I like this system
I’ve been using this for a few years. The app isn’t the most beautiful but it’s dead simple and works.

Master controller turns light off and on periodically for no reason during a lights on period.
I find that it isn’t as accurate as other items, example: apogee par meter vs Trolmaster’s par meter. Trolmaster has become subpar for this game
Improvement over old app
I had the previous TrolMaster app. It was pretty poor, this one is a lot prettier, and all works fine. I did have an issue adding my controller, but with help from support, that’s all good. Support is prompt and no AI bot screening before reaching a human. Big plus, because as everyone knows, AI screening sucks.
Pretty easy to use
I see a lot of neg reviews like green machine 128. This guy has to have 5th grade level IQ because the TM+Pro app has to be the most basic app to use. Been using it over 5 years never had a problem have several controls linked to it I can check everything from my phone and make changes (lighting schedules, feed schedules, environmental,etc.
Wonky Performance
The historical data within the controllers does not work well. The time stamps aren’t in chronological order. It’ll skip from AM to PM randomly as well. Lots of bugs

Es una pena que el software y las gráficas estén obsoletas en comparación con las marcas de la competencia. No puedo entender como una marca pionera en el control ambiental y del riego de precisión descuidara tanto la actualización del software. • He puesto idioma Español y carga el Italiano. • Las gráficas y las escalas son poco precisas, se ven muy pequeñas y no se pueden guardar para ver un histórico de un periodo. • Las opciones de control de los diferentes módulos son muy básicas y en muchos casos tras hacer cambios en las variables estas no se guardan, hay que hacerlo una y otra vez hasta que se consigue guardar. • Se echa de menos un interfaz de escritorio para windows/mac. • Tener una IA asistente estaría muy bien. Otras marcas las han integrado y en algunos casos resultan muy eficaces para ajustar parámetros. Creo que aún queda bastante trabajo para posicionarse a la par del resto de marcas. Sintiéndolo mucho, ya que llevo años trabajando con esta marca, si no veo un cambio tendré que pegar el salto a otros.

Why is it so trash.
I have 5 set ups with all the bells and whistles. I haven’t logged into the app for a few months and now it won’t even show devices even though I entered them several times and deleted and redownloaded it all. This whole system is terrible. I’m removing everything and switching brands. Everything is great when new but if you’re serious this isn’t the system. Everything has bugs, system doesn’t work well and needs contestant calibrations. The App isn’t even an app anymore and u can’t even view most of your info when u actually need it. Garbage, garbage, garbage.

Buggy schedule page for years
The schedule page data entry fields are ridiculously buggy. Seems a simple fix but yet it endures. Would also be nice to get some sort of indication that the ports on the 24v and 110v devices are on for a quick visual confirmation without having to physically go look at the device itself.
Logbook does not work
I have created a logbook but no data appears. The application works fine for all other functions.

To many AI players
The amount of AI players is unbelievable. The way the developers have you miss straight in putts. Deleting this game
Technology advanced
Not much information but come with a lot of bugs. So much more exciting than a timer that works the same everyday.
Still issues
Newest update fixed some issues. But now I can’t see my historical data graph. It just loads and loads and nothing
I love it
Being able to remotely view all the parameters and visually inspect the grow room from your phone is a game-changer. The notifications and offline alerts can be a little annoying, but they can also save your butt. The only thing I wish is that the AVG parameters would update a little quicker. TrolMaster + Vital Garden + H&G makes the babies go boom.
Not what I expected!!
I,as a customer, went and spend over $3700.00 on equipments and bot to have a current reading but an whenever the app feels like giving you one,not happy and not worth the headache!!! You boys need to grow up and reach the sky,if you think the sky is the limit!! Good luck!!
Better than the others but still issues
This app is better than the other Trolmaster apps but it still has issues. The history graphs poorly scale the data making it hard to read plus if you zoom in it is difficult to scroll. What makes the graphs even worse is they round the VPD so the graph only shows a VPD of 0, 1 or 2. That sort of issue makes me think this app wasn’t even tested. The other big issue is how long it takes for the data to refresh when you first open a device. You see old data at first which is fine because it shows the time associated with the last refresh but the time the data was refreshed will change well before the data actually refreshes so it is hard to tell if you are looking at the current data.
Aqua x Plus NFS-3 No info online
I recently bought the aqua x Plus NFS-3, the controller seems pretty good so far but the TM Pro app sucks. It’s slow to refresh and is just not that user friendly. Also, I understand the aqua x Plus is new to the market but there is almost no info available online for this unit Overall, I am happy with the unit and the crop steering function but I feel there is definitely room for improvement with certain aspects Looking forward to more updates and improvements on the system and app
Best controller for tent grows
After I finally spent the money on the tent-x system it has made a phenomenal difference in how my environment is controlled. Since it knows the humidity, temperature and co2 it can balance the environment so much more efficiently than when I had multiple different systems trying to work against each other to reach my set values. I recommend this system to any grower that can afford it, it’s made a huge difference in my grows!
Garbage
I’ve had this for about 2 1/2 years and all it’s done is caused me trouble first it quit working with the air conditioners then the dehumidifying system went out and now it’s not even telling me the time
Always having timed out issues
I can not ever trust the app
Issues with verifying email.
Tried a dozen times, every time I enter the code it fails. Then says it is confirmed but won’t log me in. Hope the bug is fixed, I’ll update the review when it works.
App needs work
Just recently purchased (2) trolmaster hydro X pro units. Installed one unit to give it a go (test it out) the HCS-2 is a good addition to the garden, but as for the mobile app (it’s trash) Can’t control none of the devices, it doesn’t give out the exact readings (real time) and it crashes often. What’s the purpose of having the trolmaster app only to look at (sometimes) delayed readings that you have no control over? Trolmaster team please, please, please, design the app to truly compliment the impeccable controllers y'all are producing.
Why this thing not refresh?
Maaannnnn….what bogus. Thing doesn’t even refresh unless I go back and select the controller again. Weak
