- Ads interrupt you constantly
Problem with the payment
When I was checking the gift card cash back, it says that payment processing was temporarily unavailable. Can you please help resolve this problem?
No way to contact support
No way on the app to contact support to get my old account back via phone number
Balance not updating after send
Tried different ways to withdraw, none are working.. used to not have a problem , Now after this update nothing works.. everything else in my phone is upto date and works I can move crypto around elsewhere but not here 😾😿
Objectification of women; challenges to cash out bitcoin
I have seen one too many sick advertisements objectifying women. I do not appreciate the assault on my eyes. On top of that, I have had great difficulty withdrawing my Bitcoin. Planning to delete this app once I can get the Bitcoin I have earned.
Fantastic but…
I would leave a 5 star but the Minute app synchronization is not working with my account. Every time I enter the verification code I get a ‘Activation config is not found’ prompt. If your group can help get me connected, I will change this to a 5/5 stars because I use it every day!
G
Good
Will happily change once my emails are responded to!
I sent an email to sMiles on May 22nd and then again on June 9th about (quite a few!) missing satoshis for purchases that have long cleared the 90-day threshold, but have STILL not heard anything back. We are now in August, still no response. This feels very scammy, not paying out promised rewards. Really frustrated and don’t recommend this app all if you’re looking for a response.
Les pas santer
Pour quoi les pas marche pas au Sats ????
Scam maybe
Still trying to figure this out!
6 Free Spins Unavailable?
I thought maybe waiting a couple of days would reactivate being able to use those spins, but nope. It says the ads are unavailable and the amount of satoshi’s are pretty poor compared to BitWalk. Whilst I like the layout of the app and it has potential, there really should be better rewards for walking, especially after 10,000 steps

Great app
The advertising videos have not been working much for a couple of weeks (loading endlessly)
No Rewards in weeks
Not rewarding for walking
Can’t withdraw SATs
SATs sit at “pending” for around 2 weeks, no other apps do that but that’s not my complaint. After I reached the minimum of 1000 SATs confirmed (no longer pending) I still can’t withdraw them. Attempted several times over several days. Two emails to the support inbox, both unanswered and ignored. So don’t waste your time with this app is my advice. Edit - changed from one star to three stars because I’ve finally been able to withdraw my SATs. Still no reply to my emails, and it took a LOT of attempts to finally withdraw. So definitely no more than three stars for the hassle
It works
Thank you, smiles for crediting all the people who walk, watch ads and do surveys and games on your app. THIS is, to my knowledge, the only app that pays you bitcoin for simple stuff - and, more importantly, encourages me to stay in shape with walking :-)
App is dead
It appears the devs have sunsetted this app as it hasn’t worked for a week now. Please remove from the App Store unless a fix is in the works.

Not counting my steps for satoshi rewards.
I like the app and what it offers, but last 3 days ive used app, it only gives me 5 sats for my steps, and im walking like 15k plus steps. It stops counting them about halfway in the day. It shows my steps, but i dont get rewarded for them fully. I REALLY wanna do the $4.99 or $9.99 subscription you guys have, but if it’s not giving me sats for my steps, whats the point. All permissions have been updated in app. Everything is good. No vpn. It has full access always. And its still not rewarding me fully for steps. Please fix this, and I’ll update to 5 stars, and revise review. Id also like a button on home page to simply convert steps to sats. Like other apps. I think it would help greatly with steps counting and getting sat rewards! Love app, just 3-5 sats a day for 15k-20k+ steps a day is annoying. Please fix! Im on iPhone 15 Plus on IOS 26. Thank you. Again all settings and permissions are good to go. I just get way less sat payout for my steps than i should. Fix this, and i pay for the monthly or yearly subscription to app!
What happened
I have been with sMiles for quite a few years now, and I have received a lot of bitcoin since I’ve been with them. However, I don’t know if you change leadership however, the game section of this app is a totally dupe. 90% at a time they don’t connect or link the other half a time in the middle of your task the link is lost. Most of the time you download games the way you’re supposed to and it don’t link and it shows up as downloaded on the dashboard but not linked. You write to Support they tell you that you have to wait 24 or 36 hours and I feel they’re rude about it. It will come after that however, the next task is doing the same thing not to mention 99% of the games are on this app are ad traps. All apps impossible task to complete because you’re watching more. Commercials than you are playing the game the only thing that does work constantly. Is the spinning wheel in the castle? It does suck when you do download a game and stop playing it. You don’t get the boost because for whatever reason it has not linked. And the only other thing that is really annoying is the ads that are being put on the same ads over and over sometimes it’s just a picture and you gotta stare at it for friggin a minute and a half. And I don’t even know why you have interested in or not interested at the end of the, put not interested the next commercial you get the same one so what’s the point of putting something on there that doesn’t even make any difference if you press something or not, please go back to where you were!!!!!
Good start, but would love more features
I love that I’m getting bitcoin just for walking and playing games on my phone. It’s not a bad deal at all! Some of the games don’t track properly, though, and there are a ton of partner rewards. I think it would be really helpful if there was more detail regarding what you’re getting sats for and where to find your offerwall - it can get overwhelming when I try to remember what partner offerwall I found a certain game or offer on! Other than that, it’s been pretty good so far.
I can’t even sign in to my own account
Wow. Great job :(

No Good - earnsats
Would like this app but they dont give you your rewards if you dont open the app! Why do I give access to my steps if I still have to open the app to get my reward??? Use my code earnsats
Help - cannot contact for assistance
I like the app except when I do my daily check in but it doesn’t register it. I cannot find any way to contact for assistance. There is nothing within the app and the website only has a list of questions and answers, but I Cabot see a way to contact. I am sick of losing sats because the app fails when I do check in
Finally cashed out
Once I got a lighting network wallet this all made sense! Development needs to update the Coinbase recipient method, but besides that awesome app for alternative income!
Missing SATS
I’ve been a member since April of 2021 and since that time I had accumulated about 17,000 or more SATS. When I ended up switching to a new phone it appears that I lost all of my SATS and now none will even accumulate in my account either even though I walk quite a bit. I’ve even tried emailing support multiple times to no avail. When I first started using this app it was great, but apparently if you use it never get a new phone because you will lost all of the SATS you’ve accumulated and you won’t be able to earn any on your new device.. I’m honestly beyond mad
Sats
I find it interesting that the sats you get differ all the time, even with the same number of steps and are often way less when you have done more steps than you normally do. Makes you wonder why to try to get fitter and do more. Always feels good to be rewarded for pushing for extra steps. Eventually l shall look forward to having enough to buy myself a treat with what l have earnt. Thank you.
How to withdraw SATs?
Why not let me withdraw SATs DIRECTLY to Cash App and not some weird wallet I have NO CLUE how to operate?
I really like smiles
However, overtime, play and earn section seems to be slow to respond to said game.
Use my referral btcbubba
Good game you can get free sats use btcbubba for referral
Scam
Total scam, don't waste your time. You will rack up sats and wait 2 weeks for them to "verify" them, all the while earning them more and more ad revenue just for you to discover that you can't withdrawal anything you've earned with ANY of the cash out options. Then you'll email support and receive no reply multiple times. Gotta hand it to em tho, the 2 week verification and minimum withdrawal of 1000 sats IS a smart scam, people will continue to earn them ad revenue for at least 3 weeks before they realize it's total bs

Since last update, the language changed to German. I don’t find how to change to English!
Great returns
Nothing short of a great and phenomenal app
Great app, very useful
Tracks my steps and helps me earn
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me cash out. I create invoice and everything and when I hit send it just shows a loading circle for half a second then goes away
Good
Enjoying this app so far; simple, no nonsense, minimal. Will come back and add another star when there’s a second game, not everyone likes chess.
Can’t withdraw sats
Had this app for a few years now. Played a few games, mainly walking. Not needed to withdraw until now. Trying to send to ZBD app to swap for gift cards, but cannot do so. Had no problems with getting sats from games. I want answers.
Broken?
App stopped collecting sats a week ago. Stopped collecting for walking, spinning wheels and chess puzzles. Surveys did not appear (with VPN off). I’ve seen this before so assumed it would come back after 1-2 days. A week later app still does not collect sats. I’ve uninstalled app and currently it keeps asking me to login (with email and emailed code) every time I open app. After reinstalling app, wheel spins, chess puzzles never appear as options (and surveys of turn off VPN). Doesn’t look like does what it’s supposed to anymore. Update: after (over a year) developer responded here to say download latest update and create a new account. I did this and sats appear to be rewarding correctly. However having created a new account I cannot verify as phone number associated with old account. I tried deleting but delete account button does nothing. I mailed developer via app to tell them this and they could manually delete old account, but no response. So progress and improving rating as a result but no point earning sats if can’t withdraw.
Get this
Very cool
Can’t withdraw
I have put like a month of my time to get as many sats as possible but when I wanted to withdraw the sats it won’t work just load for split second and stops I’ve tried ever way to withdraw it to my kucoin account to zbd to wallet of sats to Binance it just won’t do anything and there is no button to contact support
Works as it should
Good app, receiving consistent sats from all methods. Had one survey fail to pay out after confirming reward currently means around 15% fail to payout but I’ve only been using.m the app a couple of weeks. Rewards aren’t massive but money isn’t free and the potential growth of Bitcoin makes the little effort you have to put in worthwhile.
Says are always pending
I could really like this app but after 10 days of contributing I have about 1700 sats, yet they all day pending. There doesn’t appear to be anyway of making direct enquiries to support services. Worried that when I get to the required 5000 sats i am going to get done over by the app…….
Pending pending pending
I like the app but the 3 star rating is due to not being able to collect any sats. Just says pending!!!!!
Bitcoin walk
Never been so ez to get bitcoin. Ez withdrawal. Very fun going out finding bitcoin
It should get zero stars
Any app or website that does not have a way to contact them at all should tell people that it’s just a scam
smiles
the fact the fortune wheel only ever gives you 2 sats is abit of a con !
Low value
The sats earned had a very low value and to earn those days have to spend a lot of time which is not worth it
Was great…..seems to have stopped working.
This was a great app that I used everyday. However it has stopped paying out. No way to talk to the developers. So unfortunately it may be dead.
