I choose high flow diesel, it gives me Walmart/ Murphy for a choice. Murphy isn’t big enough for an 18 wheel truck to fuel at 🤦
Great app great saving slow processing
I love how the savings work for the app and the program that is used. The app does have some bugs that should be addressed I wait 30 mins at times to get funds into the account to purchase fuel. Other than that this is a great app!
Unable to link bank account
My experience with AtoB has been a disaster. Multiple tickets, multiple calls, chats on the website/app, calls from managers. Everyone with their own and different answers (they not seem to be on the same page). I have tried to link my bank account manually still getting error, clear cookies/catche, use chrome, etc… and still having the same issue. I even paid the fee to setup my account, got cards I didn’t even wanted since I want a credit line not prepaid. Followed every step on every ticket and still Unable to link bank account keep getting same error. I even tried last week send a screenshot and nobody had taken the decency to even reach out.

I wish the app had more access to be able to pay account. Otherwise, it’s helpful in locating stations and locking the card.

Terrible service
The discounts are good but the service is terrible. They’re constantly charging you the wrong amounts and double charging for transactions. Then they ask you to prove that you didn’t fuel twice and that both charges are not valid. You have a receipt for 1 transaction. How would you prove that the 2nd transaction was a double charged by the merchant by mistake. The overcharging and double transactions cancel out the discounts they give you. Not worth the headache you have to deal with.

Have been using for a couple years and the only issues I’ve had are sometimes the fuel prices can be different, card stops working at locations I’ve just used at the day before (inconvenient if you’ve passed other fuel stations that have a better price than the one you’re at because of the fuel discount you would’ve had if your card worked at the location you stopped at because the app showed it valid at the time). In all it can be convenient

The app has to many problems, I have to call them every week to resolve a last minute issue, I am just done. Don’t use it .

I’ve had the card for over a year now and find it works well with discounts for my fleet and personal use. I rated it lower because I wasn’t given my bonus and credit line increase when I met the obligations when I first started using it. Despite that customer support is decent as well as many of the perks even though I don’t use many of them. Overall it’s a good card for smaller fleets and your own personal use

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a fuel card service. From the beginning, everything seemed promising, but in reality, it has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. First, the acceptance network is extremely limited. Many locations that are supposed to accept the card either decline it or have issues processing it, which defeats the entire purpose of having a “fuel card.” As a driver on the road, reliability is everything—and this card is far from reliable. Second, the fees and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Charges appear without clear explanations, and there is no straightforward breakdown of what you are actually paying for. It feels misleading and unprofessional. Customer support is another major problem. Getting assistance is difficult, responses are slow, and when you do get help, the answers are vague and don’t actually resolve the issue. For something as essential as fuel access, this level of support is completely inadequate. On top of that, the overall system does not deliver on its promises. It’s marketed as a helpful tool for drivers and businesses, but in reality, it creates more problems than it solves. Delays, declined transactions, and constant uncertainty make it stressful to rely on. I would not recommend this card to anyone. There are far better and more dependable options available. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere.
Great for saving
The AtoB app is a great way to manage all of my fuel cost. I enjoy being able to save on something I have to purchase anyway. I’d recommend to anyone looking for an efficient way to manage their drivers.

Doesn’t lock card in
I have to manually punch in the last four digits on the card and then the pin to unlock the card itself
Great Business Expense Purchase Card
AtoB is a fuel and business expense credit card that has made purchasing fuel and other business expenses and a breeze. I am able to issue cards independently to any of my employees and set purchase and telemetric controls to help reduce and eliminate fraud. Great app.

The option to type in the last 6 of the vin does not work and to take a photo of the bar code takes up to 10 minutes. The light at 5am is not enough to get the bar code to scan
Fuel Saver App
The A to B fuel saver app is one of the best fuel apps around. I love the “Find Fuel” feature which allows me to find the cheapest gas stations near me since prices vary by the day. The app also provides detailed access to all transactions real time which is great for tracking purposes. It also shows how much you saved per transactions. Saving money is key so I’m happy about that. The easy to use autopay is also great so that you don’t have to worry about missed payments. I highly recommend this app. Get it now!
Love this card!
Q I use this card for my fleet to gas up. I know which vehicle is gasing up and I allow app to show me the data and information of where when and how much fuel was used. I also use the card to pay that has to do with city parking tickets or city bridges and tolls. The upside to this app and gas card is that all information is stored and organized by vehicle and technicians. I would recommend this card to whom ever has a fleet of vehicles..
