I strongly recommend not using NC wallet. In my experience, everything worked smoothly at first. They paid interest and there were no major issues while the balance was relatively small. However once I had a significant amount of money in the account and tried to access my funds, I was suddenly asked to complete additional KYC verification. Despite providing kk the requested information and documents, I have received little more than generic responses such as, “we are reviewing your case and will respond shortly.” It has now been almost. Year and I still have not been able to recover my money. Search online for “NC wallet honeypot scam” and you will find reports from other users describing very similar experiences. I have been unable to find. Clear corporate address or a customer service number where someone actually can verify reached. PPEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. I also believe Apple and Google should seriously review whether an app facing this type of related complaint should continue to be distributed through their app stores.

Never had any issues. Don’t know what others users are experiencing, but for me, I’ve never had issues withdrawing or depositing funds.

Still haven’t gotten verified and I still can’t get my crypto out of this wallet, this crypto wallet is a joke! Been waiting for 2 months now for them to kyc verify me, and on multiple emails they keep asking for different verification to get kyc verified, and I sent them what they ask and still nothing!! Strongly suggest not using ncwallet there a scam and a joke!

About a month ago, we had a power surge and a great big storm here where I live. Everything was shut off. My phone was scrambled. I’ve been trying ever since to access my NCWallet from CT Pool as well as individually. I cannot get past my pin number. They set up for me and I cannot find where I had it saved. They keep asking me five questions, number one when did I open the account if someone can tell me where I find that information that would be very beneficial. Another question they ask is how much money do I have in my NCWallet account or how much have I added from CT Pool, and what device am I using? The device is the easy part the amount I could not tell them because I make a deposit every day from CT Pool to my NCWallet it’s still allows me to do that, of course it will allow me to do that. Take my money. I need help getting back into my NCWallet it is driving me absolutely insane making daily deposits from my CT Pool to my NCWallet, CT Pool, nor NCWallet will allow me to change where I send my funds to, so I’m really getting aggravated and I feel like I’m stuck between a rock and hard place! Over and over I’ve sent messages and I get the same five questions every time which I cannot answer without getting into the app to answer them all I asked for was a phone number to reach out to someone and I got the same message back again. Please answer these five questions.. If someone can help me, please do I’ve got 7, 12 month miners or more and several 3 month miners that I began with. Please help me, Will Rogers. Concerned

I would like to share some feedback regarding your withdrawal process. The delay in processing BTC withdrawals really needs to improve. Waiting up to six hours for a transaction to be sent is extremely frustrating, especially when I need to make a time-sensitive payment. These long delays can also be embarrassing when I’m relying on a fast transaction. I hope you can optimize the withdrawal process to make it quicker and more reliable for your users. Funds locked in KYC review – No response from support
I deposited my funds into NC Wallet, but the platform has completely restricted my account and blocked all withdrawals, demanding KYC identity verification.I have already submitted all required, clear government documentation through the app. However, my account remains stuck "in review" with no timeline for resolution. To make matters worse, I attempted to reach out through their official support page, but their system failed to send any automated ticket confirmation or tracking link.My funds are currently held hostage by this platform. I payd 100€ for a miner, one year. Connected the miner app and nc wallet as asked with my Apple id and surprise, there are two different Apple ids, so when i sent my btc to nc wallet, is immediately sended but not on my btc nc wallet Address with my apple id! Account not verified and funds locked
No problem with account until recently. I complied with information needed to get my account verified and now no movement with verification being completed. I have contacted the support team and I haven’t received a response from them. Funds are stuck and there is no telling when any type of response will happen.

I’ve heard about this CT bunch of apps and how they rob you eventually. Thank god it’s easy this days to find out developers home addresses with meta and the internet these days . Il be going through the front door if this is the case

Sent 493$ dollars to the app Friday night. Since then I’ve been trying to send it to different wallets for 5 days. 5 different cryptocurrency wallets, they hold it for 24 hours then reverse the transaction. If I look on chain it says the wallet doesn’t exist. Mind you my balance has gone from 493$ to 450$!

NYC VERIFICATION
The paperwork for this verification was sent months ago and no one is there working on this to fix the issue. I cannot access my money that I received from CT Pool to purchase more miners. The communication with this NCWallet is practically nonexistent and response from them is redundant.. They asked for the same information over and over I sent it and nothing gets done. Originally, I had no issues with NCWallet. But now I would not recommend them to anyone. Now, if they fix my account, I will change my attitude but right now. This is how I feel and it has been months.
