No updates for loyal players
The game is adorable, but loyal players don’t have anything to play for. Those of us who have played since the beginning have exhausted all available levels. Seom Board rewards haven’t been available for several weeks, and Lucky Box rewards offer nothing new for several months. I have 800 Lucky Box mileage points that I can’t redeem for anything. The game is fun and I love BTS, so I play, but where are the rewards? And those of us who spend money on the game are getting nothing back without these rewards being updated.

Failed to connect with server
I have tried to get online to play this game but I can’t get on the server. It keeps giving me an error message. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall and checked my WiFi but still can’t get online. Really frustrating. I gave this one star because I have not played and will update if I can ever get online.

I love this game, as an army it makes me feel happy that I can get this game for free. It does get a little boring though. You can collect digital photo cards though but last time I updated they were a little outdated. I love every member though and the app provides everything for your bias. Namjoonie is pfp on there. I love this app so much totally get it. But a question for the developers. Can you make it no Wi-Fi and also add harder levels? Thanks so much luv it!!!💜💜💜🦋🦋

Taking advantage of Army!!
The prices to pay for a lot of this is ridiculous. I think BTS would be very upset to find out whoever is in charge of making the prices for some of the sets are charging $99.99. Seriously!? $100!?? You are taking advantage of Army’s love for BTS. Army is not a bunch of rich people. Some are but for the most part we are people that are trying to make a living and playing this game is an escape. But knowing I have to pay almost $30, $50, and even up to $100 to enjoy my favorite escape game is ridiculous and I think BTS would be very disappointed. Just because they are millionaires doesn’t mean Army is. Matter of fact if the idol is a millionaire that means their fans are the ones that made them that way which means they are broke because the company is charging too much for the fans to enjoy and support their idol which is just taking advantage of fans. Do better BIG HIT and HYBE!!

why is this happening??
it’s a super fun game but sorta made me mad when i lost all my progress. i was lvl 103 and then it started me back at lvl 1. i played the bts cooking game and it did the same thing, not every happy about it this. fix it.
The sound isn’t working
I love this game so much but the one bad thing about it is the sound, it doesn’t work on my phone cause when i play it there is no sound coming out even with the sound bar all the way up

ゲームの遊び方やルールの説明がないので、やりながら探るのですが、よくわからないまま進むのがストレス。 ゲームの中にメンバーのサインがあると書いてあるけどどこにも見当たらない。 何かと不親切。 ブースターの仕組みはネットで探しました。 そしてレベルが上がると結局課金しないとクリアできない気配。

I think it’s super fun, not at all difficult and the power up’s are super helpful and help keep it super simple and enjoyable! Only thing I think would be a cool add-on is a arrow options to the next or previous picture and the option to save them. Still super duper fun and the characters, colors, and items are cute!!<3
毎日数回落ちる
いろんな動作に、無駄なほどのキラキラ効果のアニメーションがついているからか、すぐにゲームが落ちます。最近は3つのパワーアップを利用してパズルを開始すると、必ず落ちて、パズルの失敗にはならないけど、パワーアップは減っています。以前は報告してたけど、改善されないので、そういうゲームだと思って利用しています。
Love the game but there’s still some issues
Ever since coming back to play I have been, for the most part happy to return. It seems like there’s more variety than when it first launched. But I noticed, and I have deleted and downloaded the game twice because there’s a glitch whenever I use the tops, bombs, or surfboards. I would say the worst is the surfboards. I also do a regular back up on my phone too. The other issue, and I understand that it’s random and based on percentages, but I’ve made a significant number of purchases for gift boxes. Enough that I have more than for at least two month’s worth of extra points. My problem is can I get something else decent after a while instead of bombs?!! Seriously, I have over 1000 bombs!! It’s absolutely ridiculous! Out of how many gift boxes I purchased I’ve managed to get a cactus, duplicates which have led to more bombs, and an occasional piece of fence. There’s absolutely no way I am going to go through 1000 bombs. There has to be a way that I can get something else to trade out for a large amount of these. Please ur consider making an offer. Update as of 06/11/2026 Things are running pretty smoothly for the most part. I’m still having issues with the game crashing when I’m trying to decorate. I’ve deleted an reinstalled the game several times. The only difference is the time before it crashes is longer. When I’m doing a search for either a group or person sometimes it buffers over and over again. I end up just exiting and going back in and it seems to fix the problem. One big issue I have (which is out of our control) is the prizes for the events aren’t available because we’re caught in the middle of something we didn’t ask to be part of. I don’t think it’s fair that fans should be punished for something we have no control over. It’s disheartening watching others being able to participate and have a chance to win prizes. This isn’t an attack on them. It’s just my feelings of disappointment and sadness.
Why so long?
Cause when I opened the app I noticed that the app wouldn’t let me play and the screen was js grey I waited and waited and waited it js couldn’t let me play pls fix this issue

I've Bts since I was little. This game is so fun. No annoying adds. And it's generally very easy. The game is like a better version of candy crush or whatever the game is. It's absolutely adorable and the characters are wonderfully designed. In all, the game is very creative and gun. I have so many screenshots of cute moments in the game 😄😄 10/10
改善なさすぎて
広場での会話が消えるの早すぎ。何年も前から改善お願いしてるのに、対応何も無し。プロフ画像は実写使ってるし、、、島感無さすぎ。ユーザーの反応無視するゲームは数年後消えます。

ゲーム中も出てきてくれるし、みんなが色んな所でそれぞれ踊ってたりそれぞれが話しそうな言葉を言ってたりととても楽しいです！課金すればもっと可愛く出来るけど無課金でも今の所十分楽しめます♪さっきやっていてやーっとクリア出来たとおもったら次のゲームしようとすると不正なゲームリクエストですって画面になり、そのあと初めの画面に戻りゲーム始めるとまた同じ事の繰り返し=͟͟͞͞( ¯−︎¯ )クリアすら出来てない事にもなってるしもう出来ないの？なんだかんだ無課金で頑張ってたのに😭 凄く久しぶりにやったらまた出来るようになりました♪でもまぁ難しくて運もあるんでしょうが中々クリア出来ないと心が折れそうになります💦
課金しなきゃクリアできない
現在MAXの6381まで到達しているが、以前と違ってこの頃はブースター３つ使ってもなかなかクリアできないステージが増えてきた。 特にカメレオンの箱は武器では色が変わらず、ブロックを並べなきゃならないので駒を無駄遣いさせられる。 また、ゲージ10になった時のメンバーのお助け爆弾は役に立つことは5度に1度くらい。あとはせっかく作ったクジラコンボを壊しにくるばかりで腹立たしい。これをパスする機能を作ってほしい。 あと、上級レベルになっても、一度でクリアできるような簡単なステージもたまには入れてほしい。

まずキャラが可愛くて癒されます。 みなさん言うように課金させようとはしてきますが、全く課金せずでも、ゲーム自体はそんな難しくないので、続けられますよ。 課金しないとクリアできないとおっしゃっている方もいますが、何回も同じレベルをクリアできないと、アイテムを使ったりしなくても、クリアするように勝手に持っていかれます。 私はパズルゲーム自体が好きですし、BTSのちびキャラ達も好きなので、今後もちまちまと続けていくつもりです。

Three until sound goes back
I play primarily on my iPad (Air 5, up to date OS) and some time within the last month the app's music and SFX just suddenly disappeared. And yes, I had my volume up and did not turn either settings off inside the app. Sound is ok with all my other apps so it's definitely not my device's problem. Hope the bug is resolved soon.

そんなに課金ゲーではない
課金、課金と言っている人が多いがそんなことはない。パズルゲーム初心者でレベル2500くらいまで行ったが課金しないとクリアできないといったものはそんなになかったと思う
Stopped Playing, Messed Up Storyline and Dialogues
I stopped playing this once I noticed that the dialogues and storyline for Jimin’s character was borderline bullying. I don’t know who approved it but it seemed like they were always belittling him and making him out to be the weakest in the group. It just does not sit right.
Battery hoarder
It drains my battery so fast even if I followed the suggestion. It’s the app that has the highest battery usage app even if I don’t play it long. 😞 I think my batt health got lower because of this up.

楽しくプレイしていますが
キャラクターもかわいいし、ほどほどに楽しみながら今のレベルは6000をこえたところです。 課金はしないので、たまにアイテムがもらえるのは助かります。 だから、箱の報酬がもらえる時はがんばりますが、クリアしたのにリプレイチケットだった時は本当にガッカリします。ストーリーはかわいいと思いますが、リプレイしてる方っていらっしゃるのでしょうか。正直いらないです
