This wallet does exactly what I need it to do. Be private and user friendly. I am a big fan. Highly recommend.
Pairing impossible
I know how to pair devices. In fact the trezor pairs just fine, with the phone, the app locks up restarting the app forgets everything, have to forget + factory reset to arrive at the same problem. If they can’t figure out how to do something basic like pair Bluetooth without deadlocking the main thread what makes you think they can secure your seed or provide enough entropy for it. Trash software
New Trezor user
So far I like the way this hardware wallet, the Trezor Safe 7 operates, and stores my assets.
Funds not showing for Stellar
Just got the Trezor Safe 7 and it looks cool but i think more improvements are needed before I fully use it. Tested sending 2.5 stellar to Trezor wallet and verified funds received on stellar block explorer but funds and transactions don’t reflect in trezor desktop or phone app.
Decent app
Easy to configure and set up your holdings. Just wish it had support for HBAR and XLM.

Nice, but would like to see performance
Overall the app serves the purpose fairly well. There are two things that would make the experience better: - Performance (gains/loss). It seems like this should be doable based on the transactions and current coin value. - Etherium coins at the top level (without having to tap into Etherium to see them).
Basic, boring and lacklustre app
Considering you pay a premium for a Trezor device and the “luxury” of using their mobile companion app, I expected a lot better design and usability. The app is bland, boring and overall lacklustre in features that makes it embarrassing when compared to their competition. Their devices are well made and overall a premium product it’s just a shame their app does not reflect this.

Can’t but bitcoin in Trezor Suite App
Used recovery seed and no funds populated
I bought the new Trazor 7 because I didn’t trust putting my seedphrase into the website to get the update. When I tried using the seedphrase to recover my funds in the new wallet, no funds were there. I had to transfer the funds and pay a fee. No 24/7 phone number. The only option is to be extorted for a $99 consultation fee and have to set up an appointment so that they can tell you how to navigate the problem that shouldn’t be a problem. Horrible service!
Doesn’t Function
I’ve been trying for two weeks to sync my balances between desktop and mobile. Fails every time. Useless. Edit: This appears to have been fixed. Kudos to Trezor for reaching out to me. I can report it does work now. Seems like an update addressed this.
Not reliable.
This app does not remain up to date and in sync with changes. So I use another app from another company that stays in sync. Why? You’re the same company as the hardware wallet? Update per developer request: I sold and or add BTC and the value in my IOS Trezor app does not change.

BUG- needs fix
When trezor is locked and the user clicks show full address after clicking receive in bitcoin, the page goes blank after address is confirmed in the trezor device. The workaround for this is to close and reopen the app and keep the trezor device unlocked to confirm wallet address. Very bad experience.

Can’t add a coin so I can see it on mobile app!
The app is useless cause you can’t do AMYTHING with it but even then it’s more useless because you can’t even see all your assets. I always wonder what these companies spend their money on cause it’s not the app. Can’t add coins to ONLY READ them in the app. Useless.b Edit: got a response saying they are adding it. That’s like baking a cake and saying just eat the cooked parts.

Garbage
Trezor 5 won’t sync to Trezor suite mobile app. It keeps saying connect your Trezor 7. But I bought a Trezor 5 before Trezor 7 was created. So do I have to keep buying the latest version of a Trezor wallet. Garbage. Don’t buy.

Stellar not showing in-App
Why are my Stellar digital assets not showing in the in-app Trezor Suite totals? I can see on desk top but there is no current function to sync Stellar assets with IOS app

Seems strange that the app doesn’t support all the networks that the desktop app does? Makes the app pretty annoying to use as if you want to check all balances you need to use desktop anyway.

My portfolio value won’t update. Pretty much the only reason I have this app and it’s not functioning properly.

Good app but the basics need improving.
I like the app and it is easy to use and sync however since I've had it there have been a number of issues with the app showing the total value of my portfolio. It just continues to say that the total value is still loading but never seems to work. This is quite a key requirement as you want to be able to load the app to quickly see your portfolio value rather than getting a calculator out and adding each coin value! This to me is worth 2 stars which is why there is only a rating of 3 stars.
Can’t buy bitcoin
App won’t let me buy bitcoin or any crypto… I specify the amount and the receive account but it never loads the providers or means to make the purchase. Works on desktop…

Love the security of my Trezor 3 Safe but the mobile app is very poor. For example it does not support Solana and some other coins/tokens so I have to sign into my desktop to check actual balance of my crypto which is a joke! Please can you update app asap.

Aplikace nastartuje, zůstatky ukazuje, ale od poslední aktualizace nefunguje graf finančních zůstatků v žádném časovém měřítku a také není ukázán součet všech peněženek. Před poslední aktualizací na iPhone 13 aplikace bezvadně fungovala.
