So far the game is fun but can’t upgrade my hearse parking lot. Need an update
Pay to win taken to far…
You literally cannot win or go far in the game without paying to win. I thought this was going to be a classic inc game, but no, you have to constantly buy something in order to move forward in the game. Every thing you do you have to pay for it.
Stopped letting me level up the room
It just stopped letting me level up rooms and I’ve refreshed the game multiple times I like the game besides that
Few bugs
This is a good game but it has a few bugs when you try and upgrade it just sits on a screen where you can’t do anything else and an arrow bouncing up and down and can’t click anything this needs to be fixed
Cant find a way to restore purchases
Paid for the no ads and had to delete app when I changed phones. Reinstalled it hoping I would be able to restore my purchase. Cant find any options to do so. Not paying $14.99 twice.
Fun but needs bugs fixed
The developer keeps saying don’t hesitate to contact bla bla bla. Sounds like everyone is have the same problem with it freeze when time to upgrade. Maybe instead of saying contact them they should just fix the problem.
Map Miami Glitch
This game has so much potential and is fun but there are just too many glitches. The map feature that is supposed to take me to the Miami map will only load to 20%. I have tried doing a hard close and have maxed out the first map but cannot progress to Miami.
Good game but…
I liked the game but as you progress, the assistant tries to help you update different sections, however the game then freezes and you are unable to select the area and choose the upgrade option. Also I have stooped receiving people to cremate or freeze in the game, I am unable to complete some areas since the vip won’t show up I can not watch an add to get token to complete that goal. If you can fix these would go back to being a really solid game. Only work around I’ve found do the up grade was when me there is an active even and you can go to the event click out on the rooms and then go back to your game level to finish the section.
Fun Game
Fun game with lots of things to do. When I did encounter a glitch (like others have mentioned) I reached out to support and they were very responsive and my game is back up and running. PSA- Instead of just complaining, reach out to the support team who CAN and WILL help you.
It keeps freezing
I like the game but it keeps freezing right after the woman says "you need to upgrade this area!" And then she zooms to it and you can't press anything. I had to delete the game since I couldn't get out of that. Please fix bugs
Great concept!
I love this concept and love just watching the characters run around. There are quite a few glitches but it’s a new game so to be expected. However nowhere to contact support to tell the glitches too so I guess I’ll do it here. I cannot cremate anymore, it doesn’t give a timer or options. It makes completing the task “open a box” super frustrating because I either need to watch 3 ads for 2x income, or wait 2+ hours to watch an ad for a box from the shop. Sure I can use gems but it’s the principle I think. Also if you upgrade ahead of when the task says to do so (like upgrade one room from level 1 to level 2 so you can unlock more items), it doesn’t automatically complete like if you were just upgrading items ahead of tasks. Also a few tutorial glitches where it’s improper text, and I had to force quit because in the medieval event when I started the graves would clear within 10 seconds and the Gardner wouldn’t plant flowers. Went back to main game and it got stuck on upgrading the toilet room and I needed to force quit because I couldn’t click on anything else. Still overall a great concept for a game and I can’t wait to see additional content! Please fix these glitches!
Deleting the app
I spent actual money on this game and I’m upset because I reached out to the app support like they said. When I told them that the bugs were hindering the ability to move along in the game I got told they would look into it for the next update and closed the case. Haven’t heard anything else and haven’t seen an update.
Can’t upgrade
It’s a good game but I’m at a point where I can’t upgrade my rooms because the game freezes every single time. No matter the room. I have tried in 3 different rooms. Always freezes. I’m close to undownloading it.
Unable to upgrade rooms
I’ve made it to the Miami location. I’m unable to upgrade the Farewell Room and Visitor parking to Level 2. Every time I upgrade the last item in each room, the app freezes. I was able to upgrade other rooms to Level 2 with no issue. Other than this issue (now making it difficult to proceed in the game), the game is great! Update: issue resolved itself. Appreciate the quick email response!
Game Freezing
Nice game but now I can’t upgrade room without the game freezing and is stopping me from playing the game as I have all rooms to the point they all need an upgrade to level up so now I can’t do any and unfortunately I paid for a few items with this game and it’s now unplayable. I tried contacting the email address I found In the other developer responses but it says not a valid email address.
I love this but not the glitching
The “assistant” will prompt me to do something and it freezes and glitches out the game. I have delete it off my phone and reinstall :( I would love to play more. It is defeating once it starts glitching out again.
Could be fun!
Could be a fun game but once I try to do a final upgrade the game freezes and can’t end up doing it. Only way to get out is to force stop the app then start again but every time I try to do it it freezes. Kind of a waste to spend the money on the no ads when it doesn’t work 🙄
Fun but very broken
The game play was very fun at the beginning. I opted to pay for some game functions to speed up my research and building capability. Within a day or two all the research was complete and the main focus was on advancing to the next level and finishing up upgrades. At this point I can’t even play the game anymore because the game freezes wanting me to upgrade the parking lot. Even the cremation and cryogenic function aren’t even working anymore. I contacted the game support and the next morning they informed me they closed my ticket without any resolution to my problem. Don’t waste your time and especially not your money.
Interesting concept but broken/buggy
It’s hard to play a game where vital functions in the game like your cremation and freezing bodies becomes unavailable to use. When they stops working, you can’t complete daily goal, you can’t get upgrade cards, etc And speaking of upgrade cards… the RNG is so broken. You can’t get enough of the guy who runs the hearses in a reasonable fashion. So you can’t upgrade the section, and have real trouble advancing. The other is several are missing all the VIP and two others. This game is far from complete and you shouldn’t be monetizing it until it’s actually complete and working.

Game stops working as you play
The game has a bug where orders stop and you can’t collect cards so you can’t make any progress. So you just stay stuck.
Good game but…
Good game, fun to pass the time. I feel like I wasted money going ad free. Game freezes up time and time again when trying to upgrade areas. Please fix!!!!!!
Incomplete
As others have stated, this game has potential and there’s a fun factor to it. But, it’s clearly incomplete. There are dialogue boxes with code instead of sentences; tasks aren’t clear; notifications are misleading as we’re not shown specifically what needs attention, you just kind of “figure out” that there’s a free chest available or something; upgrades are overly expensive for the resources required; translations aren’t great; and even though ads are infrequent, we’re completely dependent on them for real progression or else this game quickly becomes a cash grab. To be clear, I don’t think every (or any) game need to hold you hand. It’s not hard to learn and I grew up in a generation where instructions were scarce and we learned through trial-and-error. However, there’s a clear delineation between a finished game and one that’s a work-in-progress. This is certainly the latter.
What’s wrong with the game
The game seems to not be working and needs a major update. Just started playing. Would not recommend downloading
Buggy
This could have been a fun game, but it's too buggy to play. Within the first day of playing, you can't upgrade the rooms because it freezes or won't give you the option to upgrade. Resetting the app doesn't work either. There's no guide, other than the prompts, which freezes the game. I would play this app again if they fix the issues, so you can actually play it.
Very Disappointed Lost Purchases
I had almost 100% completed the first area on the map. The map freezes, I deleted the map and was trying to start over, the game doesn’t have a feature to restore purchases. Disappointing and I will be sure to avoid games by this developer. 😕

Looks like they know about the upgrade glitch freezing the game for most of July but can’t/won’t fix the problem.
Fun but
Was having fun but when you upgrade parking lot and funeral chapel on second mortuary it freezes the game and you have to restart and undoes your upgrade. Can’t upgrade either so can’t keep playing :(
