I was book consultant Dr.lata on 30 July at 05:40pm .but there is no call from doctor Lata and no any preintmation from Kapiva .i paid 99. Rs already .and in app show me other doctors .that is cheating to client .

Title: Extremely Poor Customer Service – Return Delayed Until Return Window Expired
I ordered Dia Free Juice, which was delivered the very next day. Before using it, we consulted kapiva’s doctor. After reviewing my mother’s medical condition and existing complications, the doctor strictly advised us not to use this juice. Since the product was completely unopened and the seal was intact, I immediately requested a return and refund on the very same day. However, what followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Despite raising multiple complaints, the company kept saying that a pickup had been scheduled, but no one actually came to collect the product. The delivery agents would give only a one-ring missed call and disconnect. When I called them back several times, they never answered. After repeated complaints, one delivery agent finally contacted me and said, “It’s late now, I’m going home. I’ll pick it up tomorrow.” However, he never turned up the next day either. Every time I contacted customer support, I received the same repetitive response that the complaint had been noted and the pickup would be arranged. There was no real action taken. It felt as though the company was intentionally delaying the process until the return period expired, leaving me with no option for a refund. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. The company appears to have a strategy of delaying return requests until customers are no longer eligible for a refund.
