Great App
This app has been a game changer for me most apps wants $50+ and still not produce clientele or an easy to use decent platform. I can even have my shop all in one . I absolutely adore that. Great app and it keeps everything in one place to tracking finances are a breeze.
SCAMMMMM
I’ve been with this booking site for over a year. They switched owners and since then they have not allowed me to get my money and they have ai emailing you to set up a meeting with no one reaching out afterwards. I’ve sent 10 emails and appointments for someone to reach out and no one does.
God sent
Readyhubb is my go-to for booking beauty appointments! The app is super easy to use and I love how I can see all the available stylists and their work in one place. Booking an appointment is quick and painless. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a seamless way to find and book hair, makeup, or other beauty services.
Honest Opinion
For book keeping, scheduling, keeping track of revenue and clientele it is amazing but there must be some type of glitch in the system I’ve been trying to get my money off of here for about I month I got half but that was a hassle and now trying to get the remainder is a hassle. Then their customer service is terrible you have to wait days for a reply and schedule calls that don’t even happen.

Withdraw money and customer service
Yes it’s quick and easy but the withdrawal process is so frustrating. I’ve been trying to get all my money I’ve had in there for 6 months and now it’s taking forever. Contacted customer service and their response time is hours late. And keep saying that they’re going to resolve the issue. They have yet to do it going on a week now.

Very Buggy
I have money stuck in my account and the system is so buggy I can’t get my money out. This happens too often. Usually the app works decent but this is a terrible ongoing issue.

Small improvements
I love the app so far, but I wish the service categories were collapsible folders or separated like it is on desktop so it’s easier and less overwhelming for clients.
Cons outweigh the pros really…
I really wanted to like readyhubb, but the experience hasn’t matched what they advertised at all. I upgraded to the pro plan and stayed for much longer than I should have. My services were hardly visible or searchable . Even though they claim to promote and advertise your business to clients in the area. Every single client that booked me found me directly through my own social media marketing or word of mouth. On top of that whenever a client booked a certain way readyhubb read this as “their find” and charged the client excessive fees which put me and my clients in an awkward space because I’m still owed what I charge and the client expects that amount to be deducted from their final balance. I love the idea of what readyhubb could be but I recommend using a platform like square or booksy for less hassle.

Too many glitches!
I have been using the app for about a year and i reallyyyy had high hopes and gave chance after chance but there’s way too many inconveniences. They switched to payment plans that force you to not choose the free version, then they started glitching with products, and now theres glitches every other day ESPECIALLY when it holds funds. Now i feel forced to use another site unfortunately.
Too many technical problems
At first, I thought that this app was genius then as time went by there was many and reoccurring still to this day technical issues and problems with support Help. The app would load very slow or not work for me in my clients certain times, especially when it’s time to update it, but it does not to let your clients know when it’s time to update the app so a lot of them will not be able to book an appointment. There is problems with withdrawing money more than once a month and they cannot do anything about it. You just have to sit there and wait for your money. For days and days while they lie to u saying they’re fixing stuff and everything still remains the same. The same problems have been occurring since I’ve been using this app and it’s been over a year. I’m fed up with not being able to have a smooth running booking site and then the support is no help. If you book a call they will not call you instead. They will have someone text you and say that they are. pushing the matter to the managing team.
Real convenience
Readyhubb is super convenient and easy to use! I can find services fast, read real reviews and book appointments in just a few clicks. Reminders are a GAME CHANGER and rescheduling is completely hassle free. Highly recommend it
Waste of time
You will never get clientele for them and they will literally steal your money from customers . If you want to waste your time use this app . Styleseats is way better and you make more money . Even booksy is better than this !!!!
Okay software not the best
I’m literally always having an issue with this software. Payment always glitches and can’t cashout my payment. Messages you can’t send with important information it’s okay needs fixing.
Good Recommendations for locals
This has been one of the best booking experiences I’ve had for my lash business. Readyhubb has been boosting my business to new clients, I’ve been able to attract even more clients. It’s truly helped take my business to the next level.
Do not download !
Readyhubb had continuously taken unauthorized charges from my account. Even if my clients do not dispute they are taking the deposits back once they hit my account. It is also taking over 1 week to receive my payouts. This app plays with your money.
Market place Fees
The site is nice. There were a few glitches on there website that erased some of what in. Now ready hub charges a whopping 30% for your initial client and 5% after. That’s terrible. I wish i would have known.

Ever since i switched to ready hubb from acuity scheduling, getting booked has been so much easier! The marketplace listings and inspiration posts show off my work and clients actually find me instead of me having to stress about instagram and tiktok for views!
Fake reviews
Don’t trust any of these reviews. The app asks people to write good reviews with a PayPal incentive, but then doesn’t even pay them.

I started my business just over two years ago, and managing bookings used to be a real challenge. Then a client recommended Readyhubb and everything changed. I now have over 80 clients from the app thanks to how easy and efficient it is to manage my schedule. I love that clients can find me, book me, and message me all in one place.
Smh
I was using Wix, discovered ready hubb. Have been using for estimated for 1 year possibly longer, and I loved that it was simple for me and clients. I took a month off in July to move locations. Clients were texting me the booking link isn’t working, nor could they view services, prices ..etc that previously were available from a link I have been using over a year. I discovered not by email or anything from ready hubb that you now have to pay to basically use the site. My clients can’t see my styles or book appointments. I have paid previously but I feel it’s not worth the prices & definitely not worth the price to charge for a service that was previously free and accessible to clients as well as shady to make something that was previously free that runs a persons business now forcing them to pay for their business to continue to run smoothly. When texting clients in the app certain words are blocked and you’re unable to send the message. Scammer will text you and inbox you. I tried to upload my Id so many times and it wouldn’t link. When I was paying the coupon option wasn’t available, why promote something that you’re charging for that’s unavailable to use. Some clients had issues booking appointments themselves so I would have to manually book for them. Some were able to, I texted support with no resolution. I must say support was helpful and quick at responding even though no solutions. I wanted to add a booking fee, but you could only add the fee that they allowed. I didn’t accept any payments through the site, which I’m glad I didn’t. I will not be paying and I will be canceling, loosing out on bookings due to this situation.

I booked a makeup artist for my birthday and had a few questions beforehand — the in-app chat made it super easy to get answers and feel confident. No DMs, no confusion. Just booked, paid, and showed up.
Downfall
They recently put a paywall on everything. Customer service and free features (minus the service charge for processing payments) was fine! The free features stopped being free and I didn’t mind paying the $15 a month for the lite features. However I will be getting off Readyhubb because I was only informed after a client booked with me, that they take 20% from your earnings when getting a new client through their app. And 5% of your earnings every time after that. If I would’ve known I would’ve never paid for the membership. They never did this charge before on small businesses. It was a great app it’s such a shame.

I used to juggle Stripe, Square, and a messy invoicing system. With Readyhubb, everything is handled, booking, payments, even chargebacks. Plus their team saved me from dealing with client disputes which is a huge headache.
Don’t update if possible
The new update is to force you to pay either $14.99 or $29.99 a month instead of allow you to keep the free version. Since having this booking app since last year, my clients have had nothing but issues with logging in and being able to book their appointments. Im very I pleased with this black owned app and had high hopes for them. I will be switching to a different, better booking app.
