Dall’ultimo aggiornamento si vedono solo le tensioni di 16 celle delle batterie che dovrebbero essere 32 per 2 batterie e la temperatura non funziona proprio.

O aplicativo era ótimo mas após uma atualização conjunta do firmware do inversor e tb do app, ele não mostra mais a energia gerada no dia e nem atualiza as estatísticas.. fica tudo zerado.. e tb existe de forma errada o fluxo da energia no gráfico principal. Único lugar q ainda informa algo real é clicando no inversor e detalhando nos relatórios.
great service, reliable company
since i update to this new version, my wifi keep showing offline, and i tried all the way to reconnect, all failed. I leave message and tried call the service line, i thought nothing would happen because there is kinda of no response. However, the company send a tech guy today to my house and fix the problem. I am happy, good response to the customer and excellent service. Good job, SAJ and your team.
New Update has removed a lot
New update is appalling, it’s nothing but a facelift that removes all the useful and detailed features. Detailed statistics are no longer available, you can no longer see your usage throughout the day on a graph. Only a full sum. This app promised to be an upgrade/improvement on their old version/platform, but instead it has stripped a lot of the useful features and fundamentals which home owners found helpful and given us nothing but an ugly sci-fi looking dark piece of sadness. Really sad to see.
More improvement
Overall experience is good. Would be better if: 1. It would be helpful to show the battery's kW alongside the percentage. The previous app version handled this much better, no need to calculate the kw manually. 2. Enhancement Request: When using Time‑Of‑Day mode, it would be great to set a maximum charge limit for the battery. Currently, the maximum charge limit cannot be adjusted from the inverter setting. Users must go through Device → Inverter → Cloud icon → Remote Setting → Battery 1 off grid charge limit, then repeat for Battery 2. Can integrate the maximum charge limit function in the TOU mode when setting the charge rate, times, days plus the maximum charging limit. The Fox app's TOU implementation is more streamlined.
Could be better
What happened to the 24 hour graph showing power generated, load, export, battery use? This was in the old app and I found it useful. This app is fine but I do miss this graph.

O app poderia atualizar e nos permitir utilizar um filtro de intervalo entre datas, temos que somar manualmente para poder tirar dúvidas da geração para os clientes, o que demanda tempo demais! Um simples ajuste de filtro resolveria muito fácil! A concorrência já está fazendo isso, é bom se atualizar também!

Overly complex and unintuitive
This app on the surface feels like it could do a lot, even with AI chatbot. Yet it is overly complex to get to basic information and then, it’s either out of sync or just seems wrong.
Great, but some features missing now
The latest versions has unfortunately been a step back. I read other reviews, and realised some people struggling to log in, may not have the correct region (International for Australia). Some issues though: 1) In the new version, I unfortunately do not see an option any more to zoom in on a graph to a specific time of day, that was very useful and a feature I used often. 2) It is not possible any more to view a graph in Landscape mode on the phone, you cannot change the rotation. Combined with the previous issue, it is now less useful. 3) Enhancement request: When selecting Time-Of-Day, it would be great to set a limit on how far to charge the battery, in other words only import from grid if battery is below 80%. Update (16 Jul 2026): Great response from the developers, who addressed each point above. 1 and 2 completely fixed / resolved. On the 3 point, they recommended a way to limit the battery charging capacity. As far as I can see though, this is for both charging from Solar as well as from the grid. I need to limit it only when charging from the grid based on a Time -Of-Use setting.

App não deixa fazer um simples filtro pelo intervalo datas geração energia solar, somente intervalos engessados uma data, uma semana, um mês ou um ano. Todos querer colocar o intervalo de datas da fatura da conta de luz pra comparar com o que foi injetado mas por esse app fica impossível, algo tão simples resolver e Problemas "Ativar AI Saving" não consigo de jeito nenhum
Updates remove functionality
I previously reviewed this loving the upgraded app, but have found that the latest update removes functionality- I cannot find a way to have my battery percentage easily displayed on the front screen!
Brilliant Update
New Uni and control options are wonderful. App seems snappier and updates/talks to system quicker too. So far, so good! Keep up the improvements!
New app upgrade
Got the new app however unable to login with previous username and password. PC is okay but iPhone and iPad no go.
No data
Since todays update I cannot see anything in the app. (update) now it seems to work fine
This new version has glitches (iphone version)
This updated version needs a lot more work - the expand graph data points flash and unreadable. The smaller graph on the home page is not very readable. Would be nice to see kw charge of battery as well as percentage. If the designers look at the previous version they will see it used to operate much better. There are some newer features but it needs a big improvement. I hope some upgrades are coming soon to fix the issues. Disappointing!

Depois da atualização os pontos por atualizações não sobem , dá uma mensagem que o dispositivo não está online aí fica aguardando ativação.

Era un poco escéptico debido a la cantidad de reseñas negativas que vi, pero de momento va muy bien!! Vengo de Huawei. Hice una ampliación de paneles junto con 10kw de batería. Me salía mucho más a cuenta pasarme completamente a SAJ con un inversor mayor, que mantener el de Huawei sobredimensionado y con batería luna. La verdad que funciona muy bien. Da mucha más información que Huawei. Muchos más datos. Te tienes que acostumbrar, pero de momento muy bien. En cuanto a la precisión de lecturas, hasta que no reciba mi primera factura no lo puedo saber a ciencia cierta, pero por lo que voy viendo, es similar a huawei. De momento encantado!!

The update is worse than the previous version. No user friendly at all, confusing and annoying really.

App stopped working since the update
The update has caused the app to stop working and no longer provides real time information on energy consumption and generation of the house. Please revert to the old app. There was nothing wrong with it

Para los que no os funcionan las métricas revisad la instalación, sobretodo los cablecitos que van al cacharrin que se conecta a internet. Son muy delicados y a veces al apretarlos de más se parten y dejan de dar el valor correcto. A mí me funciona de lujo!
Absolutely useless!
I’m in Australia. The update popped up, so I downloaded it. Went to login with the same details as previous, and it tells me incorrect user name and password. Tried signing up and Australia is no longer an option! Useless…
It’s improved!
The layout is nice and the stats are helpful! Recently the app was updated so the data is shown in realtime, which is an amazing improvement. Thank you! Next up, it’d be great if the revenue tracking feature worked, and if the AI inverter control mode could be restored for Australia.

Gosto muito do app, principalmente por ele ser intuitivo para os clientes, mas como uso também como integradora, tenho sentido dificuldades para fazer algumas configurações que as concessionárias de energia solicitam. O app não carrega as informações, fazendo com que eu demore horas para concluir um trabalho simples.

Elekeeper migration from iSolar
I had my inverter changed under warranty and the new inverter came with wifi monitoring capability. I installed iSolar app only to find out 5 days later that it is getting decommissioned. At first I panicked thinking bad luck. But I installed Elekeeper and log on (transition from old to new app) was seamless. Great work and the app does what it is meant to do. I found only one small bug. When app is first run, and you go on VIEW screen with today’s date, it is blank until the date is changed (to previous day) then changed back to today. But that’s a small inconvenience.
Latest update killed access
Latest update logged me out doesn’t recognise my account and doesn’t recognise my region or country! Was working perfectly since installed a week ago and now nothing! Fix it so we can view our solar system! It’s only been installed less than a week!

Disappointing features
I got really excited about a new app change thinking I’d finally be able to see the power my panels are generating against the power my house is using but nope! This is a feature that I feel is strongly needed and honestly makes me regret choosing SAJ brand of inverter. I did have trouble with connection to the app with my inverter with the change over but when I contacted customer service via email they gave me clear instructions and options how to reconnect with one email. I have noticed a few indiscrepancies in the data displayed on the app at different times but otherwise feel it is fairly simple to use. Just wish there were better features to make better use of my solar power.
Improved but could be better
It was a major step up from iSolar, but it could be better. The cloud pulls data from the inverter every 5-20 minutes, which is not very predictable and stable. Maybe the user could use Bluetooth by default on the homepage, instead of going through 3 layers of menu into remove connection. App translations could be better.

Had this working until update
Had solar installed last week and this is the app to look at the system… I have an account but the latest update logged me out and doesn’t show Australia or Oceania as a region and doesn’t recognise my account when I try and reset the password! Absolutely useless app! FIX IT

Looks but lacks features
Great I can see how much solar power I’m generating but I can’t see how much the house is using. Which really means we are only getting half the information needed to optimise the system. My old solar system I could see both incoming and out going energy
