Best App Ever
The nutrition in every meal so well thought out! It made going plant based finally possible!
Cancellation
I canceled my subscription ahead of time but yet it still charged my card. I checked my subscriptions and it still shows that I cancelled. I’m trying to figure out how to contact Pick up Limes without luck.
Great but
Great app. The meal planner features are amazing. But what about me is i always see the same 5-6 ones cycle through. Which it were completely randomized! Also, if im really not interested in trying something, i wish i could dislike it so i dont see it again! Also if i make something and dont like it, i wish i could erase it as a suggestion
Amazing recipes but rare ingredients
I love all the recipes, they seem delicious and enjoy also the YouTube channel but it is sad that each and every recipe has a rare ingredient that needs grocery shopping. It’s like for every day we are buying something new from the store, plus the app is also expensive so I am not overall satisfied and feel that my money has been wasted as I don’t think I am going to make most recipes, may this recipes for rich people who has lots of money to waste in every day grocery shopping. I regret buying this app.
Good app, could be great if…
Good app, could be great if there was: 1) a way to copy/paste my recipes when you have similar recipes and just want to make a slight adjustment. 2) when you modify the nutritional information for an item or recipe the change does not automatically transfer across the app (e.g. your nourish page) despite it being “updated”. You actually have to delete the item from your nourish page, then add it again to update the changes you’ve made. So not very accurate if you make any changes because you forgot something.
Highly recommend!
I use this app every week to plan my meals, make sure I get a good balance of nutrients and trying new recipes. I love that I can enjoy food while also being healthy and budget friendly!
Unable to make payment
I am unable to purchase the app after multiple attempts of entering my Bank details. The confirmation doesn’t appear on my banking app for the PUL app to process the payment. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I was very excited to start using the app, but this is absurd. Please fix this issue where the app isn’t integrated with Apple wallet (I can’t even make purchase when I have funds in my Apple wallet). And
Best cooking app ever
This really is no doubt the best app/ collection of meals and recipes out there. I have cooked so many of the recipes that I lost track, basically 2-3 a week for 2 years. Its the perfect mix between complex meals and easy fixes. The only thing I would wish for is a lifelong membership. With all of the subscription based applications out there, I hoped for this app to be different.
Under 16s?
I like the website, but I wanted to use some of the recipes in the app. I dislike how now things that you could use for free have now gone on to being app exclusive. I wanted to make a surprise meal for my parents and family, and I couldn’t afford the prices on the app. If you could make a discount or lessen the price of the app that would be great. Please add a discount to make it cheaper for the under 16s. Thanks for reading this review.
Glitches in the tracker
I love the concept of the app. However, there are a couple of issues with the tracker that make it more burdensome than easy to use. 1. The ability to choose what unit to track water in. I prefer to track water in ml and L rather than in cups. 2. Choosing what category to place a food if it fits in multiple categories. Eg if I eat nuts, I want them to fit in the ‘nuts’ category rather than the ‘proteins’ category, as I can get my proteins from other sources. However, if I log peanuts then the app would automatically log it in my proteins orb, meaning my nuts orb stays empty.
Brilliant app
I so appreciate the work gone into making this beautiful app and the delicious, nutritious recipes. The pictures make me hungry every time I’m looking for inspiration. The app features are all so helpful, especially being able to filter by allergies/ingredients, add notes, etc. The updates to the app keep getting better and better.
Can’t download
Only gave one star as unable to download on iPhone X and can’t find any app support contact so hoping this flags PUL attention from somebody to look at? Am sure the app will be great, just can’t get it to load right now. Will certainly change my rating when I can actually use it!
Fab app! But would like the nutrition wheel as a widget.
A wonderful app with everything in one place! PUL recipes, own recipes with a nutrition, vitamin and water tracker. I love it. I have dyslexia and ADHD, so having the nutrition wheel as a widget that I can put on my front page to remind me when I open up my phone would be really helpful.
Overpriced for a yearly subscription
Unfortunately as much as I would like to love this app, the free trial is only seven days and the price per year is high for what you get.
No lactose free filter
Unfortunately the recepties mainly include gluten and lactose that I’m intolerant to. Sadly I cannot benefit from the app, although I love the way you made it.
LOVE IT
This app is so intuitive and has so many features that so well thought out and are genuinely useful! You can tell this is a labor of love and passion. Love pickuplimes ❤️
It was good when it was working
The app was good when it was working. For me I tried to change my plan of subscription and now nothing work do I’m confused. What to do I took it off of my phone, put the app back on nothing work.
Good Choice
I love pick up limes and I love the app! I can recommend it ! It is cheap enough for students and the PUL Team answer to your comments very quickly. Especially the pictures, the variety of dishes and the filter are really good. But one thing could be better: a weekly meal planner where you can save the recipes for the week. That is the only thing I am missing…
Best app for foodies!
What can I say… this is perfection. Congratulations very well done!
App not working
I don’t know for what reason the app is not opening. I have in fact turned on autopay for subscription
Greatest recipe app of all time
Worth every penny. They push new features regularly which allow you to leverage their amazing recipes, or import your own from anywhere. Could not be a better, more convenient application for cooking at home. I HIGHLY recommend 10/10
Really love pick up limes
I really love pick up limes and their videos and that there is finally an app out on the market! Love how complex and at the same time so user friendly it is, with everything in one app. It’s great. Unfortunately I had the problem that my subscription got cancelled constantly and therefore I alway got logged out of my account. A problem that I don’t understand as I got a year subscription right away… :/ sad that I paid almost 25€ for it and only used it 1 month, if someone has an idea on how/why/what I can do different? Still a fan of PUL but I’ll just stick to the YouTube channel…
Facing issues with using UPi mode of payments
Hello, The app is unable to send notifications to the UPI app which is one of the preferred modes of payment in India. If I can approve the notification in the UPi app the payment will automatically deduct from my bank account instead of requiring me to store money in the app Store. Can you look into this error please ?
Best food app ever
This not only has incredible recipes, but is also the most beautiful and elegant app I’ve ever used. They really go the extra mile and give you things you didn’t know you needed or wanted in a recipe app. Perfect all around.
Wish
I wish there was a way to experience the app as a guest before I log in. I’m just unsure of giving away personal details without having a look through.
Amazing recipes
I really like PUL, that’s why I want to support them by purchasing the subscription :) I already knew the recipes are amazing and also aesthetically pleasing. Nevertheless, the actual main reason (for me) to use this app was because of the tracking feature. I think it’s good, that you can add your own products and so on. I also like to use the recipes, but sometimes I don’t use every ingredient and that would change the nourish informations. Therefore, I would love being able to delete some ingredients before the cooking mode and that this change would be saved. Maybe I’m just too dumb, lol. I look forward for further updates, I know you guys will be the leading nutrition app on the market! (If you’re not already, haha)
Back Again - it’s so good!
I just love this app so much. I used to be a subscriber and decided not to unsubscribe until I could take full advantage of what it offers. So glad to be back. The recipes are great, of course, but my favorite part is the Nourish feature. I especially appreciate how the calorie count is hidden unless you want to see it. It’s just so thoughtful. Thank you, Sadia. ❤️
lag
The app seems good & all, but when I enter the app it instantly makes me leave the app for no reason. Please fix this glitch
Great App except
I love this App and i love it so much that i subscribed to it as well. The recipes are amazing, the layout, the design the UX/UI is great work! The only thing i don‘t like is that for the videos there is always a link to youtube and with ads again. It would be great that, at least, subscribers, would be able to watch the videos in the app directly.
Amazing! I keep discovering more reasons to like this!
I am really enjoying this app. The recipes are delicious that I have tried so far. The reason I bought this was I am trying to make meal-planning easier and save money by not buying food we won’t use, and it is really helping. It is so useful for planning recipes once for the week and then have the ingredients in my shopping list. And bonus? Importing or creating recipes AND all the amazing nutrition info! Wow! I hope in future iterations they will consider an easier way to move recipes to different dates, but it isn’t hard now, it just takes a couple of steps. That’s a minor wish. I also would wish that I could change how the grocery items are categorised because the way my store is laid out isn’t quite like how some items are listed. Minor issue. I’m so happy I found this! It is making one part of my life less stressful! And I have a ton of inspiring ideas!
Why is everything subscription based nowadays?
Couldn’t we just buy the app for 10$ or something? People already think veganism is for privileged people. Healthy eating shouldn’t be behind a monthly paywall. I understand you need to make money, so just make it a one time purchase?
Overall good! Nourish orb not suitable to non vegetarians
I am a little disappointed that nutritional value of any ingredient like egg and meat are not getting added in nourish tab even for ‘my recipes’. I would like to add an egg to my pancakes and know my protein intake. If this is not rectified then I can only use the recipes provided.
GREAT recipes
Every recipe I’ve tried has been a huge success! So many great options and I get rave reviews from everyone, plant based or not. Specifically, my very southern tastes dad asks for the peanut butter fudge every time they visit!
Purchase Error
It comes as user cannot make payment. I have tried signing in by all methods. My Apple Pay and Google Pay info is already on the store. Can’t figure out why it’s not letting me sign up for yearly or monthly plan :/
Never ever before or after😍
This app is so so amazing.. just can’t express the gratitude for making this one… every single recipe you made it look soo simply to cook… the Nourish plan is simply amazing.. I would definitely recommend this app to ppl who wish to have a healthy lifestyle change…❤️❤️❤️
Love This App
This app is the best food App I’ve ever used. If it were only recipes it would be still incredible, but the fact that you can keep track of your nourishment is incredible. And now the app has gone over the top. Now you can import recipes from other websites flawlessly. Not to mention, the app is stunningly beautiful.
I really tried
I really tried with several email addresses and several browsers, but never been able to sign up. And I don’t want to use third-party sign-in (Apple or Gmail). Isn’t it possible to use an old style email+password signing method?
log in by sebding otp on mobile phone
Can you please add one more method to log in the app by using mobile otp. It's very convenient.
