FuelBook helps me search and plan to buy fuel at the right truck stops. I can math this out ahead of time to save time and money.

I have two other discount fuel abs on my phone and this one is about $.20 higher than either one of them at any time
Overall great with a couple issues
The app is overall very helpful. I have a company code which allows me to see what price I will pay, and I really like the option to show prices without the fuel tax. The biggest issue for me is the search feature. When you start typing letters, it not only shows just one suggested match, but that match is frequently *very* wrong. The same city name almost always exists in more than one state, so I’d like to see all matches for what I’ve typed in (like you’d see with Google or any GPS). Then there’s the quality of the results. I’m in the US, so I’m not sure why an app intended to help the land-based transport industry suggests Bangkok, Thailand when I enter “Min” (looking for Minneapolis). In fact, once you enter “Minneap”, it switches to suggesting Wichita, KS. A smaller issue (for me) is when it includes a non-truck friendly location. Zooming in on the satellite view it can be clear it’s just for cars. The only other issue I would like to see changed is the absence of the actual street addresses. I’ve had times when it would have made trip planning a little easier.

Hasn’t worked well so far
I only used it for the last week or so and it would pull up the fuel stops for about 50% of the routes and had to wait hours for it to work correctly.

Money saver
This app has saved me probably close to 3 grand in fuel cost over the past year and that’s just a shot in the dark blind ball park estimate. It’s terrific... when it works properly. I’ve had no downloadable updates On my iPhone 11 in quite a while, and at times, fuel stops will disappear, or not show their accepted fuel networks at all, and the last couple of times I’ve used it it’s been off by 50 cents a gallon or more, twice in a row, but that’s very rare. It is very common for it say that a place does not take a certain fleet card when it does, and occasionally it’ll say they accept com data but they don’t, but that too is rare. Excellent app. You’ll get a 5 star rating when you fix the disappearing amenities/info problem on iPhone. It’s only 4 stars for that reason. I understand you can’t control when places Jack up their prices. thank you so much for this app though! It’s a business essential for owner operators! Best of all, it’s FREE!
Often it doesn’t load
I dont know if it depends on loads on servers but often it just doesn’t load, I know it’s not my internet because i can watch 4K videos at the same time and application still wouldn’t load. Please fix the issue. Can’t use it like that.
New update?
I rated the app 5 stars before the newest update. I’m not a fan of the newest update. I now have to go through an extra step to see the fuel prices I’m looking for. You had a great product. Now it’s an ok product.

Esta aplicación era fantástica hasta q la actualizaron d verdad en ves d mejorarla la echaron a perder además nunca esta actualizada con los precios del disel ofrecen un precio en el Fuelbook y llegas y es otro bastante arriba buscare otra app q d datos actualizados y. Funcione mejor
Good idea but needs improvement
On the up side: Fuelbook shows many more fuel locations than Trucker Path. On the down side: First, the app does not turn into landscape mode on either iPhone or iPad. Very inconvenient. Second, when you switch to map mode, it only shows you nearby locations. When you move the map further it does not refresh locations there. If you go and hit search, you’re back to nearby locations. Make it refresh like 100-150 miles from pinpoint (like Trucker path). Third, I could not find the button to register. Fourth , overall design looks like it is from 2000s. Hire a pro.

Price difference between apps
My wife and I both have the app on our phones. Hers shows the rankings and prices. Mine only shows the rankings. Both give different places for rankings on a trip, ie… mine will give the Loves in Ft. Pierce, Fl as number 1 where as hers will give the 7-11 in Palm Bay, Fl. The difference in pricing is as much as .53 cents. We are both signed in through the company we contact our truck through. What gives?

I love the app but can you update it to give us the exact address of the fuel location. I’m a truck driver and need to be able to type in the address into my Trucker GPS. I click the directions tab and it will show me how to get there with my phone but a Semi Truck can’t always go on the same roads a car can.

Needs fixed
This app needs fixed !! It’s a very convenient app .. how ever it doesn’t work most of the time.. it will only pop up one area and fail on the rest !!!!!
Update price of fuel
When you’re driving an 18 wheeler just can’t go from station to station hoping the app has the right price .It would be nice if you updated the price daily so people know where to go to get fuel instead of getting there and realizing it’s $.3,69 Instead of 3.49

What a garbage app, come on warren Buffett. Half the time this app doesn’t even work. The other half of the time it doesn’t work. As truckers pay big money to buy diesel. Fix your crap pilot flying J

It worked for 1 day and I haven’t been able to get it to work since. It won’t even let me click on the customer service button. THIS APP IS TRASH!

Best App Ever!
This app has literally helped me optimize our business in costs alone with a 30% reduction in fuel, idle time and driver fatigue. There is no way we would’ve been able to find the best truck stops in the nation without this app!! If you are not using this app, then you are losing out on a lot of opportunity! I love this app, I couldn’t tell you a better app out there. We used to fuel at Loves, Pilot and Flying J, TA, but since we’ve started using this app, we our American Express Business for our fleet and the drivers can only purchase fuel and Def. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!
No good app
It is not easy to search a truck stops. Very bad usability and weird interface. Creators should read book about how to make apps.

This app works great I am an Owner Operator and this App helps me know what fuel discounts are available to me. All trucking companies that have Owner Operators as part of their fleet should use Fuelbook.
