Every time I loose a level I’m hoping to use my purple crystal to revive my chance to win but I have to pay instead. With actual money 💰 and I can’t use my money. like bro what is the point of the purple crystal if I can’t use it it’s like the game wants me to lose!!!!

J’aime bien ce jeu mais très déçue pour la constitution des équipes. Toujours la même personne EMMA qui s’inscrit maintes et maintes fois dans votre équipe et les autres. Pour moi ce sont des « bots » désolée pas du tout crédible

I love this game and had lots of fun while playing it’s been a 1 1/2 years and I am still waiting for new episodes it’s so disappointing. I wish I knew if they will continue to develop more episodes.

Been waiting for over a year
I love the developers of this game. I love their other games and they are literally on TOP of coming out with endless levels on their other games but for some reason this game is different. I completed all the levels on this game over a year ago and have been waiting since then for them to add more. I understand good things to take time and the amount of love & creativity they put into their games is beautiful but why does their other games have new levels coming out constantly but this one doesn’t? Curious if they just gave up on this one. I would love to know :(
Masters Levels
I’ve been waiting for the masters level to complete to actually play for coins. After every term a new one starts, this is the third time already. I love this game but not winning for coins is not amusing.
Great writing / Shady Practices
I LOVE this game, however if you purchase a pack that gives you a certain amount of time with boosters, sometimes it’ll auto open “Pugly’s Mail Run” boosters and OVERRIDE content you’ve paid for which is extremely frustrating. So it’ll cancel out the timers on current boosters. Not to mention you should be able to save the mail run items for when you actually want to use them.

Updates?
This has been one of my favorite games to play but I’ve pretty much abandoned it as there hasn’t been an update to it in months. I’ve reached as far as you can go in the episodes and it’s not worth it to play if you aren’t collecting anything for future episodes. Too bad, it was fun while it lasted!
app keeps crashing
I love this game so so much, I play it all the time. However, my game keeps crashing. As soon as I open the app it takes me to the Book Club event and then says an error has occurred and kicks me out of the game. I don’t know if it’s just me, but it’s been going on for awhile now.
New levels?
Any chance of any new levels?!? It’s been months and months since you’ve updated!!!
Download Issue
After completing the dog rescue episode, the game starts to glitch. It will keep restarting while you are trying to download the next episode. If this doesn’t start working I am thinking about deleting the game. The game is fun but I can’t keep dealing with the glitches and constant restarting.

I have recently updated my game and now I can’t even get through a single game with out the game shutting down. It was fine before the update.
Constantly crashing
I love this game and having been playing for awhile, well over 1,000 levels at this point. But this game will not stop crashing. When it does in the middle of levels I lose my streak & a life. This has been extremely annoying and making the game almost unplayable at this point. Pls fix ): it crashes before I can even submit an issue with support within the game.

I’ve tried a handful of these types of games and this really is the best one.
Too involved with videos and the story
You have to watch or skip a video every time you do anything. The skip does not even skip it just fast forwards through most of it. Too many other games within the game make it a bother to use. Just poorly designed and overly complicated for what it could be.

I love this game and the characters The pug is adorable and a great addition to the game. I only wish they would add more levels. I’ve played every level and it’s been months since they’ve added anything new.
iPad app keeps crashing
Was a good game but the bookshelf competition keeps crashing and closing down the entire game. iPhone app works okay but the iPad one doesn’t. Can’t even access it at all now and there’s no way to contact support. Bummer.

Honest review.
I have had this game for 2 years now and I can honestly say that it is amazing, BUT, I have trouble with the new ‘lamp’ upgrade because, when you match next to a lamp it turns on and if you match again it breaks BUT, if you DON’T match next to it, it turns of and you have to match again TWICE to break it.😠 It is a great game overall, the graphics are smooth, no ads (unless you want power tools at the start or +2 lives at the end) and it is so fun to play. I definitely recommend playing the game! 😁

I keep getting a message of an “unexpected error” when trying to progress in the game. Was good until then.
i love it but…
i’ve had the game for awhile i completely all the story lines they had and i’m waiting for more but it seems like it’s been months without any more new people. it’s kinda aggravating.

Game crashing
Ok so this is the second day where I can’t even play the game every time I start it it just kicks me out it’s a great game I enjoy playing it I hope it gets fixed soon. So it’s now Sunday so it’s been 4 days and I still can’t play the game what is going on

This is a great game because I got this game for my daughter and she said she loved it but I realized there are some flaws in it bc in the ads it says “are you tired of games that look fun in the ads but are nothing like it in the game?” And that just really ticks me off a bit because in the game there’s only mini games about it and that’s it. Nothing else but just a small mini game about it, but really overall a great game
My favorite game… for a while
This game in the beginning was so fun! I would okay it all the time. However, it started to get too frustrating. The levels get way too hard and the expense to continue playing is rare to even have. And even then, 900 diamonds for 5 more turns doesn’t usually work. The game has also been giving an error for the past couple of weeks. So it’s unplayable.
this got hard way too fast
OK I know a lot of match three games have levels you can't beat, but this is insane!!!😡 I only got to level 160 or something and I tried 20 times but couldn't beat it! If you're going to have a level like this (an infuriating level) it should be waaaaaay far off so you can have some fun. This only gets three stars because even though l like the idea of a traveling TV show, the levels STINK.

Could be amazing
I first found this game very catchy. Then, realised that the greedy need of getting our ££’s makes this game not so amazing. 1. Before reaching 900 gems one will 99.9% of the time fail to win the game. I have had ridiculous gems of 899 and lost successively as the only way out is to purchase more gems to get 5 more goes 2. Only one item to get and despite having the little drone thing or the case where the item is being light red instead of dark red (two goes needed when dark) the little drone misses target or the light red case despite a good combination will remain light red. This is so annoying and frustrating. I spent money on that game and they still want more and more. Ok the game is free and developers need money to keep the game going but the two points above and the algorithm they develop for us to buy gems make this game not so amazing. More so their disco ball game supposed to give us one hour of free play sometimes only gives 15 to 20 minutes and you can be in the lead when suddenly what I suspect are made up competitors beat me and relegate to the fourth place where nothing is earned. Quite disappointing
It kicks me out every 30-40 minutes..
The only thing I would fix about it is (please fix this) it kicks me out so much, I get kicked out 5 times a day, so I have to go back in constantly over and over and over, but the game is okay. It doesn’t lag or anything like that, but it also only takes up 305 MB space which isn’t that bad. Also, this isn’t for 12+ this is for 4+ there isn’t any naked stuff, or romance. I would recommend this to you all out there! :)
