- Recent updates ruined the experience
Printing
100% perfect printing
Updates screw everything up!
Worst printer! Updates are an issue every time.
Calage papier
Il est fréquent que le calage se dèrègle , à chaque fois c’est une ètiquette de perdue
Okey
Pero a veces sale con la letra demasiado pequeña, está un poco mal explicado los procesos de configuración
Good printer, but not perfect
Mine will only stay connected with one device. If I connect my phone, It will disconnect from the Mac, and visa-versa
Best purchase
This label printer has been the best purchase I ever made. It saves time and money!
Lemay
Es una acsoluta basura Esta actualisacion
Easy Setup
This label maker is easy to setup, prints super sharp text and prints quickly. Only 4 stars bc it doesn’t download labels directly from Etsy and it’s a pain to have to download labels into another app then go to the label maker. Please fix this, Jadens.
Frustrated with printing from computer
We have been using the app for months without issue until the new update. This makes it much harder to print a 4x6 label without having to save the file and switch to printing from a phone. This takes a lot of time when printing multiple labels. Also having to crop the label to fit is an extra step that shouldn’t exist. Please fix this problem!
It’s ok
Just wished it kept my settings for printing eBay labels
Jaden’s Printer Review
Love it! Best Investment!!!
Las copias salen muy mal
Las copias salen muy mal
Simple
Easy to use ❤️
Can’t resize
The update doesn’t allow me to resize the image to fit only to crop.
Prints well but need to check what it’s printed
The printer itself prints well but it does have a tendency to print out previous labels so I have wasted a lot of paper and time having to check and re print
Great little printer!
I love this printer. It’s really easy to use and set up. Very pleased with this product.
Sucks
Files do not upload on the app and they ask you to rate it every single day even after you have already rated it 15 freaking times. Why does this not show up as a printer when I go to Bluetooth print it?? just an insane amount of wasted time
Uses too much paper
I think that people would like it better if when only printing a 4 x 6 mailing label if it would stop the paper from coming out in 8x11 . A lot of paper is wasted as a result of trim off the excess blank paper that could have been left on the roll inside and used for the next document. It saves the customer time and money. Tgankd
When it works, it’s good
I seem to encounter frequent issues where my labels won’t connect to the app from Etsy, so I have to screenshot, save, print from my photos etc which is time consuming. I also have issues sometimes where I can’t even open the app, it crashes! So frustrating. Today I have 25+ labels that I cannot print. Time = money and this is becoming VERY annoying!
Jayden Printer
Great awesome machine no need for ink great for my eBay packages
Loads of errors since new update
Since new update When you share label straight from the app sometimes it shows print logo in the top right corner other times it dosent so then you have to screen shot labels then do it that way which makes the labels poor quality and pixelated
Brilliant
Excellent now the auto resize feature has been added
Can’t even set up app.
Downloaded the app..can’t even set up an account because it won’t send the verification code. Tried 8x still nothing. Junk folder is empty.
After new updates so many errors amd not able print when multiple pages.
Cannot select the individual page app is keep crushing. Also always skip the first paper out without printing. This is so frustrating.
Love it
Made my business and life so easy, I love it… the only issue I have is sometimes I try to print out new item, the old print comes out and it wastes my thermal paper so maybe there’s something I’m doing wrong because it upsets me but that aside, I highly RECOMMEND! It’s really nice.
Love it! But…
I love this but you should make this in color! So my labels can come out more vibrant still thanks!
2.4.3 crash all the time
Keep crashing not usable since this update
Size and label printer alignment
Doesn’t align with the size automatically. When horizontal, I guess.
Good label maker
Very good label maker
UNSUPPORTED FILE BUG
Hello, there is a bug where if we click share on the label from royal mail, and open via jadens printer it says “unsupported file” so we then have to save the label to iphone files then go on jadens printer app and open the file which then works……….. before the share option worked perfectly fine, why ruin the app and make everything longer? The app is no longer efficient due to this
Good app
Works well with the printer I purchased off Amazon, with a few tweeks it could be great! Firstly, I’ve only managed to get it to print labels clearly from my phone by saving them to files first instead of directly from camera roll (I could just be doing this wrong, there’s not many instructions). The only other problem I’ve found so far is that to clear all your prints you have to delete the app and reinstall, you can’t swipe off them or clear in settings.
Great printer for selling online
Love this little printer!!
Ruined the experience
I used to be able to print hundreds of labels within 2-3 minutes now it takes nearly 15/20 to print the same amount please can i get the old version of the app back it was perfect
6 stars
This is the best our kids loves it
Terrible update
The new update is awful, too many clicks to get the label printed, and when I open files on my phone, they now open with the app, which is completely pointless
