions.
Completely rips off creators
Good idea. Horrible execution. They pay creators basically nothing to create more than five videos for each company. I have no idea who would create for videos for only $100. Creators, do not use this app.
Same issues
There’s been 0 improvements to this app. None. Nothing loads, ever. Brands are typically smaller scale so they don’t offer you much to get paid. It take forever to get paid. I have an open offer right now but the app won’t load literally anything (not even my own profile) so I can’t go back and see details. I’m over it
Best app for influencers
I love the work possibilities on it. It’s easy to use and functional. My number one app at the moment.. right after Instagram :)
Basically a way for companies to rip off creators
Campaigns pay little to none for extensive services with high demands. $30 for 5 videos with unlimited usage rights and unlimited edits? no thank you ✋🏼
No campaigns
There’s hardly ever campaigns on this app and the ones that are there are never paid opportunities. I’ve only seen product for posts. I submitted a bid asking for half my normal rate and it was countered with free product only. Cut the rate in half again and still countered with product only. I’ve had the app for almost a year now I think and there have been only two campaigns that were potential matches for me and probably only about 5 more campaigns total.
