Première fois que j’achète chez eux très bon service client. Application bien pratique pour tout commande suivi contact rien à dire. 4 étoiles car le temps d’attente pour un redimensionnement un peu trop long.

J’ai commandé une bague de fiançailles avec des saphirs jaunes, ils tombent un par un au bout de meme pas un mois, une grosse déception
Eigentlich eine gute App
Die App ist eigentlich gut, jedoch werden die Artikel auf der Merkliste nicht gespeichert. Wenn man Artikel auf den Merkzettel speichert sind diese bei nächsten starten der App weg. Das ist schon nervig, wenn man die Artikel wieder erneut raus suchen muss. Das muss verbessert werden.

No compren en este sitio. Mi prometida me compró un anillo y no le aceptan la devolución ni la política de desistimiento (ley europea) porque van añadiendo nuevos requisitos según les conviene (aunque en la página web presuman de que es sencilla la devolución). En nuestro caso queríamos cambiar un anillo por otro y nos lo impiden alegando cada vez cosas diferentes. Un momento que debería haber sido magnífico se ha convertido en una pesadilla por culpa de esta marca. Anillos de baja calidad y excesivo precio. Elevaremos este caso a las instancias pertinentes, ellos se lavan las manos. POR FAVOR NO COMPREN EN ESTE SITIO. NO TE DEJAN DEVOLVER NADA Y TE COBRAN SUPLEMENTOS. —————- Do not buy from this site. My fiancée bought me a ring, and they refuse to accept the return or honour the right of withdrawal policy under European law because they keep adding new requirements whenever it suits them, even though their website claims that returns are simple. In our case, we wanted to exchange one ring for another, but they are preventing us from doing so, giving different excuses each time. A moment that should have been wonderful has turned into a nightmare because of this brand. Low-quality rings at excessively high prices. We will escalate this case to the relevant authorities, as they are simply washing their hands of the matter. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEY DO NOT LET YOU RETURN ANYTHING AND THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEES.
Die App ist ok, der Glamira Service mäßig
Hab am 2. Juni ein Paar hochwertige Trauringe bestellt, der angekündigte Liefertermin war der 14. Juni. Knapp 2 Wochen finde ich nicht berauschend, aber akzeptabel. Am 5. Juni wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Produktion beginnt (was passiert in den 3 Tagen davor?), am 10. Juni wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Ringe versandfertig sind, da war ich guter Dinge. Erst am 14. Juni, dem eigentlichen Liefertermin, wurde die Sendung dem Spediteur übergeben (was passiert in den 4 Tagen davor?) und der anvisierte Liefertermin ist nun der 17. Juni. In der App und in meinen Konto steht allerdings immer noch der 14. Juni. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über diese Performance und bin mal gespannt, wann die Zustellung wirklich erfolgt und wie die Produktqualität sein wird. Große Hoffnung habe ich nicht mehr und ein guter Teil meiner Freude wurde mir genommen - schade!

C’est un prestataire sérieux et de qualité. L’application est facile d’utilisation et très pratique, un très large choix de produits avec des options de personnalisation. La fabrication sur mesure se fait rapidement et nous avons même reçu nos bagues en avance dans une belle boîte avec les certificats d’authenticité et un petit plus, ils ont même rajouté un écrin avec une lumière. Le retour se fait sous 60 jours si vous n’êtes pas satisfait et le redimensionnement est gratuit sous 60 jours. Je vous le recommande à 100% !!!

Die App ist völlig unbrauchbar, die App bricht immer wieder ab und man kommt gar nicht rein, trotz mehrere Versuche und Updates Sowas unnötiges hab ich noch nie gesehen

They don’t respond when they send you wrong item
Literally worst customer service ever they ghost you and don’t care they sent you wrong items that cost %30 of what you actually ordered then ghost you and steal your money

Ho ordinato il 25 giugno, data di consegna prevista 5 luglio, oggi è il 10 luglio e non è ancora arrivato! Mi ha rovinato tutta la sorpresa per il fidanzamento! Assistenza clienti non esiste! Ho scritto 100 mail a quali non ho ricevuto manco una risposta... È inutile, se volete andare sul sicuro, comprate da un altra parte! Tanto qua non le interessa a nessuno di voi e dei vostri piani

Also was die App angeht, Luft nach oben.. Einen Merkzettel der sich nicht speichert, kann man auch einfach sein lassen. Kein telefonischer Kontakt möglich, nur per Mail. Da wird man dann nicht richtig verstanden und im blödsten Fall die Rücknahme verweigert. Bei deren Preisen natürlich sehr vorteilhaft. Nicht nochmal.
Buggy
I cannot log in and there’s no way to contact customer support. On top, on their website you can expand search to lab created gems, while in app that’s not really a thing. Strange.
